There is a male and female form of the uniform, as in this game there are both male and female sailor soldiers. Each sailor soldier has a primary colour and a secondary colour. In the examples below, BLUE is the primary colour and RED is the secondary colour. The item on the knot of the scarf tied below the sailor collar is each soldier's White Moon pin.

Areas of the uniform that may be customized for each sailor solider:

• Earrings must be silver. Design of earrings and number of earrings may vary individually.
  
• Neck scarf must be the secondary colour. Length of scarf ends and manner and position in which scarf is knotted may vary individually. The scarf should not be enormous in size, as it must not cover the front of the uniform.
  
• Shoes must be the primary colour. Style of shoes varies individually.
  
• (Male Uniform Only) Pants are straight-legged dress shorts, hitting just around the knee, with front pleats. Length of pants may vary individually (ex. short-shorts to full-length pants).
  

For both men and women, the uniform consists of a long-sleeved white shirt with a sailor collar in the primary colour. The sailor collar has white arrowhead decoration at the narrowest fold of the collar in the front of the uniform. Along the edge is a single white stripe. The back of the sailor collar has an angled upside-down v-shaped edge. Fitted into each of the outer corners is a silver arrowhead design.

On the white sleeves, at the upper area of each arm, is an upside-down v-shaped insignia in the primary colour. The folded back cuffs of the long sleeves mimic the sailor collar: primary colour, with a thin white stripe along the edge of the cuff closest to the sleeve.

Peeking out from beneath the cuffs of the long sleeves are fingerless gloves in the secondary colour that form a v-shape over the top of the hand, with the point of the v close to the middle finger. The edges of these gloves are bordered in silver.

Knotted under the sailor collar is a silk scarf in the secondary colour with wide, stiff ends that appear almost like the tails of a bow. The sailor soldier's White Moon pin covers the knot. Another silk scarf in the same colour is wrapped around the neck and knotted.

Over the white shirt is a high waist bodice. On the females, the bodice cuts just below the breasts and ends just over the hips in a low v-shape over the short pleated sailor skirt. On the males, the bodice cuts just below the fullest part of the chest and ends at the top of the hips, just above the pants. The bodice is in the primary colour with silver piping along the edges and in two princess-seamed parallel vertical lines in the front and in the back.

On the females, curved and split shirt tails in the secondary colour peek out below the bodice and above the skirt in the back of the uniform. On the males, curved and split shirt tails in the secondary colour are seen below the bodice and above the pants on the front of the uniform, with longer tails also on the back of the uniform.

The sailor soldiers wear silver earrings. Both men and women wear a thin silver tiara straight across the forehead with a larger oval gem at the center.
