I've been enjoying the Red Rising trilogy by Pierce Brown. If you like comic book characters, I just gobbled up Wonder Woman: War Bringer by by Leigh Bardugo. It is a novel, btw.

Also, I have been reading every Barnes and Noble Collection Edition book I can get my hands on.

It depends on your interests really.
I'd recommend a few books; the Iliad and the Voyage of the Argo are two good books I've read on Greek mythology, I especially rec the Argo for Sailor Moon fans. The Hobbit is another good book for fantasy fans. Around the World in Eighty Days is good one for adventure. I don't know if they are available outside of Australia but if you can find any book from a guy called Adam Spenser get it! He's a comedian who wrote a few information books about mathematics and history and they are fantastic reads, very entertaining and educational.

I'd also shamelessly plug my stories but that's probably too far. xD

Chris, I read the Hobbit years ago.  So maybe I should go back reread and then continue with the other books.

Have you ever read the Redwall series by Brian Jacques? It's very good! The first book, Redwall, is about a group of mice and other animals living in an abbey who are trying to stop a rogue rat, Cluny the Scourge, from taking it over for his own nefarious purposes. It sounds cliche, yes, but the characters are interesting and flawed, the prose is easy to understand, and the storyline still has enough substance to keep things varied and flavorful. I've only read a few of the books, not to completion, but if you're into fantasy, sword fights, and animals, Redwall is a must-read!

I can also recommend stuff like: A Dash of Dragon by Heidi Lang, The Unicorn in the Barn by Jacqueline K. Ogburn, Bambi: A Life in the Woods by Felix Salten, Anything But Typical by Nora Raleigh Baskin, and Princess Academy by Shannon Hale.

No I have not.  So far all of the suggestions I have received sound amazing. Thank you! Now I just need to choose.
