Character Name: Viluy
+Viluy named after the sorosilicate mineral wiluite, which is named for its location of discovery,
Вилю́й (Vilyuy) a Central Siberian river basin.
Civilian Alias: Yui Bidou
Gender: Female
Age: Age and date of birth unknown. Appears to be 18-20 years old.
Used Canons: 90s anime, Manga, Crystal, materials collection, with a hint of Sailor Moon: Another Story
Appearance:Viluy is a tall, young, pale-skinned woman with piercing turquoise blue eyes. She has straight shoulder-length, silvery white hair with grown-out bangs. The ends of her hair are subtly curled under giving her lob-style haircut a more voluminous appearance.
Clothing:School Uniform: While disguising herself as a civilian, Viluy wears the winter uniform from Mugen Academy with a pair of thin white trouser socks and pointed black crisscross strap mary janes. The academy uniform consists of a long-sleeved crimson cropped button-up top and a green knee-length, knife-pleated skirt with widely-spaced navy blue stripes running both horizontally and vertically across the fabric. The top has a navy blue collar, a black star, a green and navy blue horizontally-striped bow, and a decorative band of green and navy blue trim. The sleeves are in a bishop style with the cuffs bearing button-up plackets.
Witch costume: Viluy's witch costume is a short, close fit, strapless black and periwinkle-colored bustier dress with a sweetheart neckline. The bust and skirt areas of her dress are accented by darker-colored shards of mirror-like glass, which are arranged aesthetically like a mosaic. She wears baby-blue leggings underneath her dress, and a pair of white pointed-toe ankle boots on her feet. For accessories she wears a baby blue choker with a black star around her neck, large baby blue arrow-shaped earrings on her earlobes, a periwinkle hat on her head, and a jagged periwinkle cuff bracelet on her left arm. Like her dress, the hat and bracelet have a mosaic design made from mirror-like glass.
Laboratory clothes:Viluy wears a pair of square-framed glasses and a long, loose-fitting white button-up lab coat whenever she is collecting and analyzing data in Professor Tomoe's laboratory.
Personality: Negative Traits: Arrogant, Condescending, Pedantic, Selfish, Apathetic, Cold, Manipulative, Pushy, Aggressive, Elitist
Positive Traits: Logical, Intelligent, Studious, Straightforward, Efficient, Rational
Viluy's kindness is as artificial as the computers she programs. She just doesn't care at all about the feelings, opinions, or well-being of others, and would even go as far as calling somebody naïve for risking their life to save another person. She deems herself far too important to censor her thoughts and would openly speak her mind—usually in a caustic or condescending manner—regardless of what other people think or actually want to hear. She is however loyal to Professor Tomoe, though at times she may not fully respect his authority as well as the other witches do.
Viluy is very logical. She does not allow her emotions to cloud her judgment or actions. Only when logic and reasoning fail her will her true emotions emerge: usually in the form of denial and anger, but never love or compassion. Viluy refuses to express such emotions, referring to them as inferior or weak
especially when they are brought up in academics and scientific discussion. Her arrogance leads her to ridicule others for displaying their softer emotions around her.
Beyond her attitude, Viluy is a highly intelligent and competitive young woman. She is well-adept in the physical sciences and computer programming, using her knowledge as both a scientist and a witch to construct nanobots and computers capable of extracting human souls for the Death Busters' mission. Time is a precious commodity to her. She does not like to waste it on trivial things when instead she could be studying for an important national exam, but that never stops her from enjoying an occasional game of Twister in the laboratory with her colleagues.
Weapon/Abilities/Attacks:WEAPONSWitch staff:Like the rest of the Witches 5, Viluy possesses a long wooden staff. Although she can use this staff to freeze and confuse her enemies, she prefers to use her magic-enhanced technology in most circumstances. A staff is just too primitive for her in comparison to her adorable nanobots.
Nanocuff:The device can process user input, and can receive and transmit data between her nanobots and supercomputer like a remote control. Viluy wears it on her left arm.
