Hi guys! I'm Lady Firebird, but you can call me Nelly too. I'm 22 and a recently graduated biology major, and I write science fiction and fantasy in my spare time. I'm a bird enthusiast, and my ideal job would probably be being paid to birdwatch (if only!). I got into Sailor Moon waaaaay back when I was in kindergarten, and it's never really left me. So all of this new stuff coming out is just absolutely delighting me. I'm also a big Sera Myu fan, and I think I got into that when I was in middle school if I remember correctly. I think my favorite senshi are Venus, Mars, and Neptune since I identify most with them, but it's a really hard choice and I love all of them, really. I am also a big fan of anime!Mamoru's ridiculous fashion sense, and I kind of hope he keeps dressing ridiculous in Crystal. Anyway, hopefully I will stick around, and it's nice to get to know you all!

@Kayariah - Hello! I write books, yes! Or at least, am in the process of doing so. I have a bunch of projects going right now and I probably need to actually focus on one, haha. At the moment I'm working on a story that's sort of cyberpunk and fae at the same time. It's complicated. And my favorite kind of bird...ahahaha, that's a hard question. I'd have to say the fiery throated hummingbird. Those are gorgeous.

@Addelyn - Hi, and thanks! Nothing wrong with fanfiction, I write a fair bit of that myself. Mostly Marvel, and now that I think of it, I haven't really done much Sailor Moon fanfiction actually.

@PallasMercury - I am totally okay with being called Lady! I definitely would like to publish my writing at some point, but it's only recently that I've actually had a large chunk of time to work on it. Finishing up that biology major ate my life for a while. Now I'm jobhunting, and that takes up some time, but still not as much as balancing a full class schedule. So here's hoping I'll actually make some progress on these writing projects now! I will definitely take a look at the writer's guild, too.

@Batgirl - Hi! That's really cool that you're starting a biology program too. Definitely message me if you ever need any advice, I imagine biology programs are fairly similar from university to university. And as for favorite villains... I'm very fond of Sailor Galaxia, the Amazoness quartet, and Mistress 9. I'm finally working my way through the old anime in order (I only watched bits of it on TV as a kid, and I've only read the manga fully), and I have a fondness for the Shitennou too, mostly because some of the evil plans they come up with are so ridiculous that it makes me laugh.

Just curious, what pairings, if any, do you write for marvel?

Most of my pairings are femslash, haha. Natasha/Pepper, Natasha/Melinda, Pepper/Victoria, Skye/Jemma, Clint/Natasha, Bucky/Natasha, and Steve/Sam are the pairings I can think of off the top of my head.
