they're all at the bottom now, I think. They went back down the tower to check on Sailor Moon.

I only just now wondered about what to do with the body and telling Usagi's family and god ;_; why did I kill her I half considered having her body fade like if her star seed was stolen so they don't have to like cart around a corpse... what do you guys think? xD

I guess it would fade, that would make the most sense. But then again, they didn't fade when the senshi died at D Point. Unless it was offscreen, which I guess I can believe. Just have it fade as she returns to the Galaxy Cauldron?

If we're going with the star seed route then does that mean Usagi will be reborn? Apart of me likes the idea of Minako seeing her in the future and haunting memories of the past come flooding back.

Well, shouldn't they all be reborn time and time again? But I don't know if it'll happen in this lifetime... I think at the end we can say something bitter sweet like "maybe in our next lives we'll do things right". Or something

But anywho! I'm okay with the fading, but what will they say to Usagi's family? They should tell them something..

Maybe say that Usagi was caught up in something by the tower in the freak power outage? Pretend they went out looking for her and couldn't find her?

They don't really have to say anything - it's not like the family knew she was with them - or we can pretend they didn't know. They can just be jerks and pretend to not know anything about her. Usagi winds up on "missing" posters and that's the end of it. Maybe someone (Venus or Mamo) can also be haunted by this jerkish action of not informing the family; and keeps thinking they'll go ahead and tell them what happened to their daughter.

This is depressing.

I actually thought about the senshi (in senshi form) coming to the Tsukino house telling the truth (that their daughter was a hero and died saving the world) because Minako would feel that's the right thing to do and the least she could do to make things right. It feels wrong not giving them a body to put to rest, but I do like the idea of the reincarnation maybe getting rebooted again if we want a somewhat happy ending (Usagi arriving just when they're about to lose everything in the end? Or even just her spirit or whatever)

Unless you all want the dark depressing ending where the world ends and everybody fails and dies xD

That's a good idea for explaining her death. ^^ Maybe if it gets too sad, we can have Usagi's spirit come back to save them at the end.

I like the idea of her saving them at the end. A bittersweet ending.

Mercury has given me permission to time-skip to the control center, so I'm just giving you all a heads-up!

I have returned. Can someone give me a quick run down of the current location/happenings of the RP?

Usagi's body dissolved into stars back to the Galaxy Cauldron, so the senshi regrouped at the command center to decide what to do next. Tux went with them.

Tentative plan for the outlines of this RP! I don't mean for this to be a long RP, so don't be surprised if we're going straight to the final battle. I mean, once Usagi dies, the story should have been over as it is xD

- For simplicity's sake, when Luna goes to check on the Tsukino family, they would have forgotten about Usagi. Since we decided Usagi's spirit is coming back in the end to save them all, we could have the senshi tell the truth to the Tsukino family after the final battle too. It would be better, I think, if they can tell them that although they've lost their daughter, she has saved the world, and she's going to be reborn again in the future.
- The senshi find the Dark Kingdom base and brings the fight to them, wanting to end this once and for all. Venus is setting this up as a now or never thing because they've already lost and there's no sense in being cautious or waiting around. She just wants to end this.
- The fight happens. The senshi and the shitennou are evenly matched, and with some strategy it may actually look like they can beat them, especially when Venus almost gets them to remember who they actually are.
- When they almost got the shitennou to their side, Queen Beryl appears and targets Venus. She attacks her and tries to get her to give up the Silver Crystal. Obviously, she can't, because she doesn't have it. She manages to stab Beryl with the Holy Sword, killing her (in this continuity she already has the sword).
- But it's not over. Metalia rears up next, and she's strong. She threatens to overtake the world. The senshi pool their powers, but it's not enough. They are all about to die. Like in the manga/Crystal, they prepare to give up all their powers, including their ability to transform, essentially giving up their lives as a last ditch effort to stop Metalia. Venus knows it's likely not enough, but it's the only thing left to do.
- Before they could, however, Usagi's spirit/star seed appears like a ghostly image (think Classic's final episode when Serenity stood with her dead senshi against Metalia) and asks them all to pool their powers again. This time, with the Silver Crystal, it is enough. They win.

Now, the point I need to decide is when Venus will reveal the truth that she's not the princess to the other senshi. Should it happen after they won the battle? The others might notice the Silver Crystal didn't appear until Usagi did, which would raise some questions.

It could also happen before they went to battle. It would make for a more dramatic reveal (with the other option, the blow is at least lessened by the fact that they'd already saved the world, and they know Usagi's going to be ok - her star seed's going back to the Galaxy Cauldron). But it might ruin morale to do that then.

I would love to hear your thoughts on that, and if you want to comment/make suggestions for the other plot points as well, feel free! ^^ After they win, there'd just be some more posts wrapping up loose ends and the storyline would be done.

So could this RP be finished by the end of this month?

I think it would be best for Venus to tell the senshi after the battle, although they would probably get the hint when Usagi appears. Or maybe it could be revealed during battle, like when Usagi appears and Venus subconsciously whispers the word 'Princess' or something. But I think revealing it to the senshi before the battle wouldn't be as beneficial, because the senshi would be devastated at the realization that they don't even have their princess anymore. It would be super angsty, but I don't see any chance of even coming close to winning the battle if the girls are caught up in their own minds about how Usagi was the real princess and Venus had lied all this time.

Well, if we all post quickly, maybe. But there's only one week left of this month

If you want Artemis and Venus can fight about telling the others the truth. Just for more angst. XD

Alright, cool! I'll set up a fast forward soon, where they could have a brief moment to talk and debate it.

I imagine something epic mid battle, like the Senshi realize something is off with Venus. Maybe she feels guilty they are all protecting her.

She feels guilty all the time xD But yeah, mid-battle it is!

As for the fast forward, you all can post going through your day thinking about what lies ahead, maybe trying to savor each moment which could be the last. But if for some reason your character decides there's no point, you can also head straight for the command center.

Yami, Artemis can try to talk to Minako now too.
