| Name of the Storyline: The Amazing Race Name of the Creator(s): Tiff123 (with the help from Sailor Pluto) Plot Summary: The Sailor Moon characters (the inner senshi, the outer senshi, the villains, and the other characters) join the Amazing race hosted by Phil Keoghan. This race is a special edition, created in order to celebrate the remake of Sailor Moon. Each Sailor Moon character will compete for 1 million dollars. They will compete by racing all over the world along multiple international routes. The rules are just like in the regular Amazing Race: the last Sailor Moon team to arrive at each pit stop will be eliminated. The last team remaining by the end of the race will receive the cash prize of 1 million dollars. Unfortunately for the sailor team, they are not the only ones competing, and they must work against the classic Sailor Moon villains. It may even become necessary for the senshi to transform and fight the villains if they try and cheat to win the race. The heat is on for the sailor senshi, but who will become the winner? Details on any necessary information: The six teams will gather at Ueno Park, Tokyo, where the race will begin. Throughout the race, there will be things like Roadblocks, Detours, Fast Forwards, and U-Turns. The meanings behind these terms can be found below. The order that the senshi come in for each race has been pre-decided to avoid conflict/extra planning, but the decisions each teams makes in order to get through each Leg is up to the roleplayers. Restrictions: All inner and outer senshi are playable characters. This includes Mamoru, Chibiusa, and Chibi Chibi. Additionally, Phil Keoghan is a playable character. Teams:Usagi and Mamoru Haruka and Michiru Chibiusa and Hotaru Ami and Rei Minako and Makoto Setsuna and Chibi-chibi Routes:Japan-China China-India India-Italy Italy-France France-Netherlands Netherlands-Mexico Mexico-Japan Source: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_14http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_(China) http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_24 http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_1 http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_Canada_2 http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_21 http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_3 http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_23 http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race_15Roadblocks:- Spoiler:
A roadblock is a task that only one team member may perform. A Roadblock clue is given as a cryptic question, such as "Who's really hungry?" or "Who wants to get down and dirty?" Based on this information and observation of any other racers at the task, the team must decide which member will complete the task before reading the full task description. Once a team announces its decision of who will complete the Roadblock, it cannot be taken back. The Roadblock task is performed only by the selected racer while his or her partner waits in a designated area, although the partner is usually able to supply words of encouragement and advice. Some Roadblocks may involve the non-selected racer, such as leading a camel his or her partner rides, or helping his or her partner solve a puzzle. Normally, once the racer completes the Roadblock, the team receives its clue to the next Route Marker. In selected legs, two Roadblocks may be featured, with the person that sat out the first Roadblock required to do the second. Failure to complete a Roadblock incurs a 4-hour penalty (unless otherwise noted) which starts when the next team arrives. Detours:- Spoiler:
Detours present the teams with a decision between two tasks, each with its own pros and cons. The two tasks are named, often based on rhymes or puns, such as "Plow" / "Fowl" to differentiate between a task involving plowing against a task involving corralling ducks. Teams are given several details about both tasks, but may need to travel a short distance by foot or car to the different task locations. Typically, one task is less physically demanding than the other but is tedious or requires some amount of time or thinking to complete, while the other is usually a more physically demanding or frightening option that, depending on the team's ability, may take less time to complete. The decision about which task to attempt lies solely with the team, though due to logistical constraints some Detours may impose a limit on how many teams may attempt one of the tasks at one time. A team may choose to switch tasks as many times as they wish with no penalty other than the time lost in attempting the tasks and traveling between task locations. Unless otherwise instructed, teams can work together to finish a Detour option. Once a team has completed one of the tasks, they are given the clue to their next location. If a team does not complete a Detour, they will get a 6-hour penalty. U-Turns:- Spoiler:
The U-Turn is located immediately after a Detour. After completing a chosen Detour option, a team may use the U-Turn to force another team to also complete the other Detour option they did not originally choose. It is possible for a team to U-Turn another team that has already passed the U-Turn, nullifying its effects. A team can only use their U-Turn power once per Race and only one team may be affected by the same U-Turn during a leg. Teams are warned of an upcoming U-Turn on the Route Marker or after the Detour clue. Double U-Turns allow two individual teams to U-Turn two other teams. While Double Blind U-Turn allow two individual teams to U-Turn two other teams but the individual teams don't put their names on the photo of the teams they penalized for the U-Turn. Fast Forwards:- Spoiler:
A Fast Forward is a task that, once completed, allows the team that completes it to bypass all remaining tasks in the leg and proceed directly to the Pit Stop. The Fast Forward clue is given with another task clue (usually a Roadblock or Detour) and is a separate task from the others. Only one team may complete a Fast Forward in any given leg, and a team may only complete one Fast Forward in the entire Race. Leg 1, Japan-China:- Spoiler:
At Ueno Park, each team has to search through paper-filled boxes for a clue to their first destination: Beijing, China. Once they get a clue, they have to drive to Tokyo Narita Airport. After each team arrives at Tokyo Narita Airport, they have to go to either a JAL (Japan Airlines) or ANA (All Nippon Airways) counter to get airplane tickets to Beijing Capital Airport. Each team can choose to fly with JAL or ANA.Three teams take JAL and three other teams take ANA.
