ah, it is, if you relax and don't really pay attention to the whole Lincoln is an american symbol. it has Tim Burton on it, so... that's always a good sign

Last movie I saw in theaters was the Avengers movie. I rarely go to the theaters these days, with the lack of cash and needing to save for other things.

Last movie I saw in theaters was ParaNorman. It's the best American animated movie I've ever seen, honestly.

Hm, sounds interesting! When you say "nice ending" do you mean "they end up together?" Because my heart cannot handle break-up endings, regardless of how "realistic" they may be. :S

In Theaters: The Avengers. I had to watch (we'd each only seen some, and then different ones) all the movies that led up to it (iron man, captain america, etc) with my sister in the day or two before we went. We ended up fast forwarding through a majority of Thor to make a 5 o'clock showtime only to have it be sold out three people before we got in ;; so we had to sit in our hot van (no AC) for three hours in the southern summer heat. But it was TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT. 'Cause the movie was frickin awesomesauce.

At home: Resident Evil: Afterlife - fairly enjoyable, I'd give it a 7/10. Overall, I did not enjoy it more than the previous movie, but I still felt it was a solid entry to the series. I'm a new fan of the franchise as a whole. I watched all four movies within the timespan of 2 weeks to prepare for the 5th, which just came out in theaters.

Charlie Bartlett - 10/10
This was a really good film. Even though I initially watched it because hot principal RDJ peaked my interest, I really loved him as well as Anton Yelchin and Kat Dennings. As well as everyone else. Great movie.

The Five Year Engagement - 7/10
I liked it. I loved Jason Segel, Emily Blunt & Alison Brie (especially my girl Alison), but it was rather long and dragged out at some points.

well, i'm re-watching Cinderella =)

The Green Lantern, saw it 2 days ago and it was the 1st time I saw it too. Not a bad movie, though I prefer my Marvel more.
