Advanced Character Profile

Character Name: Princess Friderikke Beata Kron, called "Femke"
"Friderikke" contains the elements for "peace" and "ruler". "Beata" contains a Germanic element for "blessed". "Kron" is "crown," family name for the royal family of her planet. Those close to her refer to her as "Femke," a nickname that means both "little girl" and is a diminutive of names containing the Germanic element for "peace": "frid". She received her name upon her recognition as the heir to the power of their world. Her birth name was Inka Blom.
Gender: Female
Age and Date of Birth: Approximately 18, born in the late summer

Used Canons: She can exist in a universe drawing inspiration from the manga, 90s anime, and Crystal.

Appearance: Femke stands at average height and has an average build. Some of her detractors gossip that her lack of "regal stature and bearing" indicate a less-than-true claim to her role as princess. Her skin is a healthy peachy-pink tone, slightly tanned from sun exposure. She looks relatively fit, due to her constant training and practice as a sailor soldier.

Her lower back-length hair is an auburn that fades to a slightly lighter chestnut colour at the tips. She wears it pulled back from her face, with only a few wisps escaping to frame her forehead. Her hair is French braided on either side, leaving two small braids that fall just slightly longer than shoulder length. There are a few tendrils that curl in front of her ears, as well. Her wide eyes, a bright verdant green hue, seem to habitually maintain a gentle softness to them. She accents them slightly with neutral-toned makeup.

As princess, she is most often seen in a variety of gowns. They mimic the colours of her sailor uniform, often with a base of dark indigo and highlights of pale violet-blue. Any metals used tend to be gunmetal gray. The ceremonial tiara, made of polished stones both dark and light indigo, is the same appearance as that of her sailor soldier uniform.

Personality: Inka was a shy, sweet child, content to be sheltered by her mother. She followed the woman like a small shadow, creeping along behind her. When attempts were made to convince her to go out and play with the other children, she frequently ran home crying, although it wasn't clear that anyone had been unkind to her. She just preferred to be at home, where things were safe and secure. She didn't speak much, particularly not to others, but her wide eyes always seemed to watch and follow what was going on. She was not the sort of child that seemed to be the home of the spirit of the planet's great protector.

Friderikke has matured somewhat, particularly under the tutelage of her state-appointed instructors. From the first moment that she chose to fight, rather than to run, she no longer believes that running is an option. The solace of her mother's comforting embrace and the sanctuary found there is now only a memory, not her reality. She no longer lives in that small cabin among those who loved her. She can never go back to the way it used to be. Femke lacks strength of resolve, but she trudges onward anyway, even if she doesn't think she can win. It seems to be her only choice. She doesn't know what she wants to do with herself, beyond her inescapable duties.

Despite the training she has received, she is not terribly intelligent. The teenager remains incredibly naive unless she has been specifically taught information about a given topic—and even then, she is likely to forget the facts that she has been told and to fall back on what she remembers, which is sometimes untrue. Learning is tough for her, especially subjects that involve a lot of data. She constantly mixes up dates, names, and other points of fact. Femke does better with stories that have an emotional element—those are things she can remember.

Notably, she has very little interest in tales of the previous Princess and Knight that protected this world. There's something about the notion that she is just the substitute for this great and heroic other person that makes her skin crawl. She doesn't like thinking about it. She tries not to be rude about it, but she doesn't want to talk about it.

That said, she doesn't dislike Eilert just because he is supposedly some other form of her prior defender. The little boy makes her feel less lonely, and she finds his youthful enthusiasm to be endearing. Even when he's rushing into battles he can't possibly hope to win, there's something about his willingness to do so and his belief in himself that she admires. She never had siblings, and in a way he seems like a little brother that suddenly appeared one day.

She feels a great deal of sympathy for the people of her world, and she tries to remind herself that she's not doing this for herself, but for all of those who depend on her. She considers her position as Sailor Qircuit to be a burden that she has no choice but to embrace. She isn't mad at them—Femke usually defaults to sadness rather than anger, when it comes to negative emotions—but she isn't necessarily happy to be their champion.

