| RP WORKSHOP Theme: Creating/Role-playing Characters that aren't like you
Info: This'll be a workshop focused more on creating realistic and interesting characters for RPs, but this is also applicable to writing. The goal is to learn general tips on how to write as people of different genders, cultures, races, sexuality, and even fictional species. The two big points will be:
- Avoiding stereotypes
- The power of researching
Workshop Format:The first half will be mostly me explaining the different parts of the topic and taking questions, and then the second half will be open for a more free discussion and specific concerns. If you have a character that you're having trouble developing or getting into the mindset of, feel free to bring it to the workshop for help!Date and Time of Workshop: July 2nd, 10 AM CST
