(Yumi) Sailor Splash

Yumi was laying on a couch in the club house living room. She was half asleep and in a haze. "I wonder if I age while here?" Yumi thought to herself. The clubhouse was a special zone in time and space, so Yumi often had wandering thoughts about what happens while she was in the clubhouse. 

Yumi held her hand above her and stared at her left wrist. Although nothing was on her wrist, she still felt the power of the Gem of Aqua within her arm, even in her civilian form. She exhaled heavily and rolled over and threw the couch pillow in the air and punched it forward, causing it to smash into the wall across from her.

"I am so bored." She whined to herself.

(Kazaki) Sailor Io

"What a coincidence, so am I," Kazaki said, having just walked in. She had left her motorcycle in the club house's garage, a room that had appeared as soon as she had wanted one. It was a little odd, but Kazaki didn't question the convenience of it. She yawned and stretched her arms above her head before bending down to pick up the pillow.

"Hey Yumi." She threw the pillow back at her and grinned. "You interested in playing a game?"

(Jasper) Shadow

While Yumi and Kazaki were discussing their lack of entertainment options, Jasper had found a spare deck of cards in his car. He wasn't elaborately familiar with the forces behind the clubhouse and its parking spaces, but it was highly convenient - and free, as far as his awareness was concerned.

The young man walked into the living room, casually shuffling the cards as he regarded Yumi and Kazaki with a bemused expression. "A game, you say? You must not be refering to solitare."

As soon as Jasper walked in with a card deck, Kazaki wanted to challenge the both of them at whatever game they came up with.

"Solitare's fine and all, but it's way more interesting to play against other people," she said, her competitive fire kicking in. The fact that Jasper was over a head taller than her didn't even phase her as she was so focused on winning whatever they were going to play. "I was going to look for a board game, but if you have a card deck...anybody wanna play Bus Stop?"

"Bus Stop?" Jasper paused to consider his previous experiences with card games, then leaned towards Kazaki and handed her the deck. It was crisp and smelled of fresh packaging, meaning it was either recently purchased or that it was not handled with any notable frequency.

"I think I know that one, but feel free to refresh my memory of the rules."

(Kazaki) Sailor Io

"Well..." Kazaki shuffled the unworn deck as she thought. "Bus Stop's the PG name for it, if that helps you remember." She and her small group of senshi friends back at home often swore without thinking about it (except for Callisto, who they all agreed was too young to curse), but she figured it'd be more polite to reign it in here at the club house.

"The whole deck gets deal to everyone, and then we go around playing cards in value order, from 2 to Ace and back again. You can even play multiples of the same card at once, you just have to say exactly what you're putting in the pile. Like, 'two kings'." She finished shuffling and grinned to herself.

"The catch is that all the cards are face down. If you don't have the right cards when it's your turn to play, you can lie and put down the wrong ones. But if someone says er...Bus Stop right after you play and it turns out that you did lie, you have to pick up the whole pile. And if you call Bus Stop and the accused was telling the truth when the cards are flipped up, the one who called it gets the pile. The first person who gets rid of their whole hand wins."

Yumi wasn't even phased by there being a rather like motorcycle in the main room. She was a Senshi after all, and motorcycles being parked in side didn't even phase her. Although, the smell of gasoline was a little nauseating. 

Yumi cracked a smile upon hearing the term "bus stop". She instantly knew what game this was, and it was one unknown on her planet Aqua. She had learned this game from observing younger children in Tokyo Park on her last visit to Earth in her current timeline (since this is a portal for all dimensions  ).

"Oh, the bluffer's paradise!" Jasper watched Kazaki shuffle the deck with a mild smirk on his face, recognizing the game that she described to him and Yumi. "For a moment, I thought you were referring to the game that focuses on getting up to 31 points with three cards of the same suit."

The young man took a crosslegged seat upon the clubhouse floor, his smirk widening to a card shark's grin. "Sure, I'll play a few rounds."

(Toni/ Sailor Iron Woman)

With a startling BOOM Toni's presence was announced to the rest of the club house. Laughing like a loon Toni with her clothes still smoking from the explosion rolled into the room, in her office chair. "Hi guys!" She said, her brown eyes bright. "What is up?" she asked still reeling from her last failed experiment. Her mind worked fast thinking over all thing things that could have gone wrong or what went right to make such a wonderful experiment blow up. Then she saw cards. "OH! Cards! " The brilliant brunette exclaimed. "Whatchya fixing to play?" she asked wondering if she should take a break and join in the fun.

Kazaki jumped a little at Toni's explosive entrance, but she quickly recovered.

"We were just about to play BS, wanna join?" But right as she was dealing the cards out, she heard Yumi's comment about the portal. And then the pig came barreling in, and disappeared deeper into the club house.

"Guess we'll have to postpone the game, guys!" Kazaki said, smiling at the challenge before following after the pig.

Toni jumpe out of her chair and ran down the hall after the strange pink creature, the others around her in the hall. This place was so much more fun than the Tower and hey, they apparently didn't mind her explosiveness. This was certainly shaping up to be a good day, the grin on her face was only getting bigger as they chased the pig through the halls, while Yumi did whatever Yumi did with the portal.

(Jasper) / Shadow

"How much of a threat can that little pig be?" Jasper wondered aloud as he got up to his feet, joining the collective chase of the pig across the clubhouse. He understood the importance of keeping the portal secured, but that little pink porkball didn't appear to be dangerous. At least, not until his conscience interrupted his train of thought.

