Appearance: Emelia's build is somewhat average. She stands at 5'3" and weighs 112 pounds. While she rarely does so, she's built for running and has a very high metabolism, thus explaining her low weight. Her facial features are all very pointed like a fox's, giving her a very wily appearance. Combined with her thick-rimmed glasses, she looks sharp and she likes it that way. Her skin is tanned from all the time she spends outdoors. Her hair is light blue with green tips and she usually wears the back part in double, cone-shaped buns with a strand looping on either side. Her bangs and the front part of her hair are kept short. Her eyes are a darker shade of blue than her hair and are slanted upward, making it look like she's always thinking something. Which, more likely than not, she is.

Emelia's style of clothing is largely practical, and she never takes femininity or masculinity into account. Her favorite colors to wear are earth tones, such as soft greens and browns, sometimes combined with blues and yellows. She likes to be able to at least run or climb something if she needs to, and while none of her wardrobe is ever form-fitting, she usually forgoes the flowing dresses--unless she absolutely has to wear them for formal events.

Personality: Patient and very practical, Emelia stands at a Lawful Good alignment. She is meticulous in her planning--if she's not in a hurry, then she likes to plan things out over and over and go over every detail many, many times before she's finally satisfied. She always thinks before she acts, taking every consequence into consideration. Because of this, she can sometimes appear slow to react, and during tense moments she will often drift off to the side and observe while trying to figure out her best course of action. She's patient, and can wait for hours before even doing anything. She appears like a statue sometimes, but Emelia's mind is far, far from empty.

She is very intelligent, with a high IQ and an uncanny ability to solve problems and puzzles. She is able to think of very outside-the-box solutions, even though it can take a while for her to fully form them in her mind. Puzzles are her favorite activity, and are very much her strong point. Emelia is much more of a strategist than a fighter, even though she is very formidable when it comes to the latter. She would be much happier being in charge of the planning than being in charge of fighting.

Emelia is a hard worker, and very persistent when working on something. When she starts something, she is very determined to finish it all the way, especially if it is something she is passionate about. She very much hates to start a project and give up halfway through, and hates to be interurpted when she's working on something.

Emelia rarely shows emotion on her face. Her default expression is a blank one that betrays no emotion or thought, and her smiles are usually very small and not noticeable at all. Because of this, she often appears unfeeling or unknowing, but the opposite of this is true. When her face is at its most blank, that is when her mind is whirring at top speed. She has an excellent poker face and is a good liar. However, she hates lying, or doing anything that is against the rules. She always respects rules and laws, and always does what she feels is the most logical solution, preferring to use reasoning over passion.

Sometimes, Emelia can be a bit of a pessimist. Because she likes to think of every possible solution, she'll easily find the worst case scenario and latch onto it, believing that it is the most likely to happen. Because of this, she'll often work hard to make sure that it does not happen, and this is when she's at her most illogical. Which is still very rational, but not for Emelia's usual standards.

Emelia does not understand most humor, and usually speaks very formally, even to her sisters. She does not understand slang or jokes, and even if she makes one, the reference usually flies over her head and she has to figure out why everyone is laughing. Despite this, she can sometimes be very unintentionally funny, though someone always has to explain the joke to her.

In addition, Emelia hates wasting, whether it's time, money, or resources. While she does take her time, she also knows when to cut it short. She's very smart with the money and resources she has, keeping them sustainable for as much as she possibly can. Usually, she buys the cheapest option possible, forgoing expensive items unless she absolutely has to buy them.

History: Emelia was born hundreds of years ago along with her eleven sisters. She grew up in the Astera Galaxy as one of its Sailor Senshi, and protected it from threats of Chaos.

However, unknowingly to Emelia, a thirteenth sister was born and cast away, their mother believing that the youngest would bring about destruction to their galaxy. Because of this, the sisters never came into their full power, and the result was massive destruction. Chaos wiped out their system, reducing it to nothing but dust and the twelve surviving Senshi.

But they only barely survived. The sisters were scattered around the universe, their bodies preserved for thousands of years as they slept, repairing the damage that had been done to them in the battle.

Finally, after eons, Emelia awakened, alone just like the others. All around her was nothing but nearby stars and galaxies. But then, a woman named Queen Stella appeared, informing her of who she was and awakening her, gathering her along with her sisters to Stella's kingdom. Emelia was quizzical at first, but went along with it anyway. After all, at that point she had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

However, despite the Queen's apparently benevolent nature, strange occurrences started to happen. The Queen had ordered the sisters to murder a king from another kingdom in his sleep, believing that he was corrupted by Chaos. Ever the pragmatic one, Emelia accepted, believing that it was the smart thing to do. But she still had misgivings, and sure enough, after spying on the Queen, the sisters figured out that it was Stella who was corrupted by Chaos, and she wanted them to meet the same fate.

But love conquered hate and as the sisters banded together to show their love for their youngest sister, Stella was purified and joined the ranks as Sailor Star Ophiuchus.

Powers:
- Earth manipulation: Not a shouted attack, this is just basic earthbending, as one might call it. Capricorn can move rocks, stones, and gems with her mind, as well as cause slabs of earth to come out of the ground, or crack them into dust. There are various ways that Capricorn can exhibit her control over earth, such as listening for vibrations in rock or detecting just how thick a stone wall is.
- Barrier Bijou: A shouted attack, this is a defensive move in which a large stone wall springs up, acting as a wall or shield. More often than not, the wall is encrusted with jewels and is made of very strong, very solid stone that can only be broken by powerful magic.
- Tectonic Shudder: A shouted attack in which Capricorn can cause a very localized earthquake, depending on where she directs it. It can be from about 5-7 on the Richter scale and is mostly used to knock an enemy off his or her feat, or to escape from some sort of trap. Unfortunately, this attack is utterly useless without a bit of ground nearby.

Weapons or Magical Items:
- Star Capricorn Crystal: She uses this crystal to transform into Sailor Star Capricorn. Instead of being a physical item, it is inside of her.
- Stellar Communicator: A small star-shaped item, it allows Capricorn to send messages and have conversations with her sisters if Sailor Star Gemini's telepathy is not available.

Guardian: Capricorn has no guardian, though she does have a strong affinity for animals. She wishes that she could someday have an animal guardian of her own, especially one that is as logical and intelligent as she.
