APPEARANCE: Hikari has a soft, wavy, silver hair with two buns tied on the top and the rest flow down. At an early age her hair has been modeled to look similar to that of the Solar System's "Neo-Queen Serenity", but Hikari constantly refuses to do so and thus a compromise had been made where she must have two buns tied on the top at all times. In her Sailor Senshi form, her hairstyle remains the same, but it changes its colours to black- contrasting the colour of her Senshi wings. The only trace that remains silver is her buns. Hikari's eyes are wide and pure black. It is said that staring into the Princess' eyes gives off the feeling of being pulled into an endless void where you would not be able to escape for all eternity.

As the Princess of Kronos, Hikari was born with a pair of wings- as this was a birth inheritance of those with the Kronos Crystalline Bloodline. Their wings gradually evolve as they unlock their powers to its full potential. Until they are fit enough to take on the position of Neo-King, or Neo-Queen, the wings remain in tact. It is said that if a Kronos Crystalline Bloodline were to lose their wings- their line for the throne and lineage as a Kronos ends. Their powers vanish for all eternity, and they are sent to the Galaxy Cordon where their Sailor Crystal is reborn. 

Hikari's lips are said to be luscious and pink, and never was there a moment where the Princess was not seen to be smiling. The people of Kronos are born with pointed ears, however, Hikari was instead born with non-pointy ears- a reminder that she is not from completely from the Kronos roots. 

In her Princess attire, Hikari chooses to dress in an attire almost similar to her Sailor Senshi outfit to allow her to move around easier, and because she prefers to have less covering- unlike her previous dress which completely covered her whole body thus making it difficult to move around. Also, inhabitants of the Kerplerius Nebula have high respects for those born with Sailor Crystals. Her dress consists of a leotard skirt, a belt with the colours of the Kronos Royalty (yellow and black), and a black star brooch in the middle to tie them together. She has beads on her buns, and golden bangles on her wrist which keeps the transparent cloth on her arm stable. Hikari wears black high heeled shoes. She enjoys sneaking out every now and then, and whenever she does this her attire consists of a long dress- one of her old gowns, to prevent people from suspecting she is the Princess as it is completely opposite her Princess attire. 

Born with the 'Kronos Star' on her forehead, whatever form Hikari takes (be it Princess or Sailor Senshi), her birthmark never disappears. It is the sign of Kronos Royalty, and thus her royal bloodline comes above any other power. According to legends, if the Kronos Star were to ever turn white- it is a sign that the Prince or Princess with the mark has reached maturity and is now capable of ruling the throne. 


PERSONALITY: Hikari is calm and serene- though she does tend to get overexcited for the smallest of things at times. Being raised to act as grandeur and graceful as the Queen of the Solar System, Hikari is quite rebellious when such matters arise. She refuses to be made to forcibly copy the strongest Guardian of the Universe, and thus tend to go against the wishes of both her Father and Grandmother. Whilst she is usually a calm person, if she were to ever be provoked, she is not afraid to fight and will do her best to defeat her adversary. However, much as she is strong-headed, she is also very naive and ignorant. Hikari, growing up in the palace, is able to easily trust anyone given that they show her some form of kindness. This usually gets her into trouble, especially when terrorists venture the land of Kronos and is able to sense her. 

She does not care much for her appearance, however, when it comes to purchasing clothes and jewelry, she becomes a total shopaholic. Her Father is usually infuriated whenever she does this, as she tends to go for the cheap types of clothes- one that peasants would wear. Hikari denies the concept of the two worlds (the poor and the rich), and tends to visit and help the poor from time to time. What she does accept is how snobby the royal family and the rich are- hence why she highly dislikes mingling with them, and this is also why she has such a distant relationship with her Grandmother. Neo-Dowager Princess Anastasia is Hikari's Grandmother, and is set on having her marry a rich dignitary from another System. Hikari is highly against this, thus she tends to give an attitude to her Grandmother when the topic is brought up.

Although she is naive, Hikari's strengths are quite the opposite of this trait. She is witty and clever when it comes to situations where her smarts are required. She is tactical when she is in a fight- almost as if she is not herself when in battle. With her involvement with the poor, she is a humanitarian as she helps however she can. She also attempts to raise this subject of the wide gap between the rich and the poor whenever a royal discussion about the kingdom begins (which she is usually ignored at). Another strength of Hikari is her inventiveness when it comes to doing things yourself. She is able to create things easily with whatever is around her. She also has a strong sense of originality, which comes in handy whenever she designs the cheap outfits she buys to make them look grand. 

