| My specialties include: study skills, lower-level Spanish, writing papers for a variety of subjects (which includes the research and design process), English, history, the social sciences, and anthropology/archaeology.
I have been employed as a tutor in real life at a local high school for about three years. I am an anthropology graduate student, too.
I do not feel at all confident about providing assistance for the maths or sciences. Also, I am self-restricted to providing assistance to lower-level Spanish, i.e. a freshman or sophomore level of Spanish.

| I'm superior in math (mainly algebra, trigonometry, precalculus, and statistics).
[Note: I might need to refresh certain concepts mentally before I can help. Plus, my explanation isn't that concise so...]
Edit: Forgot to mention I had five years of honors math courses.

| Oh! I would love to help!! I was going to offer myself in general chemistry, but the language barrier may be a issue. My experience is basically being assistant teacher for two years in college.
Also, I can help with Spanish when Venus gets overwhelmed. I'm a native spanish speaker and I have really good ortography and grammar.

| My specialties (up to the level in which I am proficient with specific subfields): Graduate-level Theology (Biblical and Historical), College-level Religious Studies, College-level Government and Politics (U.S.), College-level History (U.S. and European), College-level Philosophy, College-level Literature (English), Vocabulary
I don't have any background in tutoring, so I may lack a developed method for teaching. I am, however, more than willing to assist where I can, when I can. |

| I'm good with English (particularly writing and grammar, but I somewhat know my way around literature as well). I can also help out if you're taking early level french, as I have about four years experience with it. I suppose I'm pretty good at proofreading/critiquing written work since I've often had people come to me for help with it.
I'm also pretty good at general life advice? I don't know if that would count as a "non-traditional subject" but I'm pretty good at listening and weighing a situation and seeing things from all sides. |

| Even though I'm younger and haven't been through college yet I think I may be a pretty good resource for anything about child development and education. Well I finished Child Development with flying colors and seem to have a knack for it and also I'm now in Lab 1 (which is basically lesson planning and preschool operation ) so I'd be a good resource for quick facts and short explanations

| I'm can help anyone that has questions with Japanese or Japanese literature. I've got a Bachelor's in Asian studies, my concentration was on Japanese language and literature. I know a bit of Japanese history as well. I don't have the time to teach anyone the whole language, but if anybody has any questions I'd be more than willing to help ^__^ |

| I'm an overachiever at Spanish. I'm up to level 4 and do not mind giving help. Last year, I managed to achieve a 100 on the regents and at one point had a 108 average. This year I am still doing well and had a 106 average at one point. I always do extra credit xD |

| Hi everyone! I know I haven't been on in awhile, but I'm back! This is an awesome idea. I love helping out with school work ^^
My specialties include: General Chemistry, general Biology, general Anatomy, AlgebraI/II, Critical Thinking and Writing.
Qualifications: I've been a biology, critical thinking/writing, and algebra tutor for about 5 years. I at first declared biology as my major, but changed it to pre-nursing. Still in the field! I'm pretty new to tutoring chemistry and anatomy, but these are the subjects I'm most fresh with. |

| My specialty is Japanese language! I hold a BA in the subject and have worked as a private tutor for about four years. I also work professionally as a Japanese -> English translator and interpreter, and know a fair amount about technical documents translation for terminology and functions related to semiconductor technology. So if you're taking Japanese in high school or college and have run into a road block, feel free to hit me up for help! |

| My specialties include 3D Modeling/Texturing/Aniamtion/Post Production, Character and Background Concept, Storyboarding, and Creative Writing. Then I am definitely someone who can help out as that is my speciality. I went to college and received an Associates Degree in 3D Computer Animation and Design and since then, I have pretty much kept myself up-to-date with the changes of the related programs by either reading or learning from tutorials.
I have held jobs as a 2D graphic designer where I created e-learning programs by creating graphics and animating them in Flash for military contracts. I have also held an art director position for creating concepts and 3D designs for displays and advertisement (if you been to the newer Biscuitvilles, I did a lot of work for them including Burt's Bees). I have also helped work with a local company with concept design for its characters. I currently work under contract for a graphic design company as my night time job at home where I do everything from graphic design to photo restoration.
I have experience and knowledge in these programs below (I have also stated my experience level by category)...
Expert Adobe Photoshop Adpbe Illustrator Adobe Fireworks Adobe Dreamweaver Adobe Indesign Adobe Premiere Adobe After Effects Adobe Audition Autodesk Maya
Intermediate Macromedia and Adobe Flash Easy Paint Tool SAI Autodesk 3D Studio Max Lightwave Corel Painter 12 Sony Vegas Fruity Loops |

| I can help with Autodesk Maya work. I'm a Jr at Full Sail University and I'm rather good with Maya. I can build most anything from scratch and I'm good with 3d textures. I can help with intermediate photoshop stuff, but really there are better people here for that than me. I studied fine arts at Montevallo before Full Sail and I am a traditional artist by trade anyway so I can help there too. I have logged over 1000+ hours in Maya. I know the ins and outs really well. feel free to get in touch me with if you need help!
Edit: i tutored in college for a couple years. I used to be an English Major before turning to game art, so I can help there too, more with creative writing than papers, but I'm over all that rusty.

| I'm really knowledgeable about: human anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, health information/medical records, and legal/ethical issues in healthcare (two years as a massage therapist [so you can ask me about that if you'd like], and tutored at my college) and American history/government. I can revise/edit research and technical papers as well (used to be a grammar nazi).
Don't ask me to do anything involving math, foreign languages, or computers. I'm terrible with all of these and they're some of the reasons I changed my major. xD |

| My specialties: Physical sciences (eg. Physics, Chemistry, Geology), Math (basic to college level calculus), Croatian language, technical writing (e.g. lab procedures and reports) Other: etymology, study habits, proofreading, offering suggestions, locating reputable sources of information, I could also probably provide some assistance with high school level subjects or very basic college courses (as long as I have had exposure to a similar class at some point). Training qualifications: A BSc. in Geology, formerly a teaching/lab assistant for mineralogy and historical geology, Croatian language I'm planning to get a Master's and PhD in geology with a specific focus on ore deposits, mineralogy, and/or metamorphic petrology but I love discussing topics from any branch of geology. My whole life is full of SCIENCE chemistry, mineralogy, and rocks, so if anybody has questions or needs rocks/minerals identified I would gladly assist! Just hit me up with a PM. |

| What a cool idea! It's been a while since I was in school so my college level math skills are probably really rusty. I got my degree in English Literature but originally I was a math and comp-sci major. But here's what I'm good at: I work in accounting, so I live eat and breathe Mocrosoft Office products especially Excel. I am working on writing/programming my own macros too. I'm always happy to show people Excel or general computer tricks. ^^ I am also a writer who has co-written and published a book so maybe I could help giving feedback on papers and such. I do it for my friends all the time. ^^ Also I would say I am an intermediate user of Adobe Photoshop and Gimp. So I could probably teach people wanting to learn or at a beginner level. And I am a photographer so I can answer those types of questions too. |
