|  It is now time for Neo Queen Serenity to choose, but what's this... OH my! The Members of the Galaxy Cauldron are so generous and now she has way too many dresses to choose from. They are ALL gorgeous, she can't simply decide! Neo Queen Serenity now must leave it up to her people to choose! It's people's choice! So vote for your favorite!

- The Old Stuff:
It's that time of year for Crystal Tokyo's Winter Ball. Neo Queen Serenity always has an amazing unique gown designed each year. Except this year she is in a bind! Her normal seamstress has come down with an awful case of the flu, even worse she needs her gown in a week! What's a Queen to do? Ask the lovely members of The Galaxy Cauldron for help, of course! You will be using this Doll Maker (http://www.dolldivine.com/wedding-lily-dress-up-game.php) to design her dress! While, trying to make the lovely model look like Neo Queen Serenity is an option and not required, it is of course, a plus! Note: Please do not use any outside graphic programs (Photoshop, MS Paint, etc.) to add to your entry. Your entry will be immediately disqualified if it does. This is only to make it a fair game for everyone! The Deadline: December 21st Something About Voting: Voting will begin on the 22nd and will conclude on the 25th! A Few Rules:1. Do not display your entry on GC until after the contest is completely over (i.e. the winner has been decided) 2. Only doll creations (from the provided link) may be submitted. 3. Please upload your entry to a photo hosting website such as Photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc. Also, please make sure your submitted image of your doll is working! 4. All entries must be submitted via PM!5. Do not violate the note from above! Small Lady does not like cheaters.  6. Be creative and let your fashion design juices flow! If you have any questions, please ask them here! ^_^
