Appearance: On her world, she does not wear clothing. Her long and thick hair provides her only coverage, not that such a thing is even necessary. Her hair is a strange colour—shades of blues like the reflections of water. It has incredible volume, curling around her body from the top of her head to her ankles. She has short bangs that curl around her face, attempting to part at the center but failing to actually do so. In front of each ear is a thick tendril of hair. Xtal's height is roughly 150cm and she has a medium build that seems to have angles rather than curves. Small clusters of what appear to be "rough patches of dry skin" are seen all over her body, particularly on her shoulders, hips, shins, and collarbone—these are visible protrusions of the rock crystals that make up her body. Her skin is a moderate reddish brown, the same colour as much of the dust and terrain of her habitat. Xtal's pupils are pale gray, almost white, and they reflect light in a crystalline manner.

The strangest thing about her is her neutral facial expression. She rarely communicates her thoughts and emotions this way, simply because she has never benefited from doing so.

Personality: Xtal has a lot to learn about herself and others. She has spent an isolated existence on a seemingly desolate planet. Her time until now has been occupied by walking across her world, periodically stopping to perform some kind of task to cultivate it. Xtal has no personal goals related to the improvement of her planet, but understands vaguely that it is her duty as the carrier of its Sailor Crystal. (Although a phrase like "Sailor Crystal" she has no words for, only the concept.) She has never resisted this, but immediately accepted it. In general, she is open to taking responsibility and following through on actions.

Xtal is determined and steadfast. Several of the tasks she has performed have required a significant amount of effort performed only by her. She rarely observes what is around her and decides that it cannot be done. Instead, she finds the piece that she can do, and begins working on that point. That is how she has cleared hundreds of kilometers of volcanic debris as a single entity—slowly, little by little. This makes her a problem-solver, but not always an efficient one. "Time" has never been particularly important to her—it is not a thing she measures or pays much attention to. She doesn't often question anything—accustomed to having no one to ask but herself, there little point in doing so. As she spends more time among other sailor soldiers and humanoids, Xtal witnesses this type of interaction and starts to feel curious about it.

Emotions and caring are weak points for Xtal. She fundamentally lacks the ability to understand most of them. Describing her as "cold" or "aloof" would be incredibly appropriate—not because she makes a choice to disregard others, but because she does not have a foundation in place to regard them at all. She is also extremely naive and easily lied to. Xtal accepts all information provided to her as fact. She doesn't understand deception, because she has not experienced it. She misses nuances like body language or tone when people are talking, focusing on the words they say, not how they are saying it.

Elements of personality that are typically interpreted as "depth of character" are missing in Xtal. It takes adversity and interaction to develop these components, and she is sorely lacking in the latter. Her "likes" are as simple as "finishing a task" or "comfortable position to sleep in" while "dislikes" often amount to "tasks that are hard" and "falling into the oil-river while carrying rocks". This will all change when she finds herself forced to work alongside others and explore new worlds in the fight against Chaos. At first it is extremely confusing to be faced with input from sources other than herself, both related to conversation and goals/drives. On a team, she cannot be independent as she has been. She must work with others. This is a very strange sensation for someone who has been alone until now. She rationalizes this by equating it with the way she has followed the instinctual needs of her world, although there is still discord between these external requirements and the intrinsic drive she typically answered to.

She lives in the present with very little focus on the past or the future. Xtal has no current goals or ambitions, but lets herself be moved along based on random sensations conveyed unspoken from her planet. As her horizons expand, she will discover that there is so much more beyond the borders of everything she has ever known. She may seek to return to the peace and solitude of her home, or she may find that the adventures out there suit her better.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
• Rock Type - Xtal is humanoid, but far from human. Her chemical composition is closer to that of crystal and rock, rather than flesh. She does not require food and water in the way that many other life forms do. Her primary concerns for her health are avoiding fractures and erosion. Although some may equate strength with rocks, she isn't actually strong—just tough. Her rock composition acts like armor. She does not actually have organs or what could normally be considered "living tissue".
• Resonating Crystal - Xtal picks up vibrations more than she does sound—obviously sound is vibration, but she processes it differently than most humans "hear". Similarly, when she speaks she tends to send out slightly different waves that sometimes have a clearer vibrating effect on everything around her. She harmonizes extremely well to other vibrations and can amplify vibrations she picks up on by joining their frequency. If she adjusts her frequency she can "hear" things that others cannot.

History: The small carbon planet known as Zhi 56788CQ has been generally of little interest to the more-developed areas of the Red Sector. Violent volcanic activity and an unexpected atmospheric change proved fatal for the life forms of this world. The lack of oxygen has discouraged colonization from other nearby planets with advanced technology.

Yet it turns out that Zhi 56788CQ is not uninhabited and it has a name: Xtal-Diamante. Bathed in the warm oil of a hot spring churned by volcanic activity, one geode of the previously-dominant species hatched and has survived. The young girl wandered her world since birth, exploring the mountains and craters that mark Xtal Diamante. She has wandered past rubble that were once her kinsmen, but does not realize this. The other rocks on her planet are actually sentient, slowly evolving to a point where they can become a higher type of life form similar to Xtal herself. Her presence as Sailor Xtal-Diamante was intended to serve as protection for them, although she is not aware of this.

Xtal has felt the pulse of her Sailor Crystal all her life, the way that others may feel their heart beat. She has an alignment with her planet and its needs that she has served all this time. Although she knows intrinsically that she can call upon a strange change and take a modified form, her powers as a sailor soldier require the presence of another ally. Due to her solitude, those abilities have never been used. She has had no reason to transform and fought no enemies.

Other Noteworthy Facts:
• Can neither eat nor taste. "Favourite food" is a totally impossible concept.
• Finds hard surfaces "comfortable".
• Sometimes forgets to speak out loud, and then wonders why no one is responding to her (unsaid) comment or question.

Powers: Sailor Xtal-Diamante is unable to use any of her abilities on herself. She can only enhance other team members.
• Boost - Her crystalline eyes flash twice, and the target of her ability glows softly for a few seconds with white light. Increases a single ally's statistic by half (ex. if Strength is 4, it will temporarily count as 6) for 4 rounds of battle.
• Recovery - She takes a deep breath, her eyes strobe once with light, and white mist settles across the targeted allies. Adds points to one or more ally's HP. The total points available depends on the roll, and they are distributed evenly. This can allow someone to temporarily exceed the upper cap for their HP.
• Hyper Boost* - Her eyes glow with a prolonged intensity, and a faint humming noise emanates from her form. A wind picks up around her target, infusing them with the enhancement. This causes the very edge of the ally's form to shimmer with white light. Multiplies a single ally's statistic by three (ex. if Dexterity 3, it will temporarily count as 9) for 1 round of battle.

• Xtal-Diamante Crystal - This is Sailor Xtal-Diamante's sailor crystal, which she uses to transform and exist. It resembles a clear cluster of quartz prisms, glowing with energy. It remains inside of her body, housed in a crystalline cavern like the interior of a geode.
