| Character Name: Celeste Deveraux Gender: Female Age: 19 Character Image: Celeste stands at 5 ft 1 in (155 cm) tall. She has pale skin, light blue eyes and wavy blonde hair that reach down a little past her shoulders. She will typically be seen in bright attire, usually a sleeveless shirt and miniskirt, anything that will allow for as much skin exposure as socially acceptable.

Storyline Specific Information:
Silver Discordia: Before the great Silver Millennium Era came into being, Queen Serenity was just Serenity, a refugee from far away who carried a shining silver power within her. She settled on the Moon and established a home for herself, but the Solar System around her was less than welcoming to her idea of a unified group. At first, she was completely ignored. The inner planets were in political and social disarray with each other, barely managing to keep from an all out war.
Mercury is strict and organized to the last letter, focused on it's own booming technology behind solid metal doors underneath their planet's icy exterior. Venus is a fallen paradise, a crime ridden, war torn desert with the occasional oasis for the rich and powerful to shelter in. Mars is a closed off, disciplined planet ruled by military lords and advised by their spiritual monks and priestesses. And Jupiter is a raging empire bent on constant expansion through intimidation and force. Earth is still too primitive to even realize that life existed beyond its own atmosphere. The Outer planets are considered almost mythical, so far out and silent that they don't seem to exist.
But beyond the interplanetary tensions, there is communication and trade. The average citizens go about their business as well as they can, oblivious to the changes that are about to occur. The Solar System has been and will always be in a chaotic state. Until now...
Additional Information: Celeste's father died when she was 4 years old due to a work-related accident. Ever since, she has been living with her mother and younger brother. Life at Venus was not easy for them - as hard-working her mother was, she was being cheated by the system that was made to favor the already rich and condemn the poor.
From a young age, she used her charming looks to beg for money and food as what they had was definitely not enough. She could make do, she was strong enough, but she could not watch her brother suffer in poverty. As she grew older, she upped her game, flirting with foolish men, younger and older, and after some time, ending up swindling them of a decent sum with one story or another. A pretty girl like her could not possibly be lying, right? Especially since she was obviously madly in love with them.
Celeste, however, is not ambitious. She does not aim to use her art of deception to become rich. All she wants is for her and her family to comfortably get by - after all, why should she have to work when others can do it for her? Her mother was most definitely not approving of her ways, but she could just not understand. The rich ones were using them - what was so bad about using them in return?
If things get bad enough for her, she will simply hop to another planet to continue her business. As her crimes are not that significant, her antics are usually forgotten and overlooked by the authorities, and after a period of time she can return and resume her activities like nothing had happened.
Celeste left Venus and went to Mars just shy of her 18th birthday. She has stayed on Mars for little over a year.

"There she is!"
Celeste paused, looking behind her nervously. Perhaps going after all those guys in such close vicinity was not the wisest idea. People talk. It was only a matter of time before they figured it all out.
"Oh, hello guys! What is the matter? You don't look very pleased," she inquired with her typical innocent look.
"You said you needed some money for your sickly father, and you disappeared ever since!"
"Sickly father? She told me he was enlisted at the military, leaving her to take care of her disabled mother!"
"What? You said you were an orphan, having to take care of your seven younger siblings! You said you'd return my money as soon as you could!"
"Well, now, that was not a lie," she pointed at the third man. "I will return it as soon as I can. It's not my fault that this probably equates to never."
"Maria! I thought you and I had something special!"
"Huh? Who's Maria?" the others asked confused.
"Oh, you poor sweet thing," she remarked. "Now that is a lie even I could not pull off. Have you looked at yourself recently? You should be grateful of your wife; I hold huge respect for the woman."
She glanced at her watch. The next ship to Mars should depart soon. She barely had enough money left for the ticket, but that was okay. She never needed more. She'd just start over there.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to tend to my sickly deceased sergeant father!" She blew them a kiss, winking at them, and ran off. Rounding a corner, she hid behind a large sign as they gave chase, passing her, and then she turned around and headed for the direction they came from. The port was that way, after all, and she had no time to lose with them.
