I'm 25 years old. I've been a fan of Sailor Moon since I was eight or nine, and my love for the series has never lapsed. I would watch every single episode I could get my hands on, go to hard work to get terrible VHS fansubs from my middle school friends whose parents would let them order things online, bought the manga, hunted down DVDs, collected stickers...

Pretty much I've actively loved Sailor Moon my whole life.

I have two cats, Godric and Romana. I live in Los Angeles where I went to film school to learn screenwriting and got my degree. I'd like to work writing television but right now I have a boring civilian job and do my writing on the side.

I love reading fantasy series and also watch a lot of TV. A LOT. I love Doctor Who, and Harry Potter, Orphan Black, Once Upon a Time, QI, The West Wing, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (and Joss Whedon's whole library), and really a bunch of stuff. I write long literary criticisms and like to read books about science.

Ohhh, um. When I was little and I fist started watching the show it was hands down Jupiter, because we were both tall with curly hair that we kept in ponytails and I love the color green.

And then in middle school it was Saturn because I liked that most people didn't know who she was yet and because she had such a gorgeous bedroom and more introverted hobbies and habits without being a perfectionist like Ami (which I admire but don't identify with, and back then faves were all about who I identified with).

And now that I'm older it's probably either Haruka or Usagi. Though honestly I could make a case for any one of them, because they all get to me.

Ooh, thanks Neo Queen Serenity, I might want to check out the books section. It's always cool to know what other people are reading. I'll have to see if anyone else here is reading the Lunar Chronicles, given the Sailor Moon ties! And if I have spare time tutoring could be fun! I do very well in English so it might be fun to help people on essays. 

I LIKE YOU TOO SAILOR JUPITER. Film school was really fun. I still live close to the school I went to, so I drop by sometimes to take advantage of their library. They're really nice to their alums. 

And I love Doctor Who. I painted my fridge to look like the TARDIS and I'm working on a TARDIS cosplay right now. I'm less of a fan of the newest season or two, but Doctor Who always goes in waves that appeal to different people and so I'll probably never stop watching. 

Lunarfluff, I LOVE FIREFLY. It took my way too long to get around to watching that show and then it ended far too quickly. 

Tuxedo Mistress, I approve of this song. 

Hi HikariDemand! Oh god, I love my cats. I'm going back to my hometown for ten days in a little over a week and I know two days in or less I will be missing them. I should go gush about them in the pet thread at some point. 

And I think my favourite form of Sailor Moon is the manga, but only barely. I like the amount of time the anime had to develop the characters and the dimensions they gave the villains. I love Uranus and Neptune in the anime best. And there's so much benefit to getting to see the characters talk and move. I like the Shittenou in PGSM the best, and also love PGSM Mars, and the PGSM acting. I love the musicals if for no other reason then their levels of ridiculousness followed by SUDDEN ACTUAL FEELINGS. Um, but I think the manga is my favourite mostly because Manga Usagi is my favourite Usagi - a little more sexual and we get to see her be introspective more, and because I love the worldbuilding in the manga that never made it into the other adaptations. The Golden Crystal as Earth's star seed, the Galaxy Cauldron itself, Chaos, Sailor Phobos and Deimos, the relationships between the Outer Senshi. It had more flashbacks to the Silver Millenium and more flash forwards to Crystal Tokyo and it just seemed to cover more space and time. I like that about it. I want another version of Sailor Moon that acknowledges as fully how epically massive the series really is. All the other versions feel slightly more confined to present day Tokyo, and I like when the series visits the moon and other planets and the heart of the galaxy and whatever. 

Hi Aztnara! I HAVE! I have seen PGSM. I will admit that I avoided it for a few years because it looked too silly, and I almost gave up on it after the first episode (mostly because Luna was revealed to be canonically a plush toy, not just a plush toy standing in for an actual cat because of a low budget, but that this version of the character was a literal plush toy, and I was like "NO YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO LUNA". I got over it. Sort of.) I'm really, really glad I stuck with it though. The girls are so well developed and the performances are all amazing. It's a really interesting take on the story. 