Tokyo Narita - Beijing Capital International Airport (JAL) Flight number 863 09.25 am - 12.00 pm Gate 1
Tokyo Narita - Beijing Capital International Airport (ANA) Flight number 5709 08.50 am - 11.25 pm Gate 3
Upon arrival, they head to Liangzi Foot Massage Palace at Jianguomen to find their next clue: the Roadblock, where teams are asked "Who's feeling manipulative?". One team member has to drink a cup of Chinese medicinal tea, then endure a traditional therapeutic foot massage for 10 minutes. After the massage and another cup of tea, they will receive their next clue. In the case teams are unable to bear the painful part of the massage, they will tap one side of their chair and say "uncle" to signal the masseuse to stop. Doing so, however, will mean restarting the massage from the beginning.
The clue received from the Roadblock sends teams to Guangcai Natatorium to find their next clue, which is eventually discovered on their Detour, a choice between Sync or Swim. In Sync, teams jump off three-meter springboards and attempt to touch the water in unison. Teams have to score a five from the judges in order to obtain their next clue. In Swim, teams don a pair of Speedo LZR Racer suits, the same type of suit worn by Michael Phelps in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, then teams have to swim eight lengths of the pool (400 meters) with each team member alternating after two lengths (100 meters). When they swim the whole eight lengths, they will receive their next clue. The teams make their way to the North Gate at Drum Tower for the Pit Stop. However, Phil gives the teams clues and tells them the Leg is not over.
The clue received by Phil at midpoint tells them to travel to Beihai, where they have to find a street mall and search several stores for a Travelocity Roaming Gnome, which has their next clue on the bottom of its base. This clue told them to travel to Gugong Xibei Jiao, and to locate electric bicycles and use them to transport themselves past the Forbidden City and cross Tianenmen Square to Dongdan Station, where they will find their next clue.
The next clue was for the Detour: Beijing Opera or Chinese Waiter. By both Detours, teams travel to Huguang Guild Hall. In Beijing Opera, teams have to travel to the Huguang Huiguan Opera House; once there, they have to apply make-up onto each other exactly like the two models next to them. After approval, they have to go to the stage and bow to the master, who will hand them their next clue. In Chinese Waiter, teams have to travel to Huguang Huiguan restaurant; once there, they have to record four customer orders, spoken in Mandarin. Then, teams have to take their pad to a chef and pronounce the Mandarin orders correctly to have the chef prepare them. When teams serve the plates to the customers, they will receive their next clue.
The clues send teams to Donghuamen Night Market for the Roadblock asking, "Who's got a taste for adventure?" One team member has to eat four fried Chinese delicacies: a grasshopper, beetle larvae, a scorpion, and a starfish. After they finish, they will receive their next clue. The clue directs teams to the last Pit Stop of Leg 1 at Beijing National Stadium. Leg 1 Standings:- Spoiler:
1st - Haruka and Michiru (they win two Express Passes. Express Pass is an item that can be used on the race to skip any one task of the team's choosing. The winning team keeps one for themselves but must relinquish the second to another team before the end of the fifth leg of the race). 2nd - Makoto and Minako 3rd - Ami and Rei 4th - Setsuna and Chibi-Chibi 5th - Usagi and Mamoru 6th - Chibiusa and Hotaru (no elimination for Leg 1, elimination starts at Leg 2). Leg 2, China-India:- Spoiler:
The teams are informed to travel to Delhi, India. They receive a clue from the paper-filled boxes for one of six total clues to the next destination, New Delhi. After that, the six teams drive to Beijing Capital Airport for the next flight to Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport, India. At the start of the leg, teams receiv a photograph of a green auto rickshaw, known as a "tuktuk", and are told to take one to Qutb Minar. Along the way, they have to learn the Hindi word for "Hello", as they will not receive their clue unless they say "namaste". The clue they receive is for the Detour in Gazipur Market, a choice between Happy Fish and Sweet Flower. In Happy Fish, teams have to find market stall #25 and catch live fish and put them into a basket. They then have to transport this basket of fish to stall #63 while carrying it on their head. Once 25 fish are delivered, teams will get their next clue. In Sweet Flower, teams have to create a traditional Indian flower garland using 178 flowers and a given example. Once it is correct, they will receive their next clue, and encounter a Double Blind U-Turn stand at the Gazipur Market before getting their next clue. Ami and Rei will choose to Double Blind U-Turn Haruka and Michiru, while Haruka and Michiru will decide to Double Blind U-Turn Ami and Rei. But Haruka and Michiru aren't aware that Ami and Rei have already passed the Double Blind U-Turn point. After passing the Double Blind U-Turn point, teams headed to Eagle Films Studio where they have to learn a Bollywood dance routine, and a dialog in Hindi, to the satisfaction of a film director before he will give them their next clue, directing them to the New Friends Colony market. At the market, teams receive henna tattoos, and have to figure out that their next location is written on their hand in Sanskrit, leading them to the Defence Colony Club Sport Complex where they will encounter the Roadblock, asking "Who wants to get themselves dirty?" One team member has to search a crowd of people for one of seven people that is assigned to their team, all while people are participating in a Holi celebration around them, throwing coloured dyes at each other and the racers. Once the team member finds their assigned person, the team will receive their next clue, sending them to the last Pit Stop of Leg 2 at Humayun's Tomb. Leg 2 Notes:- Spoiler:
- Ami and Rei use the Stand #1 of the Blind Double U-Turn on Haruka and Michiru. Haruka and Michiru survive the Leg.
- Haruka and Michiru use the Stand #2 of the Blind Double U-Turn on Ami and Rei, who were ahead of Haruka and Michiru.
- Haruka and Michiru gave the Express Pass to Minako and Makoto at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, before the Leg 2 starts.
- Minako and Makoto used the Express Pass given to them by Haruka and Michiru to bypass the Roadblock on Leg 2.
- At the Gazipur Market, there was Double Blind U-Turn stand.