Things were so much simpler when she was just an ordinary child.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Reality Distortion - She has an innate ability to make slight and temporary changes to reality. This is not illusion—the changes that Femke creates are not perception based. They actually change. At this point, she does not have fine control over this ability. She can only reliably manage small alterations, and usually those distortions can only be held for a limited period of time. For example, she can change a small physical object into a similar object permanently: broccoli into beans, or a pen into a pencil. Anything on a larger scale: removing the door from a room, making a mountain less steep, preventing the rain from falling directly above someone... This needs a higher level of concentration, can be exhausting for her to control, and tends to revert back after a few minutes. This power is strongly tied to her emotional state—some changes just "happen" without her control, and those are often stronger than what she can consciously manage. When she is stressed or upset, the likelihood of an unplanned alteration increases.
The Knight's Princess - Even in his very young reincarnation, and even though she is different from the person she once was, Femke inspires loyalty and adoration in her child knight. When he was a baby and toddler, he would cease crying in her presence. She is less impacted by some of his abilities than others would be, unless it would benefit her to be subject to those abilities. He always seems to know where she is—it is impossible for her to hide from him and get some solitude. Femke is like a homing beacon always calling out to him. In the same way, because the two are tied, Femke can channel energy and increase her own power by borrowing from Eilert. Due to his current young age, this is very taxing on him; she must be careful.

History: Once, the planet was ruled by a beautiful princess with the powers of a sailor soldier, protected and loved by a valiant knight. During this blessed reign of piece, tragedy struck. Although the pair had defeated many agents of Chaos, a particularly insidious dark entity managed to secret itself among the people and grow in strength and size. By the time the princess and her soldier faced against it, it was many time stronger than anything they had ever fought. They gave their all to defeat it, and defeated it was, but their lives were lost in the process. The planet no longer had either protector.

In the years that followed, the quality of life declined for the people of this world. Newer dark powers easily took control of people. Without the guidance and protection of the princess and her knight, the government collapsed upon itself. The economy ground slowly to a halt. Poverty wrapped itself tighter around those who could not meet their basic needs. It was a dim and dreary world that Inka Blom was born into, but it was all she ever knew. Yet her parents sensed something in her—something that made them think she was destined for more than a simple life with poor workers struggling to get by.

Almost immediately, her powers began to manifest themselves. A simple touch from her seemed to change things, reviving dying crops or purifying undrinkable water. As a child, she had little control or direction over what she could do, and the amount of effort required fluctuated greatly. She often exhausted or harmed herself unknowingly with these actions. Her parents tried to hide what she could do from their friends and neighbors, afraid that evil forces would target their little daughter.

When she was six years old, Inka's mother was attacked by a neighbor whose heart had been poisoned with darkness. In this moment of danger and desire to save a loved one, Inka transformed for into Sailor Qircuit. Despite her youth, she managed not only to overpower the opponent—but also to free them. In a dramatic display of power, Sailor Qircuit cleansed darkness from the hearts of a significant proportion of the population, her newly-awakened legacy flaring out from her small body and washing over the land.

After this point, it was clear to everyone that the princess they had been seeking had been reborn. In a grand ceremony, the little girl was christened with her full name and title. She moved into the palace, to live and learn under the close watchful eye of the old nurse. Princess Friederikke received the very best of tutors and trainers, all doing their best to raise a fine ruler for their world. She continued to protect her people and home as Sailor Qircuit, slowly removing the dark influences that had made this planet their nest.

Shortly after she turned 13, something very strange happened—it was determined that another was reborn, a knight who had fought valiantly to protect this planet. He was located, identified as a 1-year-old boy with golden hair and bright eyes, and brought to live at the palace—much in the way that the princess had been. Although she didn't know much about this child, Femke felt drawn to him. Eilert preferred the princess over anyone else in the castle, and in a way he became the little brother she had never had.

She doesn't realize that this little boy is actually the knight her previous self once loved. She remains rather ignorant to the legends that are told of the princess, and she can't possibly imagine this tiny child as a handsome fighter and lover.

Eilert insisted on following her everywhere, even into battle. Even if she wanted him to stay back and keep safe, she couldn't keep him out. Femke has tried to train him, but he's only a child. Instead, she spends a lot of time having to save him from disaster—very different from the relationship between their previous selves. She has resigned herself to having him alongside, even if it is inefficient and problematic at times. Sailor Qircuit hopes that she can continue to train him to fight, so that he will require a bit less work on her end to manage.
