| As many of us know Neo Queen Serenity in the canon series is only allowed to have one child- Chibiusa, but I am a supporter of her and Endymion having more than one child, especially since I would really love for them to have a little boy, a child that actually looks like their parents too and has his own unique name, not something derived from his mom or dad's name, but then Endymion teaching little boy to be a man and all that stuff. I am all for Serenity and Endymion having lots of children.
What do you guys think, if you could create the family for NQS and Endymion, how many kids would they have and would they have abilities like their parents or would they be powerless but still get just as much love? |

Yeah I would love it if they had more kids. Chibiusa will always be the heir to the throne. |

| i completely and well broke this. XD i decided the follow the original greek legend.
Royal Family Lineage
only 3 of them are actually senshi. the rest do have powers of sorts, but can't transform. second what Yami says, Chibiusa will be queen!! but more kids would be awesome. |

| I've always thought 2 or 3 would suit her. I feel like she would want to raise them without nannies, but her royal duties would make it hard for her to have a larger family. I think Chibiusa, Kousagi, and a boy (who hopefully has his own name rather than just a variation of his parents). |

| Uhm i think Naoko took the asian culture of one child per family, i don't think is has nothing to do with greek mythology of those type of things, or maybe Naoko-sensei reflected herself in Usagi, that when the time comes, she would have one kid only o.o. |

| Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I want to say Naoko and Togashi have two children? But i could be misinformed or confusing her with something else. xD |

| I guess I never really thought about it. I was always used to the one child, chibiusa, then got used to kosagi. It would have been nice if their names were different then their parents though. |

I think you're thinking about the "One Child Policy" which is in China, not Japan. ^^;; But if you ask young couples in China, Japan, or South Korea how many kids they'd like to have a lot of them will probably answer just one or even none at all, because it's expensive to raise a child (e.g. day care, extra tutoring, etc). Personally, I'm ok with Usagi having only one child a lot of it probably has to do with the fact that I'm also an only child and I have always been fine with it. Though I can definitely see Usagi as the type who'd want more kids, maybe the Cauldron limits her to one child (i.e. it'll only give her one new star seed), so that her power stays with one person and isn't divided between two or more people. This might be a way to insure there is one powerful sailor guardian per generation, possibly as a way to avoid siblings fighting over their mother's power. |

| She could still have a son at least seeing how only senshi could be female. I just want a little Tuxedo Mask running around the palace. |

| I'm for Usagi and Mamoru having at least 2 children. I feel like even if Usagi was OK with just Chibiusa, Mamoru would want another, and Usagi wouldn't be against it at all, so it would more than likely happen. It also I think would keep Chibiusa company having a little brother or sister ^^ |

| I could easily see them wanting to have more than one kid too, and the "only having one kid" thing confused me. Where exactly did that come from?
On the other hand, if you're going by manga continuity where Chibiusa is 900+ and hasn't aged, which screams of something wrong, I could understand why they didn't have more than one. I mean if they realized something was clearly wrong with Chibiusa and didn't know what, I could see that deterring them from having another, in the event that the same thing happened to their next kid. |

| Yeah I always wondered about that 900+ but hasn't aged thing... Is that something that all Lunarian heirs go through? Was it caused by the mixing of the Moon & Earth kingdoms? Will Chibi-usa EVER age or is she stuck as a ~12yr old forever? As phantom said, If it was unexpected and caused possibly by the fact that Usagi & Mamoru have such different DNA/Blood, that COULD cause them to possibly not have anymore children. That would be so sad |

| I actually think there is a source that says that Serenity's line can only have one child (can't recall exactly where at this hours, but I'm 80% sure it's canon in some continuity...), and that's probably because of the Silver Crystal being so powerful that the Galaxy Cauldron doesn't want too many potential users of it running around. XD
And Chibiusa being stuck as she is might just be because of her own worries and fears plus her not being a senshi at first, because as soon as she became Sailor Chibi Moon and her doubt about being a worthy princess faded, she started aging again in both the Manga and Anime. |

| Even if they can't have another biological child, I could see them adopting a child. Maybe a little boy who is about the age Mamoru was when he lost his parents. |

I've already talked about how Chibiusa's aging problem had similarities in essence to a somatoform disorder, so I won't go into that. But now that I think about it, did it come from Parallel Sailor Moon? - Adelaide wrote:

I could easily see that too. |
