Basically Ami has taken Usagi to the arcade so she doesn't end up going to the jewllery store like they had planned with Naru. The other senshi had planned to check it out and have encountered a Youma and have transformed. 

Right now at the store it is Mars, Jupiter and Venus.

Luna is living with Usagi. 

All the inners survived the Silver Millenium and were kind of put in like a statis sleep and awoke when the Princess was reincarted. They've kind of been following her around at a distnance to keep an eye on her but Usagi insisted on making friends with Ami and Makoto and will probably try with Rei and Makoto as well.

Just to make sure everyone's on the same page, once the senshi get on the roof, Usagi will spot them up there before they escape into the night.

And in case you guys were wondering, the senshi are going to transform in front of Usagi to fight this monster. All the other people have pretty much fled the arcade besides her.
