Minako Aino has fair skin, pink lips, long blonde hair which reaches down past her back, and blue eyes. She typically wears a red bow in her hair (noting that it’s her trademark) and likes to wear fun and flirty outfits. She’ll often be seen wearing mini skirts with a form fitting tank top and leather jackets accompanied by high heels. She also likes to wear more casual attire by donning jeans, with a three quarter length shirt and knee high boots. Even though she doesn’t consider herself high maintenance she can never leave the house without make-up and her nails being done.

Personality Traits:
Minako has both a silly and serious side. She is athletic, smart, funny, a little on the quirky side (think inappropriate jokes and comments when things get serious), and extremely loyal. She is strongly devoted to her friends and her duties within her group of Superheroes. While she might have started off as an academic underachiever in junior high she soon found her love for mechanical and chemical engineer, and has been soaring academically since then.

Storyline Specific Information:
Immortals: The RPG is set in a fictional futuristic hybrid metropolis called San Fransokyo (a portmanteau of San Francisco and Tokyo).

"Chibi-Usa" Tsukino is a young genius and robotics expert who spends her time participating in back alley robot fights. Her older sister Usagi, worried that Chibi-Usa was wasting her potential, takes Chibi-Usa to the robotics lab at her school--the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. There, Chibs meets Usagi's closest friends: Rei Hino, Makoto Kino, Ami Mizuno, and Minako Aino as well as LU-NA (a personal healthcare search-and-rescue robot Usagi created). Chibs also meets Professor Rita Beryl, the head of the robotics program.

Amazed by the students' projects, Chibi-Usa decides to enroll in the school. With help from Usagi and her friends, Chibi-Usa designs her own robotics project in order to gain a personal invitation via an annual exhibition. Her invention, Microbots (a type of nanorobotics which she can control telepathically through a neural-cranial transmitter with black cat ears), impresses Beryl, who offers Chibs an invitation to the school. Her project also impresses Alistair Kunzite (owner of the prestigious robotics company Kunz Tech). Kunzite offers to buy Chib's microbots, but Beryl successfully convinces Chibs not to make the deal.

As they leave to celebrate Chibi-Usa's success, a fire suddenly breaks out in the exhibition hall. Usagi rushes in to rescue Beryl, but the building explodes and kills Usagi and apparently Beryl(off-screen). As a result of losing her sister and best friend, Chibi-Usa shuts herself away in her room and isolates herself from others for two weeks.

One day, Chibi-Usa accidentally activates LU-NA, who responded to Chibi-Usa's cry of pain. As Chibi-Usa attempts to deactivate LUNA, she discovers a single microbot that was left in her jacket. Chibs believes its movement is due to a malfunction, but LUNA believes it is trying to go somewhere. LUNA follows the microbot to an abandoned warehouse just as Chibi-Usa catches up. There, they discover that someone has been mass producing Chibi-Usa's microbots before they are attacked by a masked woman controlling the microbots telepathically. Realizing this woman has stolen her project, Chibi-Usa decides to catch her and upgrades LUNA with battle armor and various fighting moves. Following their single microbot again, they find the masked man at the harbor and attempt to pull a surprise attack, but are unable to when Rei, Makoto, Ami, and Mina arrive in a car (because LUNA had contacted them earlier, thinking that a great way to help Chibi-Usa was to contact his friends). The masked woman attacks them as they flee in the car.

This is where the RP Begins.

They land in the water and nearly drown, but LUNA floats them up to safety. Wet and freezing, Ami suggests that they rest in an enormous mansion that she reveals to be her home. After realizing that LUNA had scanned the masked woman, Chibi-Usa decides to upgrade LUNA further so he can scan the entire city to find her. Chibs also upgrades her friends and provides them with supersuits of their own.

