Hi guys! so i'd hope you all know that i have my Otaku dress creation center, where i design dresses for whatever occasion for peoples otaku senshi characters. and anyone who's been here a while knows i'm obsessed with Halloween....so this year, i wanted to do dress designs inspired by Halloween! and i'm doing a lottery where people's original characters can be chosen on Deviantart!

the cool thing? you don't have to use a Sailor Moon original character! it can be an original character you've had for years that is a mash up of different animes, or belongs in bleach, or naruto, or even Inuyasha! ANY original character goes, as long as it's a girl! so please, if you have a DeviantArt, check out the journal and put in an entry!
