Just a blob of water mimicing the shape of an human being - That is how people who don't know anything about Hatespawn would describe it. Its body consists entirely of water and is therefore almost transparent. The liquid body gives Hatespawn the ability to shapeshift, although it stays humanlike most of the time.
In this humanlike form, it is 5 feet and 8 inches tall. Instead of legs, Hatespawn has one pillar of water, connecting the rest of its body to the ground. From said body there are two arms without hands, since Hatespawn only forms them when it needs them. On top of its body there is a round body of water, connected to the rest of the body by a necklike structure, forming the head. Its eyes and mouth consist of holes in the water, with some overlapping water in the mouth mimicing sharp teeth.

Personality:

Since Hatespawn was born from every negative emotion the Sailor Senshi of Planet Maji got rid of, its personality consists only of these, making it pure evil. Even though anger was one of the emotions it was created with, it is mostly able to suppress this feeling, making Hatespawn cold and able to think several steps ahead of its enemies. When cornered on the other hand, its ability to control its emotion weakens, making the anger overflow and Hatespawn go berserk.
While Hatespawn is able to control its anger, most other emotions like greed and hatred are anchored deep in its personality, making it unable to control them. Its greed manifests in Hatespawns main goal: its desire for more and more power, to become the strongest being in the universe, while its hatred manifests in its contempt  of all living things, giving it its second goal: to eradicate all living beings in the universe.
Hatespawns biggest strength is it's determination: It knows what it wants and does everything it needs to achieve its goals. Its weaknesses consist of being single-minded, being a result of having only negative emotions, and losing its temper in tight situations. Beside this, it has a physical weakness against ice, freezing its body and making Hatespawn unable to move.


Any Unique Abilities/Skills:

Shapeshifting: Hatespawn's liquid body allows it to change into any shape it likes. The only restriction to this is, that its body of water has to be connected to the ground at all times, since it's unable to float.

Liquid Control: Hatespawn is able to control every droplet of it's body. If one of its droplets enters any other form of fluid, it is able to control it as well.

Mind Control: Hatespawn is able to insert a droplet of its water into the person's bloodstream. If the person has a weak mind, it is able to control the person like a puppet.

History:
For generations, the Sailor Crystal of Maji has been passed down through one chosen family. Every firstborn daughter has the honor of becoming the Planet's next Guardian - but not before performing a cleansing ritual. In a festive ceremony, they have to bathe in a pool of sacred water, washing off all their negative emotions, before receiving their transformation wand together with their Sailor Crystal. But over time, the once sacred water has become more and more tainted, until shortly after the cleansing ritual of the latest Sailor Senshi, the negative Energy overflowed, bringing a spark of life into the water, giving birth to the creature known as Hatespawn. But its overflowing anger caused the creature to go berserk, leaving a path of destruction behind it before disappearing altogether.
People slowly started to forget about Hatespawn, believing it was gone forever. Little did they know that Hatespawn went into hiding, slowly learning to control its overflowing anger and its ability to shapeshift, until returning three years after its birth. With anger under control, his less potent emotions like greed and hatred came to show. He wanted back what he believed to be rightfully his: The Sailor Crystal of Planet Maji. He didn't like that a weak creature like Sailor Maji was holding such power.
So the first thing Hatespawn did after his return, was confronting Sailor Maji. Having saved up the negative energy of not only the current Sailor Senshi, but all previous ones, he was able to defeat her with ease, absorbing the Sailor Crystal of Planet Maji.
It enjoyed the taste of this new power, using it to wipe out every living being on Maji - but this enjoyment didn't last for long. The shapeshifter craved for more power to still its energy thirst. It knew that it wouldn't be able to find it on Maji, so it left the Planet, searching for more energy to absorb.
Making its ways to different Planets, it learned that every Planet had their own Sailor Senshi, with their own Sailor Crystals. Hatespawn wanted them all. It wanted all the power in the Universe, until there was nothing but its absolute might. After absorbing many Sailor Crystals, the creature heared of a Planet called Earth, where the strongest Sailor Crystals in the Universe are said to have gathered.
With the goal of adding these to its collection, Hatespawn began making its way to the blue Planet.

RP Sample:

"Hello Sister." Hatespawn welcomed the confused Sailor Maji after finally tracking her down. It has waited three years for this moment and now it was finally able to claim back what was rightfully its

"You seem confused. Have you already forgotten about me?" The creature started to explain as it slowly made its way towards the Senshi. "It is a shame that you don't remember me, since we have been one for so long."

Hatespawn was able to see the shock on Sailor Maji's face, as she slowly realized what the shapeshifter truly was.

"That's right. I am everything you and your family has tried to wash away. I am every Sin you have ever commited and now I am back to bite you. After I have taken from you what's rightfully mine, I will wash over this Planet with my cleansing hatred."

After the shapeshifter was done explaining its origins, it threw itself directly at Sailor Maji. She tried to block, but her staff passed right through Hatespawn's liquid body. Its body completely engulfed the Senshi, choking her. She tried to struggle, but it was no use. She was simply not powerful enough to do anything against Hatespawn.

"Have you foolish Senshi never realized it? With the cleansing ritual you have washed away every emotion that made you powerful. Without me you are a mere shell."

Through the lack of oxygen, Sailor Maji's attack became weaker and weaker, until she was unable to fight back anymore. All she could hear was the creature's laughter all around her.

"Before you die, I'll be generous enough to let you know my name: Hatespawn."
