Hello lovely party planners ^^

It is now November, which means it's time to get rolling on probably the craziest time of the year: planning for December activities!

As such, I have selected a helper (aside from Brit who just asserts herself >.>): SenshiRei! As such, she will be helping me bump threads, set reminders, answer any questions she has the answers to, and make sure certain things run smoothly. Of course, she will still keep her moderator position and all duties that it entails. Hopefully, this will help things flow smoother and feel more organized.

Now, before we do any actual planning, I am doing a check in for everybody. Meaning, you will check in in this thread (with an R&U, too) stating that you will be here and want to contribute to helping with GC's Festibration in December. Anyone that does not post by 11:59 PM (PST) on Friday, Nov. 8th, 2013, will be kicked from the party planner's group. This is to keep the party planners more tight knit as well as help keep things more exciting and fun. Having access to this planning board gives you special privileges to know what's being planned for GC and as such, it is a privilege, not a right. If someone has access to here and sees what's going on but isn't contributing, that ruins the element of surprise. Especially for the December festivities.

So, without further ado, if you'd like to remain a party planner and help with the December festivities, please post an R&U and state that you plan to be here and help. If you don't really want to help anymore, that's fine, post an R&U and let me know that you would no longer like to participate.

Please note: I understand if you plan on being here or want to be here, but life is getting hectic for you. Just shoot me a PM and open a line of communication with me. Communication is key.

R&U I may have to take myself off the party planning thread until the end of the year. I love being a part of it and contributing to it, but I will have finals and be studying for my teacher exams that I am taking on Dec 30. I would love to come back if possible, but think it will be best if for now I am off and focusing more on school. I also want to be able to contribute and put my best effort forward as a party planner, which is why I want to wait til next year when I will have lots of free time.

You are welcome to come back anytime, Hikari :)take care of yourself first and what you need to do. That's most important. When you are ready to come back, just shoot me a PM.
