Storyline Specific Information: A little girl with a dream to become something great. Jakyu lives with her only family member and sister, Kara, she becomes desperate to do something right without messing it up. That day appears when a mysterious and ominous masked child, (what appears to be one) shoves a golden box with a star emblem carved on to it. Inside, Jakyu discovers a magical white hat, which she soon discovers it gives her the power to do what she wished, with a price. The hat activated upon her deep desire to do good. but she had to pay a deep price for it and it was her ability to express sadness and despair. It caused Jakyu to have a "mask" so to speak, creating and overly enthusiastic child with strange starstruck eyes. She can no longer express any other emotion on the outside except enthusiasms with a great desire to make everyone else happy at the expense of her happiness.

Powers and Magical Items:
 
White Puff hat: A mysterious magical hat created by a divine being who invented it. It has the power to create anything based on the user’s desires.
 
Ruby quartz hammer:  A pink crystal Hammer, its solidity is a symbol of Jakyu’s strength.
 
Attacks:  

Hammer throw: The user swings its hammer, causing it to fly towards its enemy with great force.
 
Starry Rapid Spin: The user holds on tightly on to the hammer, spinning violently while giving off starry energy bursts.
 
Mallet Pummel: (Super move) User uses a large chunk of its energy to attack the enemy in high speed and slamming the hammer fiercely in incredibly fast swings before finishing it with a devastating smash blow. This move can only be used once in a while for the user becomes very drained afterwards.
 
Rainbow Cure: The user creates a rainbow spectrum in a certain mile radius to calm any upset or angry individuals.
 

Rp sample: Thinking!

Jakyu bounced around in a circular fashion while using her rainbow pogo stick. She sings while trying to come up with an ingenious idea to cheer up her sister, Kara. "Jumpy nimble, jumpy quick, jumpy jumpy on a pogo stick!" Jakyu exclaimed while she continued to bounce around. One of her friends, Kairi, approaches the overly energetic girl. The young, freckled, red head gazes upon the bouncing girl with a look of confusion. "What are you doing this time?" Kairi asked gently. Jakyu smiles upon hearing her friend's voice as she continues to bounce once again. "Thinking!!" Jakyu responds. Kairi stood there silently for a moment or two, just watching her friend bounce again..and again. "Thinking of what?" Kairi asked a second time. The response was a small hum from Jakyu who continues to bounce in the same fashion as she had previously. "Thinking of making something nice for big sis!"

Would you like for me to do a scene of how jakyu came to the Milkyway galaxy? I was planning on doing that for when I start the rp but I can do it here.

I just have one question before approving this. Is Jakyu a senshi for the purposes of the RPG? And if so, does she have a senshi name (maybe Sailor Hat?  hehe xD)

Well Jakyu is part of my comic series, Dream Puffs. She's not a senshi since my series is meant to be sold as a book series in the future. But since it's for this rpg, just to humor ourselves we can give her a senshi name XD I think Sailor Hat sounds funny! XD Lets do that!

Yeah, I remember reading about her being a part of your own series, but I think with her abilities, it could work pretty well with a Sailor Moon spin xD