- During the Detour in Gazipur Market between Happy Fish and Sweet Flower, 3 teams (Ami and Rei, Haruka and Michiru, Chibiusa and Hotaru) choose Sweet Flower. The three other teams (Usagi and Mamoru, Setsuna and Chibi-Chibi, Minako and Makoto) choose Happy Fish. After Haruka and Michiru complete Sweet Flower, they have to complete Happy Fish because Ami and Rei used the Double Blind U-Turn to penalize Haruka and Michiru.
Leg 2 Standings:- Spoiler:
1st - Ami and Rei (win $4,500) 2nd - Haruka and Michiru 3rd - Usagi and Mamoru 4th - Makoto and Minako 5th - Setsuna and Chibi-Chibi Eliminated: Chibiusa and Hotaru Leg 3, India-Italy:- Spoiler:
At the start of the leg, teams are told they are heading to "The Eternal City", leaving them to figure out that it means they are traveling to Rome. Teams will go to Indira Gandhi International Airport for the flight to Rome Fiumicino Italy. Upon arrival, teams are told to head to "Hadrian's Bridge", the Ponte Sant'Angelo, for their first clue.
After picking up their clue, the teams will eventually find the Ancient Roman-inspired Detour, and the choice between Gladiator and Charioteer. They first have to change into Ancient Roman costumes. In Gladiator, teams learn a series of sword maneuvers to "battle" a seasoned gladiator in order to receive their next clue. If teams stray from the battle sequence they are taught, they have to start over. In Charioteer, teams race around a track using a radio-controlled chariot, with one team member controlling speed and the other controlling direction. Once teams complete five laps within one minute and thirty seconds, indicated by a "fire" going out, they will be given their next clue.
The clue directs teams to the "Piazza of John Keats' unhappy Roman holiday", leaving them to figure out they are heading to the Piazza di Spagna at the base of the Spanish Steps, where John Keats spent his final days, and where they encountered the Roadblock. Teams are asked, "Who can sum up the Spanish Steps?" One team member has to count the steps of the Spanish Steps, not counting the sidewalk at the bottom, and then add the total to the Roman numerals on the Obelisco Sallustiano in front of the Trinità dei Monti at the top, which indicates its year of construction. They have to write down their answer in Roman numerals on the back of a postcard they get from a chestnut vendor at the bottom of the steps. Once they have the right answer (MCMXXIV or 1,924), they will show it to a pair of impersonators (dressed to resemble Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday) at the top of the steps who will give them their next clue. If they are wrong, they have to go back down to the chestnut vendor to get a new postcard and try again. The clue instructs teams to head "where the race's leg ends, but the Via Flaminia begins", leaving them to figure out it refers to the Piazza del Popolo for the last Pit Stop of Leg 3. Leg 3 Note:- Spoiler:
Three teams (Haruka and Michiru, Usagi and Mamoru, Setsuna and Chibi-Chibi) choose the Gladiator detour option. While the two other teams (Minako and Makoto, Ami and Rei) choose Charioteer detour option. Leg 3 Standings:- Spoiler:
1st - Usagi and Mamoru (Trip to Hawaii Prize) 2nd - Ami and Rei 3rd - Haruka and Michiru 4th - Minako and Makoto Eliminated: Setsuna and Chibi Chibi Leg 4, Italy-France:- Spoiler:
The teams are given an Eiffel Tower model miniature as the clue to the next destination, then they take a train from Rome Termini to Paris Gare de Lyon. From Rome Termini, they transit first at Milan Centrale, after that they continue to Paris Gare de Lyon. Once at the Eiffel Tower, the teams first find an aired Roadblock, which says "This task requires strong legs and keen eyes". For this Roadblock, one team member has to take the stairway up to the second level of the Eiffel Tower and use a 10 Euro coin to operate a telescope to search the city skyline for a famous monument with a race flag on top, which happens to be the Arc de Triomphe. They head to the Arc de Triomphe and receive their next clue, directing them to Garden of New France in Place du Canada where they have to search the area for the next clue.
The clue was encountered with the Detour, a choice between Haute Couture and Plat du Jour. In Haute Couture, teams made their way to the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, where they would have to use the provided tools and materials to cut and sew on the fabric for a Haute Couture dress. If their dress meets the satisfaction of a judge, teams will get their next clue. In Plat du Jour, teams travel to the Marais District and have to search the chalkboard placed outside of cafés for three items marked with a race flag. Teams have to purchase these items and memorize how to pronounce them in French. They will then deliver all three items to a waiting couple and say each name correctly to get their next clue.
The post-Detour clues instruct teams to travel to the nearby Roue de Paris, known as La Grande Roue "The Big Wheel" to find the next clue. The next clue directs the teams to the the next Detour between Tough Climb or Easy Walk. At La Grande Roue there was also the Fast Forward task, which requires one team to find an obscure tea shop called Mariage Frères in Rive Gauche and ask for a specific tea called Le Venturier.
Back at La Grande Roue, the teams find the next Detour, which is either Tough Climb or Easy Walk. In Tough Climb, teams must travel to Notre Dame de Paris and climb up the 297 steps of the cathedral and ring Quasimodo's bell to receive their next clue. In Easy Walk, teams have to locate a statue of a cat sitting beside Foucault pendulum. What they don't know is that there are two Foucault pendulums in Paris; only the one at the Panthéon, which has the statue and the other at the Museum of Arts and Crafts, which doesn't have the clue.
