Small Lady greatly resembles the canon ChibiUsa. She has the same hair color (pink) and eye color (red). However, her hair style is different- she keeps her hair in a bun on the top of her head, like her mother Setsuna, and keeps the rest of her hair down.

Additional Information: In this story, Small Lady is the child of Mamoru Chiba and Setsuna Meiou. She is familiar with Neo Queen Serenity and her daughter, but is unaware that Serenity once dated Endymion. Since she is not Usagi's daughter, her parents named her a name similar-sounding to Setsuna, a name meaning "winter child." She will respond to either "Setsuko" or "Small Lady."

Setsuko is an energetic, curious child. She never felt lonely, at least never to the same level as the canon ChibiUsa, and though she doesn't have the widest social circle she's content with the group of friends she has. Setsuko has a lot of aspirations in life; she wants to travel the Earth, become a strong Senshi, become a beautiful Queen like her mother, and help guard the Time-Space Door.

Powers and Magical Items: 
- Luna-P: can perform "Abracadabra Pon," which allows it to turn into other objects
- Prism Heart Compact, used to transform via "Earth Prism Power, Make Up!"
- Pink Earth Rod, used to perform the beginner attack, "Pink Sugar Rose Attack!" She waves the rod above her head in a semicircular arch. This summons a number of pink roses (five), which attack the enemy. It's not a strong enough attack to do serious damage, but can pin objects to walls and distract enemies well.
-"Earth La Sugar Bomber!" A move similar to Tuxedo Mask's "Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber." Using the Pink Earth Rod, she sends a blast of pink energy at the enemy. She learned the attack more recently and it can do a fair amount of damage.
-"Underworld Song!" Created when Setsuko tried to imitate Sailor Pluto's "Dead Scream," this attack creates a ball of dark brown and red energy from the Pink Earth Rod, which fires at the enemy. It's a powerful attack, but Setsuko has yet to master it, so it takes a lot of energy out of her. Once she uses this attack in battle, she'll have trouble using any other attacks after.

Before the review process, I would like to ask you one question: Does Small Lady's personality differ from the known canon Chibiusa since Usagi is not her mother?

She did not go through the same early childhood trauma as the canon ChibiUsa. Canon ChibiUsa felt lonely, but this ChibiUsa had a childhood friend (Serenity's daughter). There was also less reason for her to be bullied, like she was in the canon- her red eyes resemble Setsuna's, so even if others were to say she didn't look like her parents, she'd be less likely to believe it.

Her personality resembles later seasons (S/SuperS and Infinity/Dream arc.)

also, perhaps the fact that Setsuna is her mother now, maybe some kind of time/underworld beginner attack to go with her pink heart attack?...which maybe could be a pink rose attack because of her father!

...which makes me wonder, was the canon chibiusa so weak because the silver crystal is difficult to master? which might mean she's a bit more powerful in the beginning with the more masterable Pluto powers mixed in her.

I wouldn't mind moving this thread to the fan character section.

I love the idea of a Pink Rose attack! I edited the post to rename the attack.

I ended up making her second attack based on Tuxedo Kamen's powers as well. I could see Setsuko developing time-related powers later on in life, but I also imagine time-related magic would be a bit more difficult to master, especially for a child Setsuko's age. 

Since ChibiUsa wants to be just like her mother, I believe this is a trait Setsuko would carry over: I could imagine Setsuko desperately wanting a time-related attack, thinking up time-related phrases and shouting them in Senshi form during practice/training. When she can't think up any good original attacks, she'll just yell her mother's attack phrases, and when it doesn't work, she'll get frustrated. XD 

Would you mind if Sailor Pluto and Setsuko had a group attack, like Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon did?

looking great so far! however please don't forget to add the personality traits that make Setsunko different from Chibiusa.

and it'd be cute if she tries coming up with time attacks! and do you mean an attack like when they both used the moon kaleidoscope attact? i could image that being possible when she figures out how to..i dunno, morph her Pink Earth Rod into her own Time Staff, or possibly is able to summon her own.

also, since time attacks could be to difficult for a child, what about underworld attacks, like Pluto's Dead Scream?

I also added a paragraph to the profile section describing her personality. I have trouble summarizing character's personalities, so I'm not sure what else to add to it.

quite nice! though what is the symbolism behind the Song part of the name? and i'm not entirely sure Pink Lady would be a good name, considering that was part of a group attack, and this is a singular.

Setsuko is a cutie. Seeing how you meshed together bits of Mamoru and Setsuna, while still being her own person is really neat! I especially love her attacks, too xD

I'm thinking about changing one element of her design (her skintone), a few item names (Pink Earth Rod -> Garnet Earth Rod), and the name of two attacks ("Pink Sugar Rose Attack" and "Underworld Song," though I'm still debating what I want to rename them.) Would it be alright to change those things?
