Small Lady and Sailor Mars walked on stage, wearing their best, most shimmery dresses, making their way to the podium. Small Lady taps the microphone a couple times.

"Can I have your attention, please? It's time to announce the winner of the Brightest Star award."

The hall falls silent.

Small Lady cleared her throat. "Since I was nominated for this award, I cannot present it, however I really wanted to have a part in this presentation because I feel this member is truly deserving of this award. This award goes to one of the most amazing members on the forum. "The Brightest Star in the Galaxy" award is meant for a Moonie who goes above and beyond to help out, not only in the forums, but in the fandom. This person has not been with us for very long, but she has made a huge presence since she has joined!  Always offering to help, backing up staff whenever we are in a bind, helpful to all members new and old, being a friend to anyone in need, always cheerful with a smile (I'm pretty sure if I met her, she'd be all smiles!), and just an all around amazing person to be around and a exemplary example of what it means to be a Sailor Moon fan. Loving the show no matter what and proving that even if you haven't had the chance to see it all you can still be an AMAZING fan, friend, and Galaxy Cauldron member. I personally want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an amazing member and friend.  So without further ado--"

"Just a second," Mars said, butting her hip into Small Lady, bumping her out of the way. "Let me say my piece, too, like we rehearsed."

Small Lady, slightly annoyed that she was bumped, rolled her eyes, but smiled.

"I also want to say to this member, though I've said it countless times already and Brit has said it as well; you really are a spectacular member. I mean, not only are you a hard worker and someone who livened up this forum and lent a helping hand right away, but you were also a friend. A good friend that always lent her ear, even if she didn't always know what to say or do to help. And she handled everything that was placed on her plate with such amazingness. A natural at leading and coming up with spectacular ideas for the forum and even renewing the forum in unexpected ways, breathing new life into various areas..."

Sailor Mars looked down at her hands and then back out at the audience and smiled.

"Totally sappy I know, but what I'm trying to say is, with this member, many improvements have come to this forum. Many new laughs and smiles. But above all, I...no, we, have all gained a wonderful friend. Thank you, for all you do for us. All of us here at GC."

"Can we announce the winner now?" Small Lady asked impatiently.

"Yeah, yeah."

Small Lady pulled out an envelope, reaching in and pulling out a piece of paper.

Small Lady and Sailor Mars looked at the piece of paper together.
