Honestly, I like Xenotime and Zeolite, from the Dead Moon Circus.

I'm not exacly sure why, but when I think of manga-only characters, they pop into my head first. I like their skills at knife throwing and how they lured Minako in for their trap, even capturing civilians in the process to ensure she'd place herself further at risk.  They were even capable of taking on the Inner Senshi, and were defeated with the newly awakened Super Sailor Venus and the Outers in their Super forms.

Same with Cosmos-Hime, I personally love Sailor Cosmos. She was my favourite part of the manga. The concept she presented was so broad that i highly enjoyed the idea behind her. She was just so complex, the idea that the future isn't stable, and that the need for Sailor Moon never truly disappears even further into the future.

I agree about Sailor Cosmos! It added a whole other level to how the SM lore could expand. It's too bad you don't officially see her in other versions. The musicals kind of hint at in Eien Densetsu when the 10 Sailor Soldiers use a Cosmos power attack to defeat Chaos but thats as far as it got. I wonder if with the new musicals if they will actually cast her or just keep with the "idea" of her. :/

I forget about them until I reread that part. xD I wonder if the new Dream Arc musical "Amour Eternal" will actually cast them. That would be really awesome.

At first, the immediate answer that came to mind was Kaitou Ace but only because I'm such a V fan lol. He’s actually not very likable at the end of the day imo…

I’d have to agree with Sailor Cosmos as my number one for all the well-worded answers above.

After her, I'd say my favourites are Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne. I love how Takeuchi-san incorporates their namesakes from Greek mythology into the plot and they are two of a select few of Galaxia's forces to have joined her of their own will, seeing her as the solution to war. Also their designs are super cute and I want to cosplay them!

Probably Sailor Cosmos, like so many have said. The police lady from Codename: Sailor V was always good for a laugh too.

Naruru Osaka and Ruruna Kobe, the kogyaru girls from the Secret Hammer Price Hall side story, because they are Sailor Moon fans/cosplayers inside the Sailor Moon universe which is hysterical

I would say Usagi herself, she is more balanced and a bit less irritating in the manga.

They get Sailor Senshi forms in the musicals but their story is so different there I guess you could considering them different characters in a sense, though the personalities and stuff are the same.

Technically this thread was meant for characters that show up only in the manga and no other version but depending on how you look at the canons, sure why not? XD

Mnemosyne and Lethe; the stuff involving them was one of the few things that got a reaction out of me in the manga.

The sailor quartet! Because Chibiusa is a soldier in training and after Usagi, it only makes sense that she has a team of her own.

I'd say the Sailor Quartet. Wish we'd see some spinoff with Chibiusa's relation with them, though mangaka-chan's comic certainly helps quench that thirst.

I think I would say Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne, I will love to see them in Crystal if they make the last Arc
