Name of the Storyline:  The Sailor Scrolls Chapter 1: Negaverse

Plot Summary: After Arch's involvement with the Collector and fall of Alduin. Queen Beryl emerges on the plane of Mundus from the recently unified plane of Oblivion, now known as the New Negaverse. Metalia, the source of Beryl's powers hungers a source of energy, the kind found in dragon souls.

Not only that, the Rainbow Crystals are being pursued by Beryl's Generals, and each Crystal is located in a nordic crypt protected by Draugr, Nordic Undead that once worshipped the dragons of Skyrim.

How will Arch deal with this threat to Tamriel? Will the Senshi come to his aid?

Details on any necessary information:  

Beryl/Metalia, Arch, Rayden will pose as NPCs under my control to advance the plot. This storyline requires an understanding of The Elder Scrolls franchise, most notably the fifth installment, Skyrim. I suggest refering to the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages, to better familiarize youself to the setting.

I see you haven't worked on this in a while, and I was wondering if you still had any interest in completing this storyline application. However, I want to point out some tips and suggestions to help the storyline move along.

I first recommend making an OOC thread for this storyline, just to see who is interested. I would hate to see you require all these wonderful characters in your storyline, when only 3 or 4 people want to participate, allowing plot holes to occur. Although your plot has some connection with the Sailor Moon universe, it may come off a little confusing to others. An OOC thread helps patch up plot areas that fit with everyone in the plot and make an even better story.

Also, I see you have some NPCS listed. If my memory serves me right, Rayden and Arch are main characters for you.  I would recommend making them profiles and not allow them to be NPC. An NPC is a simple background character without much importance and only appear a few times in the storyline....and Arch and Rayden are surely not those types of characters . The same would be said with Beryl, since she is the main villain in the plot. Personally, I would then make Beryls followers the NPCS since they will probably only appear now and again, and aren't the "main" focus.
