Hello fellow pokegamers and welcome to the 3rd GC pokemon game challenge. I am Silence Wall and I'll explain what this is all about and the rules.

For this, we have to agree on a pokemon game we can all play together, record our progress and see who beats the main game first. All available options are in the poll. If you do not have a certain game but would really like to play it then you could download a rom or use vizzed (for the earlier ones), more on vizzed if info is needed which will probably be so XD.

Also, the previous challenges have been ruby and diamond/pearl. Since then, new members likely would like to participate so those games can be an option if a lot of people want to play them.

Here are the rules. ^^

- Everyone has to start at the assigned date or afterwards, no one gets a hard start, lol.
- Record your progress after say every gym battle or extremely important event. 
- If you can, post a photo of you at the hall of game.
- Have fun and enjoy yourself

I can do Emerald too, but I'd rather do Black and White 2, since I already redid my Emerald file.

I voted for the fanmade game type because those are always interesting to try out xD

Looking forward to playing this with everyone again though!

Okay based on member comments I think we've narrowed it down to Emerald/Black & White 2/Fan Game. I can do any of those. ^^

Okay we've decided on Emerald followed by Black 2 in challenge 4. Pluto, we can always do a fan game together sometime.  

So we start tomorrow, while noting Pluto's "very short" loa.

Well, I only started the challenge today, and I just got the Running Shoes. I also have a Level 7 Torchic so far. Let's see if I can clear a Gym today!

Hmmm has this started yet? I want to beat a gen 3 game before the remakes come out. In my current file I'm about to face the Elite Four. However I really don't care about restarting it because I don't try to catch them all or anything.

LOZ It looks like I did restart my game. I'm on my way to the first gym.   

Also for the record I am going to be old school and play it on my Advance SP.

Great I completely lost track of this (only got past Petalburg City for the first time XD).

OMG!! This is from mid July.   

I remember you asking me about this and back then I wasn't really in a Pokemon mood. But now I am because of the Pokemon Music Concert that's coming up.

I'm also playing on my old SP system! I'm almost to Petalburg Woods now. ^^

Progress update:

Just beat Roxanne and got the first gym badge, and now I'm heading off to Dewford Town.

My team so far consists of Combusken Lv. 16, Lombre Lv.17, and a half trained Ralts at Lv.7 I want to start using. I find that using really small teams at the beginning make things a lot easier when it comes to pokemon levels.

I'm at Dewford. I am training my Abra for the second gym battle. Two more levels until it evolves and finally learn its second move!

After lots of grinding levels for my Ralts, I beat Brawly and now I'm heading to Slateport City! ^^
