Subject: The GC's First Annual Olympics Award Ceremony! 12th March 2014, 11:04 pm
Loud cheers could be heard throughout the crowd of GC's Olympic Arena. The lights went dim and the crowd turned silent as everyone waiting in anticipation for the awards ceremony to begin. Very suddenly, loud celebratory music and bright lights filled the stadium as confetti and fireworks filled the air. The awards ceremony had BEGUN!

That's right the opening events have begun! We will be announcing the winners right here in this thread so keep an eye out!
First up on the awards agenda is to announce the Most Valuable Players from each team!
The first awards is for Jupiter's Electrifying Faction! This team nominated who they felt was the best player on their team...and that member is.... SMALL LADY!
The second MVP award is for Venus' Love Love Squad! The MVP of their team is .... SAILOR SWIFTY!
The third MVP award is for Mars' Red Hot CHIBI Kickers! The nominated MVP is.... POCKYPANTS!
And last is the MVP for Mercury's Blue Bubble Brigade! And the MVP is.... KAYARIAH!!
Stay tuned for more awards and the most anticipated Gold Winning team of the GC's First Annual Olympics!!

As the crowd is cheering from the GC Olympics first award winners, the lights dim again and another figure walks out onto the stage. As the Olympic's music swells the figure is revealed as mysteryloveandjustice, here to hand out 2 more awards!!
"As the Olympics have been going on the Pinkateers have been watching closely at the participants for those that show the most enthusiasm for each game, and also participate in the most games. Well we have come to our conclusion!!

Rei entered the stage, clapping loudly for the previous winners. She stepped up to the podium and waited for the crowd to quieten down, before unravelling the scroll she held in her hands.
"Tonight I am honoured to be here to present two very prestigious prizes. The Galaxy Cauldron Olympic Games 2014 has been an incredible event, and every competing player should be proud of their participation and successes. However, one person collected a vast array of medals across different events, and to celebrate their success of winning the most medals regardless of colour, let's put our hands together for-" she glanced down at the scroll in her hands,

Now that all the awards have been given its time to announce the overall winner of GC's First Annual Olympics! The games were fierce, members fought hard, even to the death (Hunger Games anyone?), it was a fun time had by all. And now its time to celebrate your team's victories!
Coming in last with 5 Gold Medals, 6 Silver Medals, and 4 Bronze Medals, totaling up to of 370 points is Jupiter's Electrifying Faction!
Our third place team, with 7 Gold Medals, 6 Silver Medals, and 9 Bronze Medals, totaling up to 500 points is Venus' Love Love Squad!

As the applause rings throughout the grandiose awards hall, a stressed and breathless voice rings out, "Wait! Wait one moment please!" and a young woman who would look incredibly official in a business suit, were that suit not covered in small leafy branches with sap and dirt clinging to her messy bun, dashes on stage, pulling someone behind her at their full-paced run. She slowed to a stop, her heeled shoe twitching sideways as she tried to regain composure, and stands taller as she continues to stride forward, her hand still clinging to the wrist of a competitor from Jupiter's Electrifying Faction, her uniform also looking a little worse for wear, littered with small leaves, branches, and general forest debris.

"We have one more award to give out!" the attendant breathlessly cried into the recently acquired microphone, "Straight from the Arena, we have our Champion of the First Annual Olympics Hunger Games: Small Lady!" she turned and presented the tiny fierce warrior with her prize:
"For besting your opponents in the field of battle, using your wits and judgement to outmaneuver and overpower those who would claim victory from you, I present The Signature Banner of Awesome, complete with Crown~. And you and your team may feast while those others --" she points a thumb over her shoulder, to reveal the opponents, Anaitlovesall from Venus, SenshiRei from Mercury, and Blake from Mars, "can watch and bemoan their loss.
"Congratulations, Small Lady!" she clapped loudly, looking very pleased.
...and then turned back to the other competitors, "Oh, and good job to you guys, too," in typical Capitol fashion.
