I am completely open to creativity here because I only have a vague image of what I want.

I want an avatar for my Sailor Scout: Sailor Cordelia, Lady of the First Moon of Uranus. I was thinking of basing her look off her namesake, the Celtic goddess of spring, flowers, etc. Below are two links with more info on her.

I was thinking of giving her...
-Blond/pink, either flowy or pulled up depending on the image.
-Eyes either brown like rich soil (to contrast her skin and show her harsher side) or blue like the sea.
-Flowy (but still semi-practical) outfit. Maybe something flowery. I was thinking something flashy, but not quiet eternal SM.
-Pale (like me)
-I love boots if that is possible to incorporate into the pic.

I don't know if this helps, but in my head cannon she is in love with with Sailor Uranus, and jealous of Neptune's beauty and charm. So maybe that will help with her expression...

Like I said, plenty of room for creativity. If anyone thinks my request might be unrealistic please tell me so I can work on fixing it.
