Character Name: Stephen “Blackout” Salvador

Appearance: He has blue eyes and black short hair. He always wears a suit and seems to have many, many duplicates. In the right chest pocket, Stephen carries a black rose. He wears black pants with a belt and a couple pockets. (One which houses a secret weapon) Stephen is white, 5 foot 9 he has muscles but is not considered muscular so he's about 230 pounds.


Personality: Stephen’s family (Mom,Dad and 2 older brothers) died when he was young so he grew up on his own and was in and out of foster families and boarding houses. He is a troubled kid that won’t let go of his past, blaming others for what happened to his family, even people he doesn’t know. He’s also been in run-ins with local law enforcement many times for stealing, running away and other various deeds. He only cares about himself and wants to ruin others lives since his was ruined when he was a child. (I’ll describe it more in history) Stephen is very stubborn and gets aggressive easily. He is also a rude person who tries to blame others for things. Through all that he can be focused and determined to accomplish his goals and dreams. Stephen is also easily provoked as in if someone looks at him wrong, he might snap. His mind is scrambled inside so he will accuse others of things at random. He is not afraid of pain and sometimes welcomes it. Also he is a glory hound for the wrong reasons, he will talk to someone if he trusts them enough about what he has accomplished. That is IF he gives trust to someone, but it's very rare for him to give trust.he has a problem inside and talks out loud to himself.



Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Has a couple unique things: One he carries with him a seemingly never-ending deck of playing cards that are infused by dark energy. Second is that he is able to borrow the properties of an item/object/person by holding an open hand on something for a couple seconds.

Example: Lets say he was fighting Sailor Jupiter and by placing his open palm on her arm (Or her person) for a couple seconds he is able to absorb (borrow) her powers. Note though, Sailor Jupiter WOULD NOT LOSE her powers, Stephen would just gain them to use for his own evil plans.

Also if he does this to maybe a brick wall then his body would have the strength of a brick wall. In other words, if someone punched him, it would be like if the were punching a brick wall.

downsides to this include: If he absorbs something that can be broken/crumbled/dissolved etc. then he would as well. 
EXAMPLE: Say he’s fighting someone and he accidentally places his hand on say, a dirt/muddy type area then his body would have the same properties of the dirt/muddy area..then Sailor Mercury shows up and uses a water attack it could wash over his current state and take parts of his body away. (Think high-pressure water spray cleaning a dirty surface)

The Length of time he can "Borrow powers" is 4 uses of said powers. after the 4th time it goes away.

Body parts do return after a couple days, thats why he’s not out all the time he would need time to recover. he has to pick his spots.

His deck of playing cards are infused with dark energy and he is able to throw them with almost perfect accuracy EXCEPT when he is moving (Walking, Running, dodging etc.) He has to be standing still to be very accurate. The cards can be destroyed by most types of attacks or even barriers/shields. He prefers to not go recover thrown cards during or even after battles.
 
History: Stephen was born to good family but developed a couple problems after birth. When he was about 6-7 years old he was at his family home when someone attempted to rob them and killed his parents and 2 brothers but sparred him for no specific reason. (Also cause he hid really well too) he hid so well that the police took a while to find him. When they did though, they sent him to a foster home to have him be taken care of, but that didn’t work out well. Stephen wanted HIS family and didn’t understand why he had to live with people he didn’t know. He was so bad that he was moved between 8 foster homes and boarding houses. When he turned 14 He ran away finally and decided to live on his own and do things his way. He begun to steal things and destroy property. One day he had went to a store/museum and stole a book that unknown to him housed an evil spirt that would curse the one who opened the book and the curse caused the person to steal the powers/properties of anything they touched with an open palm. (Think Midas and the golden touch sort of) It also caused a deck of playing cards in Stephen’s pocket at the time to be infused with dark/evil energy. (So I guess it was two curses..) Stephen found out about his newfound powers when he leaned on a nearby fire hydrant and then threw his hand out and a high pressure water stream came rushing out. This intrigued him to go after bigger and better things and he moved to Tokyo after stealing someones passport and boarding a plane illegally. No one tried to stop him because he used his powers to take over the plane and everyone was in constant fear. He now runs around Tokyo causing trouble and stealing money/items. He has (of course) not been caught yet.

Other Noteworthy Facts: Stephen suffers from a couple problems: Severe Depression, very bad anger issues and very thin trust issues. These are some of the causes of his current behavior/attitude. IF He somehow gains a special bond with someone then MAYBE he will get better who knows…. Deep inside he wants to be loved/cared for but that part of him is very hard to get into.

Stephen had been on a roll as of late, he had stolen about $200,000 in the last week and some jewelry. He sat in his hideaway and was relaxing in his laze-e-boy chair and his mind started to drift off into memories from his past. He was remembering how he used to play with his brothers in the backyard pool they had and how much fun it was to go places with his parents but then it came up again…the same memory that played over and over in his head: The day his family was murdered and every time he remembered that exact moment it angered him and he usually threw something against a wall, this time is was a framed photo he found of his family..his former family…the family that was taken from him and was never returnable to him… afterwards it was the same..he slouched down in the chair planning to make his next move.
