| It's really simple You ask a senior member or Admin to speak for you (there is a list on the link I posted above). If they say yes, then you can PM Sailor Jupiter saying I would like to be raised to Lotus, and this is who I asked to speak for me. The person who agrees writes something akin to a toast, or a "speech" on you, and send it to Sailor Jupiter. Jupiter handles everything from there ^^ |

and the senior member goes "Sure Yamichan!! <3 I would love to! You're just the best! ^-^ I'll send a note over to Jupiter!"
And they do, and Jupiter goes "Aw, that's sweet!" ( ＾∇＾)
