Let me know what you think! Give me some pointers on how to color better!

All of the manga colorings are from the Sailor Moon manga series and I do not claim the art work, just the colors added to the already beautiful lines drawn by the ever so talented Naoko Takeuchi.

The sketches in pencil however are mine and I would prefer if they didn't go anywhere other than here.

Wow, that's coming out really nice for a first attempt! If you really like coloring digitially, i highly suggest investing in a tablet. I got my Wacom Bamboo fun for about $70 a few years ago, they might be cheaper now.

Thanks Brittles!! XO! My sister is getting a Wacom tablet for Christmas. I might try hers first before I make that purchase. There are so many other things I want.

haha. it takes a little getting used too, but i kick myself for never having one sooner for my art projects before i had it.

Something very rough. It's getting easier and I'm learning lots. I love coloring manga pictures in bright animeish colors.

I had given a sketch pad to a friend in high school as a birthday present. The other day she surprised me with it as we were talking about days gone by. I got the opportunity to scan some things from it. These drawings are about 9 years old.

Favorite medium: regular ol' pencil




Both pictures were practices of me looking at a picture and transferring it to paper. Neither of them are my original ideas.

Aw I miss your drawings. I think I still have some that you gave me somewhere.

I miss them too. I wish I hadn't abandoned art so long ago. There are days I try to sit down and put something on paper, but I get frustrated and tear it up.

There's nothing like regular pencil though I also like working with pens too! Your drawings are amazing, you should post more of them!

Yeah, I still don't know so I just see what happens. Sometimes it works in my favor.

Hokay, so, here's the stuff that I moved and messed up along with my most recent coloring...Saturn! More to come soon. I've been lazy lately, but I have started coloring again to ease my mind with the whirl wind of events happening.
