Does anyone else remember this game or ever had it?  I remember I was so excited for this game when it first came out way back in the Windows 95 days.  Even though it was so horribly cheesy and way too easy of a game, I remember I used to play this game to death just because it was the only Sailor Moon game they ever had in America.  But I don't remember the dress up game being so whacky and weird:
