Plot Summary:
The Sun has expanded outward, engulfing and destroying the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars and all of their respective satellites. A new ruler has risen to power, Queen Sol, the Empress of the Sun, promising continued peace and prosperity to the dying Solar System. In this distant future, Sailor Soldiers are a thing of the past.

Unbeknownst to the galaxy’s populace, Queen Sol is none other than the Sailor Soldiers' greatest enemy: Chaos. In manipulating the power of the Sun, Chaos has been able to obtain the Mercury, Venus, Mars, and the Golden (Earth) Crystals. Fortunately, she has failed in capturing the Silver Crystal.

In order to obtain the most coveted Crystal, the Crystal she has spent lifetimes trying to steal, the Sun Empress has created two shadow-forms: die Sterne, Morgen and Abend. With these shadow-forms, Queen Sol is able to to scour the galaxy for the Silver Crystal without ever having to leave her palace.

During her hunt for the Silver Crystal, Queen Sol captured Sailor Pluto, but hasn’t been able to extract the Pluto Crystal from the Guardian of Time. As a result, the Queen put Pluto in stasis to keep the Last Soldier from tinkering with her plans.

Banished and outlawed by the Queen, Sailor Cosmos is left to search the stars alone to find the Sailor Crystals (including the Silver Crystal) that remain. The Sailor Crystals of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are hidden somewhere on the remaining colonized planets. She does not yet know where the missing Silver Crystal may be. To assist her in this quest, Sailor Cosmos seeks sailor soldiers from the surviving minor planets of the Solar System. They are less powerful than the original sailor soldiers, but she cannot complete her mission alone.

Sailor Cosmos must find the missing Crystals, and reclaim the ones that Queen Sol has taken, before the new ruler can absorb all of the power of the sailor soldiers from the Solar System and complete her takeover.

Details on any necessary information:

This takes place many, many years past the time of Crystal Tokyo. Sailor Moon and the Sailor Soldiers have not existed for hundreds of years, with the exception of timeless Sailor Pluto. The universe is at peace.
The Sun is now a red giant. Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, and their respective satellites no longer exist. Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are habitable. These planets were colonized during the later reign of Crystal Tokyo and continue to maintain populations.
Cel is the newest planet to be considered part of the system, orbiting just beyond Pluto. It is beautiful and fertile, like a young Earth. Colonization is recent; it lacks much of the infrastructure and technology present on the other planets. Life on Cel is an adventure and can be rather rural in comparison.
The sailor soldiers who heed Cosmos' call are awakened via contact with Sailor Cosmos. She will approach each hero(ine) in-game and present his or her transformation item, a pin with crescent ornamentation. It is considered a symbol of the White Moon resistance and should not be displayed publicly.
The new sailor soldiers are between 14 to 22 years in age.
New sailor soldiers may be male or female, but the majority are female.
Each soldier has 2 attacks (1 offensive, 1 defensive). These attacks are relatively low power. On a scale of Sailor Moon canon, more powerful than the sheer distraction of "Pink Sugar Heart Attack!" but less powerful than "Deep Submerge!"

Restrictions:
Canon Sailor soldiers and villains cannot be played. This is the far future; those characters are no longer active. Sailor Pluto is immortal and still exists; she has been captured by the enemy and will be an NPC. The villains are also NPCs.