Additional Information:
Usagi and Minako were best friends, and they had been inseparable since they were in Kindergarten, which meant that Usagi’s death was a terrible shock to Minako. As a result, she has vowed to help humanity in any way possible and to make sure that Usagi’s legacy lives on. She wants to take Chibi-Usa under her wings and make sure that she continues to pursue her own aspirations as well.

Minako ran through the campus cursing at herself for being late. While she had outgrown her childish and irresponsible school habits, it seemed that she couldn’t get her tardiness under control. She cursed herself as she jumped over a low brick wall and dashed towards the laboratory. Her friends would be so discouraged at this rate; she was afterall a full hour late. It was one thing, if she could tell them that she was late because she made a new scientific discovery or even if she finally figured out the correct formula for the new compound she was working on, but the truth was, she was tardy because of a boy. Not any boy though: the Starbucks barista that she had been secretly (ok not so secretly) pining over for the past month.

Today, he had finally taken note of her and asked her, her name. Not just for Starbucks purposes but in a casual conversation during his break. Yes, she knew when his break was. Yes, she had planned to be there during it. And yes, it had paid off. The cool, suave, long haired god, would be taking her out to the new hipster joint in town Friday night. As she replayed the scene in her head , she squealed in delight giving a passing student quite the startle.

Crashing through the doors of the laboratory, she saw her fellow teammates engaged in a deep conversation. As they heard the vortex that was Minako fly through the doors, they all turned their heads giving their signature: You’re late look. Looking at them, she knew she couldn’t exactly tell them the truth. Instead, she’d keep this little secret to herself.

“Sorry, guys I got caught up watching this new documentary on elemental compounds and lost track of time.” Immediately, their faces changed and all was forgiven. Yes, a little lie but at least she wouldn’t feel their wrath. She sat with them and tried to concentrate on the problem at hand: their project and not the Starbucks god, whom she’d finally get a taste of Friday!

In an effort to always look cute and sexy, Minako opted for her superhero outfit design to be exactly that. She had a brown leather jacket, a white tank top with highwaisted jean shorts and leggings, which are all reinforced with graphene (oh gods I hope this is right) which is as strong as diamonds but as flexible as cling wrap. Her entire outfit has been outlined with this impressive material to allow her a strong protection from her enemies while maintaining the flexibility and motion necessary to maneuver. Her shoes (which are not picture) are converses that have been modified to include golden discusses. Something similar to this:

However, they are smaller and much more delicate allowing for more maneuverability.

Powers and Magical Items:

Minako's battle suit is based on her science experiment that led to her admittance into the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. Through the use of mechanical and chemical engineering, Minako strove to create a bike with intense, almost unimaginable speed. This was incorporated in her super-suit, which heavily consisted of the same electro-magnetic wheels used for her state-of-the-art bike. The electro-magnetic wheels have been attached to her sneaker-like shoes (think converse with a golden discuss wheel attached to them) to allow for faster transportation around her enemies.

Not only do the discs act as wheels and a mode of transportation, they also act as dangerous weapons, capable of causing quite a lot of damage once flung to a specific target. Once the target is hit (if at all) the discs magnetically return to the suit, enabling instant reuse.

With the suit, Minako is given impressive speed, velocity, and agility. Using all of the discs and moving at once at high velocity, Minako can cause the discs to become incredibly cutting, heated and powerful, enabling her to tear through hard objects but only at a proper momentum. She also gains the ability to create powerful impacts against enemies when at high speeds.

In addition, she has a pliable golden metal chain with heart links wrapped around her torso. This chain absorbs sunlight, when in direct contact, and acts as a pseudo sword when necessary. The heated element can slice through barriers efficiently and cause severe damage to her opponents (see what I did there - venus love me chains much?). Minako is unaffected by the chain’s chemical reaction as she is wearing clothing which acts as protective armor.

While her abilities do not appear to be as powerful as her teammates, her intimacy with speed enables her to perform a combination of hits and attacks that give her an advantage in both ranged and close combat. Lastly, her background in martial arts helps make her a skilled and lethal fighter.