Nanobots: Viluy is a long range fighter, relying on her magic-enhanced technology to destroy her enemies. Her primary weapon is her ravaging army of nanobots, which she can control using a special program on her cuff bracelet. *See Mosaic Buster* These nanobots can also be summoned around her to form a protective barrier against weaker magic attacks.
Supercomputer: Located at the heart of Mugen Academy, Viluy's supercomputer is the biggest system of its kind.
ABILITIESProgramming skills: Viluy is a highly intelligent individual capable of programming her computers and nanobots to extract souls and seize control of people's minds.
Teleportation: Viluy is able to perform a group teleport with other members of the Witches 5. In battle, she uses the ability to parry attacks.
Levitation: Viluy can use her witch magic to remain stationary in the air for an extended period of time.
Summoning and Commanding Daimon: To aid the Witches 5 in their mission, Manga/Crystal Kaolinite gave Cyprine, Eudial, Mimete, Tellu, and Viluy the ability to fuse Daimon eggs with other living creatures. With Daimon, the Witches 5 are able to wreak havoc on their surroundings without revealing themselves to their victims or directly participating in battle.
ATTACKSDeath Move: Mosaic Buster Description: Nano-sized machines are released in an electrical wave-like burst of energy. They are programmed to immobilize their victim's body and gradually tear it apart at the microscopic level. The victim's soul and Hoste are however left in tact.
Kamaitachi: Description: Clusters of nanobots are summoned strike the target with swift slicing motions.

EMOTIONS ARE FOR THE WEAK.Storyline Specific Information:- Chaotic Mayhem:
"Somehow, villains from throughout the Sailor Moon Universe have found themselves recruited by Chaos to continue the fight against the powers of good. They have been called from their individual timelines, each at the peak of their evil plots, to attempt to disrupt the balance and tip it in the favour of darkness.
They find themselves collectively in late 20th century Tokyo, each with an important mission to carry out. Although there may be tension with fellow villains from their own timeline, most regard those unfamiliar with suspicion and rivalry. As the group tries to get to know each other, some boasting about what special tasks they have been asked to complete, they realize that the missions each group has received is exactly the same.
Their first task wrote:
Locate a very expensive, very impressive, very unusual diamond that has been in the news recently. It is not the Silver Crystal of Illusion, but it seems... suspicious. It registers to all the villains as being loaded with energy.
Now it's a challenge. Now it's a contest. Now they're out to prove to each other that they're the BETTER (or is it... worse?) villains that the Sailor Team has fought or will fight."

RP Sample:- Excerpt taken from the Casual Event “Vacation to the Dark Side”:
Viluy raised the back of her right hand to her mouth and scoffed a little at Kaolinite's remark. “Hah. I don't understand
why you had to come along,
Kaolinite,” she replied boldly with a roll of her eyes. The pretentious girl then cocked her head to the side and leered at the older woman, her nasty smirk growing wider as she unleashed her sass. “
Oh, right... It's because you want to flirt with the professor in a more romantic setting, since you
obviously have no worth in the laboratory. Just give it up already! Can't you see he doesn't care?—Or are you too busy ogling him and his tasteless sense of fashion? Hah!”
Viluy, so caught up in her own group's misunderstandings, and Professor Tomoe's twisted idea of a research trip, hadn't realized the number of other people waiting around the bungalow until a large fracas broke out between them. Already peeved by Kaolinite's presence, Viluy had no patience left to deal with so many people—complete imbeciles too! She cringed. None of them dressed scholarly, so they probably weren't very smart—likely even dumber than Mimete and Kaolinite who at least looked good in a lab coat.
Idiots. The white-haired girl scoffed at the very thought of those two actually being smart for a change. However, that mental image soon replaced itself as Viluy's eyes flitted back and forth between Kaolinite and the balls, mirrors, rocks, and other bursts of energy being exchanged by the beach brawlers.