Hi Medeus! This is a boring answer but the animation for World Shaking in the anime might be my favourite attack of anyone. I can't even say why, exactly, I just think it's so intense.

OK so I must ask since you mentioned the musicals. Who's your favorite Myu Actress? any way welcome to GC can't wait to get to know you around the forums. I apologize ahead of time for my myu obsession you will probably see it all over the forum at one point or another.

NaoUranus - TAKAGI NAO. (I think your username would indicate a similar feeling?) 

Oh god, do I want to be her or be with her? I will never know. The first time I saw her walk out on stage (watching my little fansub) I gasped because she just was Sailor Uranus. The real one. The actual character. And I keep thinking I'm too impressed and she can't be that great and then I'll rewatch something and go, "Nope, she really is that great. Wow."

I'm looking forward to the new musical. I'm kind of excited about the all-female cast. Especially because of Naoko's influence.

*tackle hugs* I'm in love with that woman. I Nao spaz quit a bit I also spazz out about the first stage starlights as well as Miki and Ado quit a bit. but yes she was and will always be Haruka Tenou/Sailor Uranus in my mind (granted Akiko was a close second) but yes it will always be Nao who played Uranus the best. 

I can't wait for the new one either I'm already in love with the new tux and haven't even seen her play the role yet. (i'm seriously hoping for a recorded version of the new one I have got to see Yuuga as Tux)

I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEW TUX. Ahahahahahaha, how long can I keep calling myself straight if I am throwing myself at her more than any other Tux before? I was absolutely dancing in my seat watching her little video at the 20th Anniversary event.

Honestly I call myself straight because it feels more honest than the label "bi", because I'm more into men than women by a lot, and have an easier time maintaining long term monogamous interest (of, um, ~that kind~) in a guy than a girl, but really "straight" doesn't really describe me correctly. It feeling more honest than "bi" to me doesn't make it actually honest. 

And Nao makes it less honest every single minute she is on screen. XD

yea after my last to relation ships it's going to be a long time before I date another guy. any way can't wait to talk to you around the forum more.

I love Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog! I think it's so great. Have you watched it with Commentary: The Musical? First off, who puts all that work in to make a musical commentary track and secondly oh my god it's hilarious. 

Well, I love OUAT as well!! Welcome to the forums. I also enjoy HP and Dr.Who. I see that you like Donna Noble? I love that character!! Welcome again, you'll fit in very well around here.

 I'm interested to see where OUAT goes this fall. They really have a habit of shaking up their whole format with their season finales so far.

I love HP and Doctor Who! And I love Donna. She's probably my favourite NuWho companion. I just like how she doesn't try to make herself palatable to the people around her, and instead unapologetically owns her feelings and skills, and is valued for being who she is in that way.

Ooohhh, Buffy is probably my favourite, mostly because of the Girl Power aspect. I love Much Ado a lot though, and I love all his TV. And of couse the Avengers. I am way too excited for SHIELD. Clark Gregg! CLARK GREGG! And J August Richards? I am so ready. (THE WORLD CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH WHEDONITES)

Yep. OUAT is a pretty neat show. Quite sad that Red Riding Hood won't be returning as a main character though. >.> Love her character along with Belle, Snow, Aurora and Emma. Those 5 are by far my favorite in the show ( I know A LOT of favorite but I adore each character!). And they certainly do create weird twists in the finales. Also the way every character's past is linked into another's somehow is so clever and intriguing!

I highly anticipate the spin-off OUAT In Wonderland, featuring the adventures of Alice and a genie who she thought died and her one true love. Featuring Cora as the red queen. (Yup, It takes place before Cora dies and will apparently have some tie-in/crossover episodes with the original show!) I doubt it will be as good as the original show though, I mean an evil Peter Pan hunting Henry?! Awesome twist.

I can't believe that Donna had to leave. >.< I absolutely LOVED her. My two favorite companions are  Donna and Rose. Loved them both! Clara was quite good and with an intriguing story line which summed up excellently. Have you seen The Catherine Tate Show? The actress who plays Donna's own comedy show. Me and my family love it. That finished a few years back as well... (crys in corner, all good things are ending.)