I don't look very dangerous, either; that's why I had to fight so often in the Dark Kingdom. Jasper groaned inwardly as he rounded a corner to pursue the strange invader.

(Princess Pamina) Sailor Nocturnus

Not the most graceful even when transformed, Pamina tumbled awkwardly into the clubhouse, landing amidst the pig-chase. The middle-schooler groaned, more from disappointment than from actual injury, and rubbed her head, ruffling dark hair. She clambered to her feet and glanced around at the assembled forces, some of whom she recognized and others she did not. The Clubhouse was such a strange place that she generally expected to see new faces on a regular basis.

"Heh heh... hello, everyone," she commented uncouthly, not quite aware that she had arrived during an attempt to capture the porcine creature.

(Princess Pamina) Sailor Nocturnus

After being almost knocked over by Yumi, Pamina clambered to her feet again. Hearing the other girl's explanation for the sudden actions made the younger visitor feel a bit more relieved--she always feared that she wasn't necessarily welcome. She had a hard time feeling welcome anywhere, with the uncertainties that surrounded her own distant home.

It was only when the pig-creature was gestured towards that Pamina noticed it. Her dark eyes lit with a spark of excitement.

"Oh, it's cute!" she cooed, crouching down to examine it better. "Hi there, little guy~ ♥"

(Princess Pamina) Sailor Nocturnus

Pamina clapped her hands with glee, the star-shaped golden charm in her hair jingling with the motion.

"Oh, that would be fun!" she replied.

She directed her attention back towards the pig creature, beckoning it gently and softly clicking her tongue. "Would you like that, piggle? Would you like to be our mascot?"

(Jasper) / Shadow

Once the chase had apparently ended, Jasper returned to the main room while dabbing his forehead with a towel. After a few deep breaths, he cast a mild smirk towards the tiny creature. "Perhaps he thought he was on the menu. Don't worry, little guy; I prefer beef."

At that point, he had taken notice of Pamina and quirked an eyebrow towards the young lady. "I'm sure I've seen you before, but I can't remember where.."

Toni rounded the corner into the main room to find the small pig like thing clam and quite now. "So we're getting a mascot?" she asked walking back to her chair and sitting down. "I like it!" She said. "Just be sure to keep it out of the workshop." She smiled slyly "Things tend to blow up in there." She said spinning her chair like a child. "So what are we going to name the strange pink pinker?" she asked the assembled group.

(Yumi)/Sailor Splash

Yumi grinned at the little bundle of joy as it squealed when she hugged it. "We need a name for this little bugger!" She smiled as she put the pig back down and stood. The pig ran between her legs, then over to Toni as if looking for attention.

(Princess Pamina) Sailor Nocturnus

Pamina looked up at the man, who towered over her own diminutive size. She tugged nervously on the pigtails in her long, dark hair. It was hard for her to make eye contact when addressed directly, so she fidgeted while trying to work up the courage to reply.

"Um, I think from The Collector," she responded, her voice somewhat squeaky and uneven.

Unless, of course, he had visited this strange place from a different point in time, one in which they had not yet fought against that enemy. It was difficult to keep track when the Clubhouse operated outside of the realm of typical linear time.

She let the pig serve as a welcome distraction, directing her attention towards the excitement caused by the creature.

"He (or maybe she?) is so active! Maybe a name based on that?"

Toni Stark/Sailor Iron Woman

Toni looked down at the pig. "How about Bacon?" she suggested in a teasing tone. She would never do anything to hurt the creature that wasn't her gig, but it still amused her greatly to tease others. "Do you like that name, Bacon?" she asked as she petted behind the pig's ears and waited for the gasps and other outraged comments to come from her suggestion of name.

Kazaki/Sailor Io

"Aw, I was thinking Ham, or Porkchop," Kazaki said jokingly, sitting up again. "You don't wanna call him fattening, right?" Kazaki thought about a good name for a few moments, but animals were never really her thing. "How about Muddy? He was about as hard to catch as mud..."

(Jasper) / Shadow

Jasper considered the response from Pamina, nodding briefly as he recalled his experiences with the Collector. He wasn't sure how he had arrived in the future to assist the Senshi, but it did serve to illustrate that the concept of time was a lot more complicated than he had dared to imagine. At least now, he could safely assume it was no longer a linear concept.

Looking back to the pig creature, Jasper smirked at the food-related names that had been suggested. "Are you trying to scare him? The name I thought of was Porcullis, since we found it a gateway."

Toni looked up at Jasper with a look of shock and hurt. "Are you kidding?" she asked leaning down and picking up their new pet. "I love Bacon!" She said with a giggle and a squeeze for the pig. Toni set the pig down and sat back, her chair sliding across the floor just a bit as she did. "Nah, I'm joking. Critters and the like aren't really my thing, unless you count Thora and her sister, but that's usually only at parties. " She said. The genius senshi draped her arm over the back of her chair and placed her ankle on her thigh. Thought I am liking Porkchop." She winked at Kazaki.

(Jasper) / Shadow

Jasper crouched down to take a closer look at the piglet, then shrugged his shoulders and stood back up. "My other thought is to name him Wilbur." His eyes wandered towards Yumi, as if not completely sure she had secured the gateway.

"After all, if we find a spider or a rat, we'd have ourselves a Charlotte and/or Templeton."