Her weaknesses however varies quite gravely. As aforementioned, she is very stubborn when it comes to royalty and royal duties. Whilst she has various traits showing how serene she is, a price for this is that she tends to come off as unemotional- only ever smiling for the sake of it. She is rebellious in many more ways than towards her grandmother, but also due to her sneaking out, and involving herself with the peasants of the kingdom. She can be very sarcastic if needed, and highly distant from her relatives. The only person she truly connected with was her Mother, but she was sent back to her home planet after her Grandmother had deemed her as an immigrant and forcibly sent her to Earth. 


More of Hikari's weakness revolves around her powers. Being the element of Darkness, she does not have the jurisdictions over the power of the Light, and thus is highly weakened with light-based, and fire-based attacks. Although the Titan's Obsidian Crystal is a source of good magic, Hikari fears that the power may become corrupted should she herself be corrupted. She believes that if her heart were to ever become corrupted and grow dark, the Crystal will resonate with this and thus, become a power of death and destruction, therefore she works her best to make sure she is constantly a positive person, and that her heart is set on bringing good to the world.


Hikari's goal is to someday end the poverty underlying within her galaxy, and restore balance, as she is completely aware of the split between the poor and the rich- which has ruined the harmony of Hoag's Galaxy. She plans to someday be married to someone whom she is destined to be with, and live her life in simplicity; no crowns, or royalty of any thing.

ANY UNIQUE ABILITIES/SKILLS: Hikari's only unique ability is her ability to fly- but she is not able to use this ability quite often as she is not allowed to leave the castle grounds. Her wings are too blatant as they are quite large, and thus she does not use them to escape the castle- or to travel. They're merely decorative to her as she also deems them quite useless. Her special skill is singing, as she always loved singing since she was a child with her Mother.

HISTORY: Titan's Nebula is a Planetary System located in Hoag's Galaxy. It is the planet furthest away from the Milky Way Galaxy, thus in the past, before the arrival of the Titan's Obsidian Crystal, inhabitants of this dreaded Galaxy had suffered gravely due to its eternal winters. When the battle against Sailor Galaxia had occurred, a budding Star Crystal was reborn in the wrong galaxy- this being Hikari Kuro. From her revival, she was awakened in  the center planet of Hoag's Galaxy: the planet Kronos. The planet was as dark as the rest of the galaxy. It is said that its source of life, the Titan's Obsidian Crystal has mysteriously vanished ever since Galaxia's murdering of King Kronos- thus causing the whole of Titan's Nebula to plunge to darkness as Kronos' holy glow disappeared. Unlike the other Sailor Crystals restored during Sailor Moon's ultimate sacrifice, the King was not restored and remained dead, thus his son took over as the newly appointed Neo-King Kronos. 

Unable to return to her own galaxy, Hikari lived in Kronos with struggle as the freezing temperature was difficult to withstand for her. She also had to keep her identity as a human a secret to prevent the Krozainors from harassing her. One day, the mischievous Neo-King Kronos decided to visit the citizens under a disguise. He began to feel sorry that the inhabitants of the Krozainors and the galaxy due to the lack of light and the eternal winter. Whilst strolling, he noticed a woman struggling on the road, she was weak. He immediately took her to the castle and took her in. With some luck, she was able to recover- but he discovered upon helping her that she was not someone born in the planet nor nearby planets- but a human. Though she was different, he immediately fell in love with her. After a while, both soon married. The Queen was highly against it, but Hikari and him married anyways. 

A year after their marriage, a baby girl was born- a child that became a blessing to the whole galaxy of Titan's Nebula soon thereafter. The young child grew up to be graceful and serene, quietly following her mother and father, and watching closely as the planet Kronos began to restore is former glow. During her coronation as a Princess when she was 6, her mother and father both began to shimmer- and from their hearts appeared their star seeds: the Obsidian Star Seed and the Haumea Sailor Crystal. Both began to surround and magnificently spin around Princess Hikari Anastasia; with a huge explosion of light, from Princess Hikari's hands appeared the Titan's Obsidian Crystal and the planet regained its former glory glow completely. Soon, the whole of the Titan's Nebula was saved from the eternal darkness, and was blessed with the holy light of the planet Kronos. From then on, it was decided that the Princess must remain in the castle at all times to keep the Titan's Obsidian Crystal protected at all times. 

