| In general, I do like the overall layout of this new banner for the Forum. Great acknowledgement to what Neo-Queen Serenity implied here back on 20th Oct., with most of this banner devoted to an autumn feel, yet also a small part of it evoking spring-time memories, for our users in the Southern Hemisphere. So I must thank Marianne for this! But I wouldn't be as much of a Mercury Lover if I didn't also pick up on small details. On this note, I easily noticed some white splotches on the farther-left 'photograph' (the one of the five inner senshi girls together). Is this supposed to represent the 'age' of this forum and/or this series title that unites us? If so, I can certainly understand it, and even appreciate it for that - except that two of the splotches take out most of the faces of my favorite senshi girl overall and the one that I think is most beautiful  . I'm sure this wasn't on purpose, so I don't feel hurt or want to blame our artist of this banner, but right now I'm kind of bummed at the fickle finger of fate.... |

| This one really is quite beautiful! A great picture of the royal couple looking their best as the focus point on the right ... beautifully detailed snowflakes across the lefternmost two-thirds of the background ... which transition to beautiful flowers across the rightmost one-third or so of the background ... wow - what can I say about this banner that's not a huge compliment? ... never mind that question, actually ... I'll just sit back and enjoy all its beauty! |
