I was reading some Chakra reading because one of the women I work with has been doing yoga for the past few years and since I get interested in everything I don't already know, I decided to read a bit about it and so I fell on Chakra's Ultimate Powers; Kundalini Awakening

In what I have read earlier today, it says to achieve this ultimate stage and awaken your powers, your heart, body and soul, your chakras have to be pure. They also mention only few special people can awaken this power living inside every one of us. The power arises when you are able to make just one with the Universe.

It somehow reminded me of the Sailor Moon R season where Sailor Moon was unable of using her powers properly because her mind and heart are confused, same for Chibi. Also reminded me Sailor Moon was making one with all the Sailor Scouts to reunite their powers to defeat evil in different seasons.

It's quite funny to compare all this, but I guess I see Sailor Moon just everywhere.

Everyone is capable of working with their chakras, it just takes a lot of patience and diligence. It helps to learn about all 7 individually and how they relate to the different parts of your body, both physically and spiritually. When you open them, kundalini floods through your body by way of your spine. When your chakras are closed and unbalanced, it can cause other imbalances in your body and mental health. Working with chakras is definitely a positive and healthy experience.

It's pretty neat that you related it to Sailor Moon; I never would have thought of that. But yeah, I can see where you get it from. If Sailor Moon's "chakras were unbalanced" it could cause a problem for her. Sailor Moon can never really get anything done unless her mind and heart are in the right place. :3