After that, they have to go to Centre Georges Pompidou, where teams are instructed to Île aux Cygnes at Pont de Grenelle for the Roadblock, asking "Who likes candies?". One team member will have to recreate a local modern art painting using Racesponsor Mentos candies. They have to follow a given example and place the candies onto a board so that the image matches the painting. If they meet the approval of a judge, they will get their next clue. The clue sends teams to Pont de l'Archevêché where they have to search around for the last Pit Stop of Leg 4, which was located on Quai de la Tournelle. Leg 4 Notes:- Spoiler:
- Minako and Makoto won a Fast Forward clue they found at the "La Grande Roue." Minako and Makoto have to find an obscure tea shop called Mariage Frères in Rive Gauche and ask for a specific tea called Le Venturier. Minako chose Makoto to accomplish the Fast Forward task. Finally, after they accomplish the Fast Forward Task, Minako and Makoto arrive at the last Pit Stop of Leg 4 first before the other 3 teams (Usagi and Mamoru, Ami and Rei, Haruka and Michiru).
- Haruka and Michiru used the Express Pass to bypass the detour #1 (a choice between Haute Couture and Plat du Jour).
During the Detour #1 (Haute Couture or Plat du Jour), two teams (Minako and Makoto, Usagi and Mamoru) chose Haute Couture, while Ami and Rei chose Plat du Jour.
- During the Detour #2 (Tough Climb or Easy Walk), two teams (Ami and Rei, Usagi and Mamoru) chose Easy Walk. Haruka and Michiru choosed Tough Climb.
Leg 4 Standings:- Spoiler:
1st - Minako and Makoto (Trip to Venice Prize) 2nd - Haruka and Michiru 3rd - Usagi and Mamoru Eliminated: Ami and Rei
Leg 5, France-Netherlands:
- Spoiler:
At the start of the leg, teams are simply given a flag and told that their next destination is the capital city of the national flag they are given. The teams take their flight from Paris Charles de Gaule Airport to Amsterdam Schipol. They are left to figure out that they were given the flag of the Netherlands and their next destination is Amsterdam with the U-Turn coming up.
Upon arriving in Amsterdam, teams head to the Amsterdam Central railway station where they can take the Fast Forward. For the Fast Forward, the teams have to travel to the Van Gogh Café and board a marked amphibious bus called The Floating Dutchman. Once the bus enters the water, teams learn that each team member has to eat five soused herring before the bus returns to land, a trip that takes seven minutes. If they run out of time, the bus would return to the Van Gogh Café and the teams would have to wait 10 minutes for the next trip.
Other teams have to take a boat onto the Amstel river, where they are to seek out a pofertjesboot, a floating poffertjes stand, near the Magere Brug to receive their next clue, informing them of the Detour: a choice between Back in Time and Organ to Grind. In Back in Time, teams have to re-create the Rembrandt painting The Night Watch with a group of costumed actors and props, including themselves. If the Rembrandt impersonator is satisfied with the re-creation, he will award the teams their next clue. In Organ to Grind, after finding one of three Dutch street organs, one team member has to run the machine while the other asks for tips. Once they earn €30, the organ grinder will give them their next clue. The clues send teams to the Museum Geelvinck, where they find the U-Turn stand. Minako and Makoto have perpetrate Usagi and Mamoru for the U-Turn.
The clue sends them to the rural village field in Ransdorp by bus where they encounter the Roadblock, which is also a Switchback, and teams are asked "Who's ready to jump back in time and make a last ditch effort?". After they encounter the Amsterdam Roadblock, one team member participates in the sport of fierljeppen - pole vaulting across a ditch full of water. They have to vault across the ditch, retrieve their clue in the form of wooden clogs on the other side, and then vault back across. If they fall into the water, they would have to start over from the last side of the ditch they were on. The clue sends teams to the house of Rembrandt's mistress in Ransdorp for the last Pit Stop of Leg 4.
Leg 5 Notes:
- Spoiler:
- Haruka and Michiru found the Fast Forward clue at the Amsterdam Central Railway. They have to travel to the Van Gogh Café and board a marked amphibious bus called The Floating Dutchman. After they accomplished the Fast Forward task, Haruka and Michiru arrive at the last Pit Stop first.
- Minako and Makoto used the U-Turn on Usagi and Mamoru (survived, but their money got stripped away because they arrived last at the last Pit Stop, consequently both Usagi and Mamoru have to start the new Leg with no money)
- Usagi and Mamoru choose Back in Time detour option, while Minako and Makoto choose Organ to Grind detour option.
Leg 5 Standings:
- Spoiler:
1st - Haruka and Michiru (Trip to Australia's Great Barrier Reef) 2nd - Minako and Makoto 3rd - Usagi and Mamoru (Phil took everything from them except their clothes, their tickets, and their passports. They will start the next leg with zero dollars)
Leg 6, Netherlands-Mexico:
- Spoiler:
Teams are instructed to go to Mexico City, then they go to Schipol Airport for a flight to Mexico City International Airport. Upon arriving in Mexico City, teams have to head to Angel of Independence where they receive a picture of a man named Pablo. Teams have to use the picture to figure out that his location was at Zócalo, the historic town square. They then are instructed to travel to Hotel De Cortes, where they have to find the desk for Mexi-Mini Charters and sign up for one of three charter buses leaving the next morning, two hours apart, to an unknown destination. The next day, they are required to travel to Plaza Santo Domingo to go for a Detour: Wings or Wheels. In Wings, teams have to board a plane which climbs to an altitude of over 10,000 ft (3,000 m). Then, teams have to skydive in tandem with an instructor. When both team members land, an instructor will give them their next clue. In Wheels, teams have to choose one of the donkey-drawn carts and, using a map supplied to them, direct a driver, who speaks no English, to a 7 mi (11 km) route marker course through a Mexican village. The clue teams receive after the Detour informs them to go to Palacio de Bellas Artes for the last Pit Stop of Leg 6.
