| It's sorta based on GC , but I'm sure it's not enough to infringe copyrights. http://s-s.boards.net/, a forum for sailor moon fans aged 13 and over. This was created in 2016 due to lack of sailor moon forums. We allow fans to chat, roleplay, share art and fanfiction, and talk about sailor moon. Whatever type of sailor moon fan you are, we have a section for you, and everything you need to connect! You can also feel relaxed as the forum does not contain loads of rules. Have fun! PS: This forum is new, not dead, the theme is a heavily edited version of a proboards forum theme. And I also have a advertising board in case GC mods want to advertise back.
