I thought it'd be fun if people could wish Usagi and Chibiusa a, very late o.o, happy birthday!! And maybe share why they like one or both of them ^^

I love Usagi because she is just inspirational. Sure she is a clumsy crybaby, but that's okay. She is just who she is and doesnt change to meet peoples wants and expectations. Plus she is absolutely gorgeous.


I think what I liked about her when I first saw her was she was a girl superhero and when you are 6 and see a girl superhero with girl superhero friends you think wow thats cool I wanna be like her. thus my dream to be SM when I grew up was born.

I know Chibiusa is kinda torn amongst people, half love her and half hate her, but I really like her!! She's probably my second favorite character after Diana. She might seem kind of annoying and a brat, but she has a huge heart and a ton of courage. She went in to fire to save Pegasus afterall....she'll do anything for those she loves and I admire her for that!

Usagi's the kind of friend I think everyone wants to have, someone who's always there to push you forward when you're falling back. She's the glue that holds nearly everyone in the show together, because she makes them feel needed. Yet she's not perfect or infallible, and that's a sort of character I rarely find. I can honestly say she's one of my favorites because of that. ^^

And Chibiusa started off as kind of a jerk, but even then I liked that she had the guts to be such a troublemaker while being so tiny. XD
And when you go deeper, it's clear that she's just trying to be as strong as her mother and father are, and she eventually pulls it off in her own, stubborn and determined way. Chibiusa struggles to fill these big shoes left behind for her, but she gets there in the end.

I really love Chibiusa's growth throughout the manga. I love how she becomes this little girl who lived in her Mother's shadow and eventually becomes her own person.

Usagi is probably my favorite character in the series which is really something because before I liked Sailor Moon I didn't even really like the main character! I never really liked how all the attention was on her and I felt sorry for the other girls. I guess I didn't really have any true understanding of what the series was about plus I was a dumb 13/14 year old. Eventually I read the manga a couple of years later and began to really dig Sailor Moon and I eventually grew to love everything about Usagi. I see her as somewhat of an inspiration and I try have a positive outlook on things like Usagi would. So overall she's a really important character to me! uwu.