Leg 6 Notes:
- Spoiler:
- Usagi and Mamoru choose In Wheels Detour option.
- Minako and Makoto and Haruka and Michiru choose In Wings Detour option.
- Before the Leg 6 stats, Usagi and Mamoru asked Haruka and Michiru for $800 money and then they asked Minako and Makoto for $1000 money
Leg 6 Standings:
- Spoiler:
1st - Usagi and Mamoru (Trip to London Prize) 2nd - Haruka and Michiru Eliminated: Minako and Makoto
Leg 7, Mexico-Japan:
- Spoiler:
At the Palacio de Bellas Artes for the Pit Stop, teams receive their next destination to Tokyo, Japan. They go to Mexico City International Airport for a flight to Tokyo Narita.
Upon arrival, teams have to make their way to the Gotokuji Temple in Setagaya, known for its extensive collection of maneki-neko statues, where they search their next clue among these statues.
The clue is a Roadblock. In the Roadblock, the teams are asked "Who needs to Pipe Up or go home?", one racer has to put together a "robot" using a set of cardboard pipes, with only a miniature model as a guide. Once the engineer is pleased with their build job, they receive their next clue.
The Roadblock clue teams receive directs them to Shibuya. They have to search the Shibuya scramble crossing for a roaming "vending machine" that holds their next clue, directing them to Shibuya's Konnō Hachimangū Shrine for the Finish Line.
Leg 7 Standings:
- Spoiler:
1st - Usagi and Mamoru (Win $1,000,000) 2nd - Haruka and Michiru (Win $500,000)

| Those are a lot of characters to cover! What are you thoughts on NPC-ing certain teams? A suggestion I might make (and you totally don't have to listen to me XD) would be to have people make claims on characters and make the matches between the claimed characters, and have the other unclaimed characters go as 'silent' NPC's whose movements and positions in the race are controlled by you (only when necessary, like if the unclaimed-character-teams would have an effect on other teams). - Like this:
So let's say User A wants to claim Minako and User B wants to claim Setsuna (and etc. etc.,), then at the end of the "initial sign-up" phase you would randomly pair people, so for this example you pair Minako with Setsuna so UserA and UserB have someone to roleplay with.
Let's say that Usagi and Rei weren't picked (yet?) - they'd pair up and make their own NPC team.
While UserA and UserB are writing through Minako and Setsuna's adventures, you'd just keep track of where you think Usagi and Rei would be at that point, and have them show up at pit stops or challenges only when their presence would affect the team.
^^ I only ask/suggest so the roleplay could start sooner and operate without a full cast while still having fun with each other. This sounds like a fun roleplay! |

| I would like to make the villains (like Zoisite, Kunzite, Queen Beryl, Queen Nehelenia, Zirconia, and Queen Metanaria) and the non-senshi characters (like Umino, Nakuru) to be NPC. Mamoru and Phil Keaghan are the only exceptional non-senshi character which are not included to be NPC characters.

| Oh! ((teehee, it would be kinda interesting to see two people take on a villain team and be "extra evil" with mischievous pranks and such XD))
So, all in all, you'd want a cast of 17 characters? Would you be willing to start with less? ((I only ask because it would be hard to fill all 17 roles in any period of time, and any more than 6 people tends to slow down a roleplay into inactivity; it might be a good idea to open up the OOC board and see how many people you have interested and then let some of the other main characters turn into NPC's until they are claimed)) |

| Hello, Tiff! I am jumping in to review this storyline. This is a nice RP idea. I am in agreement with Uranus about starting with less characters, but what are your thoughts on the suggestions she made? |

| The inner and outer senshis join the amazing race by their civilian form, but they can also transform into their senshi form if the villains are cheating during the Amazing race. What Villains?Non-playable characters: Queen Nehelenia, Queen Beryl, Queen Metaria, Zirconia, Zoisite, Kunzite, Mamoru Chiba, Hotaru Tomoe, Setsuna Meioh, Chibi-chibi, Luna, Artemis, Seiya Kou, Princess Kakyu, Umino, and Nakuru. This section is not needed. You only need to list what characters you want. |

| Can you please remove the non playable character section. It is not needed.
Also, I see you have added to your character list, but in pairs. Are roleplayers required to play both parties? This is confusing me a little. I understand the race itself is paired up, but out of the ones you listed, who is NEEDED 100% to start this race.
Just because Long lists tend to scare off people. |

| Having a roleplayer forced into controlling an NPC is something we don't want to happen. An NPC should be a background character that isn't very important (such as a random guy in a store Makoto might eyeball.... ) If we use what you are proposing, then they aren't NPCs but just a second character that would end up needing a profile. So the pairs, is something I would try to break apart or have them played by actual members. Again, I can not stress enough on how important it is to limit a profile. I not going to stop you from keeping a large character list, but large lists tend to scare roleplayers away. I know from personal experience. My best idea would be to only have the regular inner senshi. This would have a small enough cast of roleplayers and would be easier for once another to interact. Also, please consider doing away with the pairs, and in the ooc thread for the storyline, players can "vote" to work together, if they chose to. This way it wasn't a requirement and it would remove NPC pairs. Also, what detail do you have about the routes? I would perhaps have those limited as well. |

Before the race start, Phil Keoghan introduce the competing teams which consists of six teams. Six teams gathered at the Ueno Park, Tokyo. Then, each teams will make their brief pre-race confessions. The race starts at Ueno Park, Tokyo.
