Queen of Discord: In this RP, Makoto is a demigod, daughter of Jupiter. After discovering her demigod status and finding Camp Half-Blood, she and a group of other demigods are sent on a quest to retrieve the Apple of Discord and defeat Eris, Goddess of Chaos.

Additional Information:
Personality: Makoto looks intimidating at first glance, with her quick temper and tendency to get into fights, but she's really a kind person. She is protective over people who can't defend themselves, and will always step in to guard the honor or reputation of her friends, or support them in any way. She's headstrong, sincere, and straightforward thinking, and will often charge into something without much of a plan if no one makes one. Beneath her tough exterior lies her softer side, and she is very into the thought of romance, easily gaining crushes and becoming infatuated in minutes with people she just met. She likes gardening, baking, video games, sports, and watching storms.
Because of her strange abilities and her appearance, she starts of as a loner, used to being shunned or avoided by others. Mako is courageous and does not back down from a challenge, but sometimes still wrestles with the thought that she's too tomboyish or rough for a girl. She's become more independent than the usual teenager from living with just her mother for most of her life, and then being alone for a few months after her mother's death. She hopes to one day reopen her mother's bakery in the future.

History: Makoto's mother met with the god Jupiter while she ran a small bakery in her mid 20s, attracting him with her honest, caring, and stubborn mannerisms that resonated with his own personality. They dated for months after he kept showing up at her shop a few times, making up worse and worse excuses for being there until she asked him out. Despite how happy they were, they did not marry, and she understood the reason why after he revealed his identity. A year later, Makoto was born to her, and Jupiter left for a short time after. He couldn't completely stay away though, and showed up from time to time over the next few years to check up on his family. Jupiter's visits grew shorter and shorter as his duties piled up and Juno grew suspicious. Eventually, he could only afford to watch from a distance and send small messages. 
        Makoto has not seen her father since the age of 5, and she barely remembers him because of this, though she doesn't hold a great amount of anger towards him, only mild curiosity. Her demigod abilities surfaced early in the form of her physical strength, which was well beyond a young child's. Her mother covered her accidents by saying that her toys were flimsy and easily broken, and their house was a little fragile, but it was really Makoto's fault when things broke. She didn't realize this until she grew older though. She struggled in school because of her height and clumsiness, along with the dyslexic problem that every modern demigod seemed to have, which was great ammo to bully her with.
         At first, Makoto took it quietly, but eventually her patience was worn and fights broke out with other students, earning her a reputation as a troublemaker. Going into high school, she had a very small amount of friends beyond her ever supportive mother. Her mother died of an illness shortly before the RP, but not before cryptically telling Makoto that her father would watch her more closely in her place.

Inherited Skills and Powers: Superhuman strength and durability, generating electricity, and summoning/controlling storms. Makoto is skilled in settling conflicts between opposing parties, despite her own brashness an occasional lack of forethought. She also has the gift of charisma, enough to pull armies together to fight more efficiently, or rally others to a cause. She also practices marital arts.


Achilles Heel (Fatal Flaw): Love and attraction. Makoto is very distracted by crushes, which drops her guard and clouds her vision until it fades away.
