Appearance: Rubeus has stark red hair that looks like he's just recently run his hands through it, giving the strands a puffed up and messy quality, almost looking similar to a flame, with a few of those strands hanging down into his eyes. The red of his hair matches the intense red of his eyes, a deep rich color that pierces through anything they gaze upon.

His skin is slightly tanned and his muscles are strong and well-formed through training and combat. He's of average height and holds himself with confidence no matter what he's doing.

A black upside down crescent adorns his forehead, a trademark of his Clan, as is the pair of black crystal earrings he wears on each of his ears.

Rubeus tends to wear the exact same outfit: a form-fitting sleeveless brown top, made of a sturdy material. A plain pendant on a leather cord hangs from his neck. He wears a pair of camoflauge type pants, printed in greens, browns and blacks, that are tucked into sturdy black combat boots tightly laced.
 
Personality: Rubeus always exudes an air of nonchalance. It takes a lot to make him react with anything other than confidence or indifference. He's completely comfortable with his own status and abilities and doesn't care who knows it. He can be arrogant, enjoying his own self perhaps a little too much.

He has a mean streak, even going so far as to be cruel to others at times. However, once he finds a cause or a person to give his devotion to, he is very much invested and doesn't give up. He is a strong man who simply doesn't care for things he doesn't care about, and doesn't give those things a second thought unless he can use them to his advantage in some way. But if he does care about something, he treats it with the respect it deserves, and will give his all for it.

Although it would be easy to dismiss him as a simple military pawn, Rubeus is actually quite observant and cunning. He can see when things aren't right, and can tell when someone has ulterior motives.

Not one to hold back his opinion, Rubeus says how he feels with no thoughts about how it may sound. He isn't one to do things in half-measures, either he gives his all or he gives nothing at all.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Teleporation: Due to his earrings made of the Malefic Black Crystal, Rubues can teleport with ease.
Telepathy: He can communicate with others through this skill, even making the reciever repeat everything he says through this connection.
Dark Energy: Able to manipulate dark energy, he uses this tactic to attack his enemies. He can shape the energy into small little bullets or even create large explosions.
Military Expertise: Rubeus calls himself the commander of the Black Moon Clan's army, and has the skills to prove he knows what he's talking about.

History: As an member of the Black Moon Clan, Rubeus comes from a planet called Nemesis. Prince Demande is their leader, with Wiseman acting as a kind of advisor. The Black Moon Clan fight against Crystal Tokyo, as they believe that the utopia created by Serenity is unnatural and needs to be destroyed.

Rubeus is the leader of the Spectre Sisters, and the five of them go back to the 20th Century in order to capture Chibiusa. They work together to try and locate the young girl, and aim to bring her back with them to the 30th Century.

In the 90's Anime, Rubeus uses the Spectre Sisters in a more cruel way. He cares nothing for them except to use them like pawns. He knows of Koan's affections for him and uses it to his advantage, provoking her, even though he does not care about her at all.

When Sailor Moon is able to purify the Spectre Sisters, Rubeus retaliates and captures the other senshi, bringing them to his ship and taunting the lone Sailor Moon with them. When Sailor Moon and Chibiusa make their way onto the ship, Rubeus sets the ship to self-destruct, intending to blow it up with the senshi and himself still inside. Unfortunately for him, the senshi teleport away. He's stuck on the ship with no way of escaping, and even when Esmeraude comes onto the ship, she leaves without a care, leaving him to his own destruction.

In the Manga, Rubeus was able to capture Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter and bring them to his Prince. He was suspicious of Wiseman, unable to believe the way he was working through Prince Demande. He voiced this distrust and was killed for it, strangled to death by Wiseman himself.

Dammit.

Unceremoniously, Rubeus picked up the leather bag and dumped its contents back onto his bed. Clothing and weapons fell into a crumpled heap, cloth mingling with blade in a twisted mess.

Perhaps it was time to be a little more careful with this process. But folding clothes was a servants job, he thought with a derisive frown. He was far above servant status now, and lowering himself to do the same work was an unpleasant thought.

But he didn't want people touching his things. And there was the dilemma. The clothes weren't a problem - servants handled his clothings all the time, as there was no way he would ever wash and dry his own. But his weapons were his. No one was allowed to touch them.

Maybe he should just arrive on Nemesis with nothing but the clothing on his back, and when he inevitably needed to wash the clothes, simply walk around naked. And wouldn't the Nemesis Princess love that?

He grinned at the thought, but despite the allure, the displeasure of his Prince quelled any further planning of that particular idea. The Prince would not like it, and that was enough to stop him from actually going through with the crazy scheme. Well, he didn't want any of those Nemesis people looking at his glorious body anyway.

Which lead him back to his current predicament. How to fold these damnably stupid clothes.

With a scowl, Rubeus picked up a shirt, turned it back and forth in his hands, examining it. After a moment, he let it fall back onto the pile with the rest of them.

Nope. There was nothing for it. He'd just have to bring two bags with him.
