Hi everyone!

Good to be here. I'd been checking around a few days ago, and decided to sign up just to be a part of a more active community of Sailormoon fans. Sailormoon holds a special place in my heart (I imagine it does for most people here) as being the catalyst for years of anime obsession, art obsession, comic book obsession, etc, etc. It's been a large part of my life since around the time I hit teenage years (many, many, many a moon ago). I believe it was the first creation where I became a fully involved fan.

Some usual notes...

Who is my favorite?

Jupiter.
Jupiter is my girl! I have deep love for all the senshi, but Jupiter sticks out for me as the one I connect with the most. So she's tops in my book.

In which ways does my fandom manifest itself?

I draw. I like fan art. I tend to collect odds and ends of Sailormoon merch over the years (starting with those old crappy American dolls and the Lunar Cycle (Lol what was that thing?? I say with love and nostalgia). These days, what with money not growing on trees, I stick *mainly* to Sailorjupiter/Sailormoon specific things. (For example, if I want a doll, I'll check for a Jupiter one even though I'd love with all my heart to be able to collect everything ever.)


Ok, what's with the username, weirdo-Adventure-Time-fan on a SM forum?

I honestly find Lumpy Space Princess to be hilariously wonderful. Adventure Time is another of my enjoyable things to fanlove about. And before I signed up I was reading through the rules (because I'm a rule nerd sometimes) and noticed the naming policy, and restrictions. Immediately thought of "Lumpy Space Princess" when seeing that the word "princess" was fine... and then imagined a world where there exists a Sailor Lumpy Space whose powers of Lumpy Space are "Lump Off!" "Get the lump outta here!" and "WHATEVER!" which blast back and enemy with lumpiness.


Anywho, I like the cut of this forum's jib, so here I am and I hope to get to know you all better and connect with others who share the enjoyment of Sailormoon =)

Hello, welcome to the GC! Who is your favorite villain and season?  

Oooh hiii!! I'm finally watching the second season of Adventure Time. I love the show. Its just so funny and random (And LSP is really hilarious xD).

And yaaaaayyyy you remind me of mee with all the Sailor Moon being my gateway drug into all the things. GAAH. <3 <3 Also I LOVE Jupi too! (Though at the moment not my top fav but they kinda rotate in and out cause i love them all). I do relate to her A LOT (with the whole tomboy but wants to be feminine thing going and the height thing and brown hair in a ponytail all the time thing xD). So glad to have another Jupi fan among us!

And I will second Mi, MUST WATCH PGSM HAS THE BEST MAKO IN IT. <3

Yay! So many lovely people & welcomes =)

I have some more time so I can properly compose some thoughts.

First, I'm glad there are other Adventure Time/LSP fans around. ^^ As soon as I signed up with the name I started doodling around with thoughts of a "Sailor Lumpy Space". Maybe if I can create one I'm happy with I can scan it in/request to have it as my avatar image.

I have never even seen any live action Sailormoon anything! Well, maybe that's a lie, sometimes I've seen short clips of songs via musicals and things. But as for a series? I've never seen it! Since I see a few people suggesting that, I'll have to see if I can find a way to check it out. More great Jupiter characters everywhere!

Villain & Season? Oooh. That's harder than even deciding a favorite senshi! Let's see.

I think my favorite villains were the Amazon Quartet. I admit that it's mostly superficial. I like their look! A lot. I tend to like a lot of the design of things in SuperS. While it's not my favorite season when it comes to story, I love the airy/light colors and feel of the costumes. Plus... evil circus!

My favorite season is probably S. I like the darker tone it takes. I like how we get to know the Outer Senshi. Plus, since in America it cut out in the middle of R, S felt like this forbidden line that when I finally got to see it... it was just so satisfying!

Oh, and my favorite movie is the R movie.

I'm still taking my time in looking around, so thank you for the suggestions. Hopefully I can broaden my posts now that family is no longer visiting.