Leg 1 (Japan-China)
At the Ueno Park, each teams had to search through paper filled boxes for one of six total clues to their first destination: Beijing, China. Once they got a clue, they would be able to take one of the provided Toyota Corolla cars, they have to drive to Tokyo Narita Airport. After each teams arrived at Tokyo Narita Airport they have to go to either JAL (Japan Airlines) or ANA (All Nippon Airways) counter to get airplane ticket to Seoul Incheon Airport. Each teams can choose to fly with JAL or ANA, three teams take JAL and three other teams take ANA.
Tokyo Narita - Beijing Capital International Airport (JAL) Flight number 863 09.25 am - 12.00 pm Gate 1
Tokyo Narita - Beijing Capital International Airport (ANA) Flight number 5709 08.50 am - 11.25 pm Gate 3
At the start of the leg, teams were told they headed next to the capital city of Beijing. Upon arrival, they had to head to Liangzi Foot Massage Palace at Jianguomen to find their next clue: the Roadblock, where teams asked "Who's feeling manipulative?". One team member had to drink a cup of Chinese medicinal tea, then endure a traditional therapeutic foot massage for 10 minutes. After the massage and another cup of tea, they would receive their next clue. In the case teams were unable to bear the painful part of the massage, they would tap one side of their chair and say "uncle" to signal the masseuse to stop. Doing so, however, would mean restarting the massage from the beginning.
The clue teams received from the Roadblock sending teams to Guangcai Natatorium to find their next clue, which it eventually discovered on their Detour, a choice between Sync or Swim. In Sync, teams jumped off three-meter springboards and attempted to touch the water in unison. Teams had to score a five from the judges in order to obtain their next clue. In Swim, teams donned a pair of Speedo LZR Racer suits, the same type of suit worn by Michael Phelps in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, then teams had to swim eight lengths of the pool (400 meters) with each team member alternating after two lengths (100 meters). When they swam the whole eight lengths, they would receive their next clue (Phelps' world record time of 4:03.84 at the 400m individual medley from the 2008 Summer Olympics was shown for comparison, but teams were not required to beat it). The clues teams received and made their way to the North Gate at Drum Tower for the Pit Stop. However, Phil gave the teams' clues and told them the leg is not over.
The clue where teams received by Phil at midpoint and told them to travel to Beihai, where they had to find a street mall and searched several stores for a Travelocity Roaming Gnome, which had their next clue on the bottom of its base. Where they told them to travel to Gugong Xibei Jiao, and had to locate electric bicycles and use them to transport themselves past the Forbidden City and cross Tiananmen Square to Dongdan Station where they would find their next clue.
The clue were told to travel to Dongdan Station and searched for their next clue which was for the Detour: Beijing Opera or Chinese Waiter. By both Detours, teams traveled to Huguang Guild Hall. In Beijing Opera, teams had to travel to the Huguang Huiguan Opera House; once there, they had to apply make-up onto each other exactly like the two models next to them. After approval, they had to go to the stage and bow to the master, who would hand them their next clue. In Chinese Waiter, teams had to travel to Huguang Huiguan restaurant; once there, they had to record four customer orders, spoken in Mandarin. Then, teams had to take their pad to a chef and pronounce the Mandarin orders correctly to have the chef prepare them. When teams served the plates to the customers, they would receive their next clue.
The clues sent teams to Donghuamen Night Market for the Roadblock asking "Who's got a taste for adventure?". One team member had to eat four fried Chinese delicacies: a grasshopper, beetle larvae, a scorpion, and a starfish. After they finished, they would receive their next clue. The clue directed teams sent them to the last Pit Stop of the Leg 1 at Beijing National Stadium.

Now.... is this rp going to work 100% like that actual movie? That doesnt leave much for RP. |

| Thank you for putting in the Spoiler, but it needs to be in your original post. This is what you will be using as your template for your storyline. Also, again, is that how your RP is going to 100% work or is that just a movie summary of what the storyline will be based off off? Thank you for letting me know what the amazing race was, but such detail just confuses me if this is what you want your storyline to 100% be played out as....or do you just want your fellow roleplayers to just follow the same path (legs)? And going back from a previous post, can you also put the following edit in that I have asked? I am not showing an edit of your storyline since 3/29 & this was from 4/10 - Tiff123 wrote:

------------ If the Spoiler is just a summary of the movie, the following can be put in as well with the Leg Paths to clarify everything completely. First your original reply you told me plus something else I added for more clarification. Every pair must take a route, any pair who arrived last on each leg will be eliminated. The rule is pretty much similar to the original Amazing Race. Please see the Spoiler for what the Leg's are/ an actual movie summary for any reference Please note, the storyline does not have to be played exactly like the movie.Routes: Leg 1: Japan-ChinaLeg 2: China-IndiaLeg 3: India-ItalyLeg 4: Italy-FranceLeg 5: France-NetherlandsLeg 6: Netherlands-MexicoLeg 7: Mexico-Japan------ Under Details, please include what you told Sailor Uranus about Villains and other NPC Characters, if you still wish to have any NPC at all.... - Tif123 wrote:

Leg 2 (China-India) Finally, the teams were informed to travel to Delhi, India. They received the given clue from the paper filled boxes for one of six total clues to the next destination, New Delhi. After that, six teams drive to Beijing Capital Airport for the next flight to Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport, India. At the start of the leg, teams received a photograph of a green auto rickshaw, known as a "tuktuk", and were told to take one to Qutb Minar. Along the way, they had to learn the Hindi word for "Hello", as they would not receive their clue unless they said " namaste". The clue they received was for the Detour in Gazipur Market, a choice between Happy Fish and Sweet Flower. In Happy Fish, teams had to find market stall #25 and catch live fish and put them into a basket. They then had to transport this basket of fish to stall #63 while carrying it on their head. Once 25 fish were delivered, teams would get their next clue. In Sweet Flower, teams had to create a traditional Indian flower garland using 178 flowers using a given example. Once it was correct, they would receive their next clue, and encountered a Double Blind U-Turn stand before getting their next clue. Ami and Rei chose to Double Blind U-Turn Haruka and Michiru, while Haruka and Michiru decided to Double Blind U-Turn Ami and Rei. But