Princess Hikari snuck out often. Whilst the kingdom has been restored, outside the city of Zeurian poverty was around. This saddened the princess, and thus she took it upon herself to bring the subject up to her parents. Her mother attempted to aid in her cause, but her Grandmother was against this. The King was terribly ill then- and thus he lacked any sort of power. Princess Hikari attempted to heal her Father through the use of the Crystal as advised by her Mother, but all it did was lower the glow of the planet. Angered, the Neo-Dowager Princess Anastasia blamed Queen Hikari for it and supposedly casted a spell to send her back to the Solar System. Trying to save her mother, Princess Hikari was able to transform into her Senshi form- but sadly she was not able to prevent her Mother's departure. It was merely years later that she found out her Grandmother had casted a banishing spell on her Mother, which sent her to the Galaxy Cordon and was reborn back into her rightful planet. 

STORYLINE SPECIFIC INFORMATION: N/A

REALM OF INFLUENCE: Darkness and the Stars
HENSHIN PHRASE: Kronos Power! Make-Up! 

POWERS: 

• Kronos Dark Pulse: Sailor Kronos forms a ball of dark energy on her right hand, and with her left hand she aims the attack towards the enemy. It has the ability to immobilize them for a few minutes. 
  
• Black Star Void: Sailor Kronos must place her fingertip on the target's forehead and chant the attack. Completion of this will result to temporary blindness for the target. 
  
• Darkness Hyperspace: Placing her palms together, Sailor Kronos is shown to be praying momentarily and once she opens her eyes, the direction of her gaze will be where a barrage of dark energy attack. 
  
• Kronos Obsidian Retribution: Sailor Kronos summons her the Keeper's Scepter which contains the Titan's Obsidian Crystal. It collects momentum and darkness from its surroundings, then Sailor Kronos places it on the ground and the attack forms into a shadow that travels around until the target is reached, and releases a full explosion. 
  

WEAPONS OR MAGICAL ITEMS:

• The Keeper's Scepter: a scepter given to Princess Hikari in order to control the power within the Titan's Obsidian Crystal, and to keep it save. When unused, the scepter disappears and only appears when it is summoned by Princess Hikari or Sailor Kronos. 
  
• The Titan's Obsidian Crystal: this is Sailor Kronos' sailor crystal. Before it was rebirthed into Sailor Kronos, the Crystal used to belong to be King Kronos' star seed. It is the brightest star within the Hoag's Galaxy. In order to transform into Sailor Kronos, Hikari needs to use the crystal to do so. As the crystal resides inside her, she can simply chant and she will transform. However, if in any case the crystal is taken from her whilst in its physical form, she will not have access to her transformation and powers. If stolen from her in its ethereal crystal form, she lose her life.
  

GUARDIAN: 

• Kara - is Hikari's pet rabbit. Se also acts as Hikari's guardian- guiding her whenever she is misleaded, and never leaves her side. At times, she has the power to turn herself into inanimate objects. Majority of the time she transforms into a brooch to support Hikari's magic wielding when she is not in her Senshi form.

She gently tiptoed her way out of the castle grounds and into the beautiful garden outside the castle. Who knew the perfect time to be outside was when it was dark. Somehow, the crystal knew what she had wanted- and thus it continued to keep the night even longer. But little did she know that the darkness means trouble for her.

"Greetings Princess Hikari. I see you're not protected by your guards. Where are they?" a voice whispered from behind. Such an ominous tone, it was a voice Hikari had never heard before. Just as she was about to run back to the safety of the castle, she instead flew across the garden and fell on top of a bush. Such things are quite traumatizing for a 14 year old girl. 

"I- I have power you know! Kronos Power! Make-Up!" she shouted as she transformed into her Sailor Senshi form. The darkness aided in illuminating her serene silver hair- but now they've merge with the darkness as they've turned black. "Kronos Dark Pulse!" she shouted as she released an attack on her surroundings... but there was nothing to be found. Nothing had been attacked, nor was there anybody there in the first place. 

"Hikari! What are you doing outside? And in your Senshi form?!" a familiar voice shouted, gradually coming closer. It seems that she had been caught again, and it's obvious that she'll probably get another lecture about the safety of the Titan's Obsidian Crystal. If it were ever about her, maybe she would actually listen. She quietly nodded her head as the words her father spoke were simply muted into nothing.
