"Hurry up, Venus!" Sailor Mars shouted, tapping her foot outside her fellow senshi's door.
"Just a minute!" the senshi of love yelled.
Ten minutes later, the door opened revealing the blonde girl, looking the same way she always did when transformed.
"Please explain to me why it took you
an hour to get ready, even though you still look the same way you do
every day?" Mars snapped, leading the way to the palace's grand theater.
Minako shrugged and flipped her hair before following her friend. "It takes time to look this good," she said. Mars rolled her eyes.
"Everyone else is already there. Serenity is going to have a coronary when she finds out we're late. What if we won an award?!" the senshi of fire said, rounding the corner. The grand crystal doors leading to the theater were at the end of the hallway, where Sailors Mercury and Jupiter were waiting.
"What took so long!? Endymion has already finished the opening speech!" Sailor Jupiter said, glaring at Venus.
"As usual, Miss Beauty Queen had to take an hour to fix her
already perfect hair," Mars grumbled. Sailor Mercury, knowing that an argument was about to ensue, stepped between Mars and Venus.
"Let's just hurry and get inside before Serenity notices we're late," the bluenette said. The others nodded in agreement and opened the crystal doors, heading into the dark theater.
The theater was packed, filled with exactly 1,284 selected citizens of Crystal Tokyo. Easily, the four inner senshi spotted the four outer senshi, who were seated next to the asteroid senshi. They all sat in a row in the back, watching as Neo Queen Serenity went on about the next award. The attentive queen shot a spiteful glance at her senshi before continuing her speech:
"This award is for the one who has made us laugh in serious times, the one who is creative, humorous and talented all at once. This recipient has enlightened our creative minds and expanded our horizons when it comes to humor and having a good time. But before I announce the victor of this award, let's give a round of applause to our nominees, Yamichan and Sailor Uranus!"
The regal queen began to clap, and she was immediately followed by all who were in the room. The applause died down, and Neo Queen Serenity smiled beautifully at her audience.
The silence was deadly as all eyes wandered to either Yamichan or Sailor Uranus.
- "And now, I present to you our silliest roleplayer...":
"Sailor Uranus!"
All of the senshi clapped as the humorous victor stood and humbly moved to the stage to accept her reward:
"Congratulations, and thank for sharing your talent and undeniable humor with the members of The Galaxy Cauldron!"