Haruka and Michiru weren't aware that Ami and Minako were already passed the Double Blind U-Turn point. After passing the Double Blind U-Turn point, teams headed to Eagle Films Studio where they had to learn a Bollywood dance routine, and a dialog in Hindi, to the satisfaction of a film director before he would give them their next clue, directing them to the New Friends Colony market. At the market, teams received henna tattoos, and had to figure out that their next location was written on their hand in Sanskrit, leading them to the Defence Colony club sport complex where they encountered the Roadblock, asking "Who wants to get themselves dirty?". One team member had to search a crowd of people for one of seven people that was assigned to their team, all while people were participating in a Holi celebration around them, throwing coloured dyes at each other and the racers. Once the team member found their assigned person, the team would receive their next clue, sending them to the last Pit Stop of the Leg 2 at Humayun's Tomb. Side note: Ami and Rei [Slot #1 of the Blind Double U-Turn on Haruka and Michiru (Survived)] Haruka and Michiru [Slot #2 of the Blind Double U-Turn on Ami and Rei, who were ahead of Haruka and Michiru] Minako and Makoto used the Express Pass given to them by Haruka and Michiru to bypass the Roadblock on Leg 2.
- Spoiler:
Leg 3 (India-Italy)
At the start of the leg, teams were told they were next headed to "The Eternal City", leaving them to figure out that it meant they were traveling to Rome. Teams went to Indira Gandhi International Airport for the flight to Rome Fiumicino Italy. Upon arrival, teams had figure out where they told to head to the "Hadrian's Bridge", the Ponte Sant'Angelo for their first clue.
The clue where teams picked up eventually found out the ancient Roman-inspired Detour, and the choice between Gladiator and Charioteer. They must first had to change into ancient Roman costumes. In Gladiator, teams learned a series of sword maneuvers to "battle" a seasoned gladiator, to receive their next clue. If teams strayed from the battle sequence they were taught, they had to start over. In Charioteer, teams raced around a track using a radio-controlled chariot, with one team member controlling speed and the other controlling direction. Once teams completed five laps within one minute and thirty seconds, indicated by a "fire" going out, they would be given their next clue.
The clue directed teams to the "Piazza of John Keats' unhappy Roman holiday", leaving them to figure out they were heading to the Piazza di Spagna at the base of the Spanish Steps, where John Keats spent his final days, and where they encountered the Roadblock, and teams asked "Who can sum up the Spanish Steps?". One team member had to count the steps of the Spanish Steps, not counting the sidewalk at the bottom, and then add the total to the Roman numerals on the Obelisco Sallustiano in front of the Trinità dei Monti at the top, which indicated its year of construction. They had to write down their answer in Roman numerals on the back of a postcard they got from a chestnut vendor at the bottom of the steps. Once they had the right answer (MCMXXIV or 1,924), they showed it to a pair of impersonators (dressed to resemble Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday) at the top of the steps who would give them their next clue. If they were wrong, they had to go back down to the chestnut vendor to get a new postcard and try again. The clue instructed teams to head "where the race's leg ends, but the Via Flaminia begins", leaving them to figure out it referred to the Piazza del Popolo for the last Pit Stop of the Leg 3.
- Spoiler:
Leg 4 (Italy-France) The teams were given an Eiffel Tower model miniature as the clue to the next destination, then they took train from Rome Termini to Paris Gare de Lyon. From Rome Termini, they transit first at Milan Centrale, after that they continue to Paris Gare de Lyon. Once at the Eiffel Tower, the teams found first aired Roadblock, which said "This task requires strong legs and keen eyes". For this Roadblock, one team member had to take the stairway up to the second level of the Eiffel Tower and use a 10 Euro coin to operate a telescope to search the city skyline for a famous monument with a race flag on top, which happened to be the Arc de Triomphe. They head to the Arc de Triomphe and receive their next clue, directing them to Garden of New France in Place du Canada where they had to search the area for the next clue. If their dress met the satisfaction of a judge, teams would get their next clue. In Plat du Jour, teams traveled to the Marais District and had to search the chalkboard placed outside of cafés for three items marked with a race flag. Teams had to purchase these items and memorize how to pronounce them in French. They would then deliver all three items to a waiting couple and say each name correctly to get their next clue. The post-Detour clues instructing teams to travel to the nearby Roue de Paris, known as La Grande Roue "The Big Wheel" to find the next clue. At La Grande Roue was the Fast Forward which required one team to find an obscure tea shop called Mariage Frères in Rive Gauche and ask for a specific tea called Le Venturier. Back at La Grande Roue, the teams also found the next Detour, which was either Tough Climb or Easy Walk. In Tough Climb, teams must travel to Notre Dame de Paris and had to climb up the 297 steps of the cathedral and ring Quasimodo's bell to receive their next clue. In Easy Walk, teams had to locate a statue of a cat sitting beside Foucault pendulum. What they don't know is that there are two Foucault pendulums in Paris; only the one at the Panthéon, which has the statue and the other at the Museum of Arts and Crafts), which doesn't have the clue. After that, they had to go at Centre Georges Pompidou, teams instructed them to Île aux Cygnes at Pont de Grenelle for the Roadblock, asking "Who likes candies?". One team member would have to recreate a local modern art painting using Racesponsor Mentos candies. They had to follow a given example and place the candies onto a board so that the image matched the painting. If they met the approval of a judge, they would get their next clue. The clue sending teams to Pont de l'Archevêché where they had to search around for the last Pit Stop of the Leg 4, which was located on Quai de la Tournelle. Side note: Minako and Makoto won a fast forward clue. They finally first arrived at the last Pit Stop of the Leg 4. Haruka and Michiru used the Express Pass to bypass the detour #1 (a choice between Haute Couture and Plat du Jour)

| @ Sailor Saturn, I agree with everything you said and I will follow your suggestion. I am only a beginner on making RPG. - Spoiler:
Leg 5 (France-Netherlands)
At the start of the leg, teams were simply given a flag and told that their next destination was the capital city of the national flag they were given. The teams took their flight from Paris Charles de Gaule Airport to Amsterdam Schipol. They were left to figure out that they were given the flag of the Netherlands and their next destination was Amsterdam with the U-Turn coming up.
