why on the stamps page does Rei have blue hair and mostly blue everything?? i don't mind it i just was curious

Well this is the original image and as you can see she has blue clothes originally. The blue hair is probably a result of the coloring (Neo Queen Serenity made this graphic so I'm not sure what she did exactly) but even in the original image you can see the shade of Rei and Ami's hair being similar.
