I'm not sure if I'm the only Winx fan in here, but like, has anyone seen the World of Winx yet?! OMG IT IS ABSOLUTELY WOW! I'm absolutely amazed by what Rainbow has done to this show, they've rejuvenated it! First off, THEY IMPROVED SO MUCH FROM SEASON 5-7.

The comedy is done better, the other girls also have more speaking lines! I can't wait till season 2.

I tried getting into Winx since I saw it was on Netflix but it wasn't clicking with me but holy moly that screen shot makes me want to check out this version of it!

I fell out of Winx once Nick got a hold of it, but this looks promising! Is it a direct sequel, an AU? Where does it line up on the cannon timeline?

I believe it is an AU mid season 4, like after they've discovered Roxy is a fairy. It was afterwards that they revealed themselves to the world. This AU follows a direction where Roxy knows shes a fairy, but the Winx being fairies is still a secret to the world.

So yeah, I'm guess it's mid season 4 AU, and I'm glad. It's a better direction than what happened in Season 5-7. The method of naming Dreamix is also MUCH better, since Stella chose the name, hence why its so simple, unlike Bloomix- randomly receiving its name.

Well Faragonda chose Bloomix's name. Her aging must have affected her rational thinking. 

I liked some of the parallels they did to the story of peter pan, like the lost boys, captain hook, and tinkerbell.
