Today on YT, I discovered DiC Sailor Moon had commercial break bumpers feature a live-action Serena talks to her audience, played by Tia Browsh, who later appeared in two unrelated movies according to IMDB. Fans wrote letters to this Serena to ask her questions and she appeals to children viewers with her cute, witty humor.

OH heey i remember seeing this a while back! I think these live action bumpers aired in Canada only?? I don't remember it being on tv but i hadn't totally gotten into Sailor Moon in the 90s.
