SUBMISSIONS BEGIN ON MAY 18 AND END ON MAY 24 AT 11:59 PM PST. 1. Grab the .PNG paper fan located under the spoiler tag and decorate it to the theme in whatever way you would like! Don't have fancy software on your computer? Not a problem! Feel free to print it out and decorate it traditionally with markers, glitter, felt, etc.! 2. Once you are satisfied with your paper fan Please do not post your design or make any comments here! Upload your entry to your preferred image host site and write up a short statement to go along with it telling us what Spring means to you! 3. Then PM the completed entry to Andalusite no later than May 24th 11:59PM PST with the title of the message: "[Contest] Paper Fan Entry."4. Voting will begin on May 25th and will last for a week. 5. The winner will be announced on May 31st!6. All participants will be able to collect a bumper. The winner will receive an additional special signature. If you have any questions feel, free to PM me!