Upon arriving in Amsterdam, teams had to head to the Amsterdam Centraal railway station where they could take the Fast Forward. For the Fast Forward, the team had to travel to the Van Gogh Café and board a marked amphibious bus called The Floating Dutchman. Once the bus entered the water, teams learned that each team member had to eat five soused herring before the bus returned to land, a trip that took seven minutes. If they ran out of time, the bus would return to the Van Gogh Café and the team would have to wait 10 minutes for the next trip.
Other teams have to take a boat onto the Amstel river where they were to seek out a pofertjesboot, a floating poffertjes stand, near the Magere Brug to receive their next clue, informing them of the Detour: a choice between Back in Time and Organ to Grind. In Back in Time, teams had to re-create the Rembrandt painting The Night Watch with a group of costumed actors and props, including themselves. If the Rembrandt impersonator was satisfied with the re-creation, he would award the teams their next clue. In Organ to Grind, after finding one of three Dutch street organs, one team member had to run the machine while the other asked for tips. Once they earned €30, the organ grinder would give them their next clue. The clues sent teams to the Museum Geelvinck, where they found the U-Turn stand, Minako and Makoto had to perpetrate Usagi and Mamoru for the U-Turn.
The clue sent them to the rural village field in Ransdorp by bus where they encountered the Roadblock, which was also a Switchback, and teams asked "Who's ready to jump back in time and make a last ditch effort?". After they encountered the Amsterdam Roadblock, one team member participated in the sport of fierljeppen, pole vaulting across a ditch full of water. They had to vault across the ditch, retrieve their clue in the form of wooden clogs on the other side, and then vault back across. If they fell into the water, they would have to start over from the last side of the ditch they were on. The clue sent teams to the house of Rembrandt's mistress in Ransdorp for the last Pit Stop of the Leg 4.
Side note:
Haruka and Michiru won the Fast Forward clue. Minako and Makoto [U-Turn on Usagi and Mamoru (survived, but their money got stripped away because they arrived last at the last Pit Stop, consequently both Usagi and Mamoru have to start the new Leg with no money)]
- Spoiler:
Leg 6 (Netherlands-Mexico)
Teams were instructed to go to Mexico City, then they go to Schipol Airport for a flight to Mexico City International Airport. Upon arriving in Mexico City, teams had to head to Angel of Independence where they received a picture of a man named Pablo. Teams had to use the picture to figure out that his location was at Zócalo, the historic town square. They then were instructed to travel to Hotel De Cortes, where they had to find the desk for Mexi-Mini Charters and sign-up for one of three charter buses leaving the next morning, two hours apart, to an unknown destination.
The next day, they were required to travel to Plaza Santo Domingo to go for a Detour: Wings or Wheels. In Wings, teams had to board a plane which climbed to an altitude of over 10,000 ft (3,000 m). Then, teams had to skydive in tandem with an instructor. When both team members landed, an instructor would give them their next clue. In Wheels, teams had to chose one of the donkey-drawn carts and, using a map supplied to them, directed a driver, who speaks no English, to a 7 mi (11 km) route marker course through a Mexican village. The clue teams received after the Detour informing teams to go to Palacio de Bellas Artes for the last Pit Stop of the Leg 6.
- Spoiler:
Leg 7 (Mexico-Japan)
At the Palacio de Bellas Artes for the Pit Stop, teams were received their next destination to Tokyo, Japan. They went to Mexico City International Airport for a flight to Tokyo Narita.
Upon arrival, teams had to make their way to the Gotokuji Temple in Setagaya, known for its extensive collection of maneki-neko statues, where they searched their next clue amongst with these statues.
The clue had found out that was a roadblock, In the Roadblock, the teams asked "Who needs to Pipe Up or go home?", one racer had to put together a "robot" using a set of cardboard pipes, with only a miniature model as a guide. Once the engineer was pleased with their build job, they received their next clue.
The Roadblock clue where teams received directed them to Shibuya and had to search the Shibuya scramble crossing for a roaming "vending machine" that held their next clue, directing them to Shibuya's Konnō Hachimangū Shrine for the Finish Line.
