|  We all know those people who can always make us smile, even when we're feeling down. These members are beacons of positivity who can always see the bright side of a situation, and they are also able to share that cheerfulness with all the others members of GC. This award is here to celebrate the Galaxy Cauldron's Most Cheerful Member, as well as the nominees!  The lovely nominees for this award are: Diagnosed and Sailor Venus! But who is the most cheerful of them all, as voted by GC's members? - *drumroll*:
