Her voice is better than her DiC voice but it's still grating. I prefer Stephanie Beards 'Rini' voice

It seems like she's either trying too hard or not trying enough. Then again, it was only a clip. Who knows, it might get better.

I personally quite enjoy Sandy Fox's performance as Chibi-usa. It's very cute but she's also playing her with a sinister tone to her whole scene which is pretty much the same way Kae Araki did it in the original Japanese version as the scene is trying to play it out as they don't know if Chibi-usa is a villain yet or not. I think Sandy Fox's performance here has a lot more nuance to her role than her DiC voice, Tracey Hoyt, who just played her with a straight up bratty voice in the whole scene. Compare this to the old DiC version and I think there's a world of difference here

The next Moonlight Party streaming event will be Friday, April 10th. The first half of the newly dubbed R season will be up on Hulu the same day. The episodes will be online until June 7th.

The contests are only held when Viz streams their Moonlight Party event. They ask the questions via the stream and pick the answers off of their social media feeds.
As for the dub... The entire dubbed first half of R season should be up on Hulu now.

News! The S dub cast has been announced! Erica Mendez is Haruka, Lauren Landa is Michiru, Christine Marie Cabanos is Hotaru, and Keith Silverstein is Professor Tomoe. Proof here.
Awesome! Admittedly, I was hoping Veronica Taylor would be Hotaru, since her voice for May from Pokemon would have been perfect, but Christine's gotten better at acting over the years, so I guess I can give her the benefit of the doubt.

It's the same voice actors and they suit Crystal VERY well! I loved it. It should debut on Hulu this fall with a blu ray collection (it'll have dual audio).

I'm quite happy, and surprised, that Viz officially announced the cast for S, when we have yet to even hear the rest of the voices for R yet. I've heard both Erica Mendez and Christine-Marie Cabanos in other anime, but have not heard of Lauren Landa before. Nonetheless, I love the Viz dub.

They didn't show any of the S dub at AX, they did show 2 episodes of the crystal dub. The cast was very fitting I thought and it felt a lot like the Viz dub of the original anime in terms of the performances.
